We compete against them and find them to be the very best type of competitor: honest, friendly and exemplifying the best traits in our industry. They treat their agents very well and have a lot to offer agencies they support. Our family has been friends with their family for two generations!

We did extensive 2 years of research before we decided on this firm for our association. It was the very best decision. They have been from the beginning treating us like we were their very top rated producer. Every single person goes way beyond what is necessary and they do it with a smile in their voice without exception every time. The management has on going training every month that you should avail yourself. We have been in the industry for over 20 years and no one comes close. They are constantly looking for new products and quality carriers. They are so helpful in explaining anything that you need. They also work extremely hard in getting you the best possible situation for your clients. My only regret is all the years that I was not with TBI.

They hyped me up like I was going to get the job and I was going to go in for my second interview and I called to find out the first time and I was told they was waiting on my references. So I called back and I was ignored then I finally get a called saying they decided to move on from me which I didn t understand just bc my references too a week maybe two .

Woking with The Brokerage has been a great experience. I don't know of any other organization that did a better job of guiding its agents through the ACA launch. Mike Smith's seminars are always well worth the time. The entire staff is always helpful and very knowledgeable. I get to spend my time selling, instead of fixing paperwork problems.
