The spices are awesome but the customer service is awful! It takes forever to receive an order and when you call and ask about it they claim it is because of Covid and they have been backed up since November of 2020 but I call bull on that because I have been ordering for almost 3 years now and in the beginning within a week or so you would have your order but over the last 2 years I'm lucky if I get my order within a month time frame. This last order the customer service has been absolutely awful and rude so even though the spices are good since I can't purchase it in any store around me I am going to be going back to McCormick for my seasoning needs and I wouldn't recommend the online ordering from here unless you have a month or two to wait on your order.
