My brother and I recently tried iFLY and from start to finish our experience was great. The staff at the front desk were super friendly and pumped you up before your session! Our instructor Eric was very calm, thorough and funny. He even spent 10 mins talking to us after about different skydiving sites we can visit. Overall great experience and we are excited to go back!
Took my boys here for something new to try. WOW what an experience. From the friendly staff, welcoming, no pressure calm environment everything was top notch. Chris our instructor was amazing. He gave expert coaching making sure everyone had the understanding for a safe flight. He was patient, extremely knowledgeable and genuinely wanted us to have the best possible experience. Thank you so much all, We will definitely be back!

Ps. If you want to fully enjoy and understand the technique, take at least 4minutes(4 fly).
You will enjoy 100%. And if you have kids 4+ (I would suggest from 5 years old) take them with you, they will have a nice experience and memories.
Very helpful staff. Price is a little high, but its worth it. Kids love it. Be ready for backpain!
Really good experience. I will definitely go back. The instructors are really nice and patient, the gear is clean. Why 4 stars? Because of the price. 72 bucks + tax is a bit high for an every week activity. But it's totally worth it.
Amazing form of exercise and very freeing. Fantastic gift idea and unique way of teaching someone to learn the subtle nuances of body movement and impact of such slight changes as hand angles etc. Staff are very informative and responsive to each diver's unique abilities. I've taken my 3 daughters, and partner there and all have found it challenging but fun!
It must be cheaper compared to the waiting time, flying time and the possibility to have no tandem flight with an experienced instructor.

Tried iFLY last year (2019) and oh my gosh, what a great experience. It s very much like the real thing. Great instructor Vinnie and rest of staff were just as great. They really want you to have a great time. Thanks ifly!!
Lots of fun! The experience was great and our instructor Tyler did a great job. He had a very calming way about him and did a great job with the kids in our group. All of the instructors I watched did a great job with the kids, actually. I will definitely go again.
Came here with my boyfriend and had a blast. Our instructor Vinnie was great and the overall experience was one for the books. I gave this place a 4-star rating because of how annoying it was to deal with customer service. Had to call 3 times and send an email in regards to my booking because they had completely butchered my personal information (name, address, email address, etc). I was concerned because I hadn't received my confirmation email after paying and booking over the phone. Either the payment wasn't processed or the booking was incomplete in my head. After many attempts I had received the necessary documentation but it was just a hassle to go through. Customer service was definitely pleasant to talk to, but unfortunately they don't pay attention to personal details required when booking even if you phonetically spell it out for them. I highly recommend booking and paying online through their website to save yourself the trouble. I'll remember this myself next time. Overall it an unforgettable experience. The instructors are incredibly patient, encouraging and pleasant to interact with. They definitely make you feel comfortable and are great at giving you tips on areas where you need improvement. I found experience so much fun and would love to come back for a more advanced package. You won't regret it!
