Breathtakingly beautiful. Best steak of my life (Porterhouse, medium rare from La Taverne). Live band was wonderful, not too loud, perfect dinner setting. The bathrooms are nicer than my house.

We went to a benefit showing of a movie. Every staff member we spoke to was able to answer every detailed question we asked. An amazing experience!!!
Wonderful place for lunch. Great views and service.
Beautiful day to walk around the ponds and check out the giant gingerbread house
Beautiful grounds. Reminded me of the Biltmore in NC. Too bad it rained so hard while there that we ran out of time. We'll be back.
We just came here because I was curious about this hotel. No public parking here but they will allow you to drive in and have a valet service. It was a raining so we shopped a little bit amd walked around. We had lunch at the pool side. Boy the lunch bill was very high. Burger/fries/3 chicken tenders/ one lemonade/coke/ milk shake costed me $57.00. For this price I could have had nice STEAK dinners.
Fish and chips at the Golden Bee! Excellent service, good food!
This is an amazing, beautiful resort. The attention to detail is phenomenal. We had lunch in the Taverne. Everything was delicious and the service was wonderful.
Two stars because the hotel and grounds are beautiful and historic. Minus 3 stars because the parking rates are outrageous & they do not validate (and acted snooty when we asked), our waitress at the bar room took forever to get us our food (a cheese & meat plate btw) and even longer to get us the bill, AND guess what?! She gets an automatic 20% tip! The delay in service caused us $4 extra cost in parking, which again, cannot be validated, even with a $50 lunch! I think this place is a ripoff, and even though I love the gilded age and fancy hotels, I do not recommend eating at the restaurants. Run through as quick as you can & appreciate the history before they nickel and dime you.
What a great place! The Hotel Bar is everything you would expect. The staff is so friendly and truly cares about your experience at the Broadmoor. I would stay there just for the hospitality.
Beautiful building and grounds. Try their spa! Wonderful!!
One of the most special places if stayed. Friendly staff, beautiful grounds, great dining, lots of excursions, top spa!
A place that anyone can feel like the rich and famous
Beautiful, iconic, world-class property. Great for a fancy getaway or just for dinner.
My mom and I stopped by the spa for manicures and pedicures. Loved it!
Stunning location, beautiful rooms and amazing staff. The attention to details is extraordinary. One of my favorite places on the planet. If you have an opportunity to stay there, don't hesitate
All i can say is that this was the most lovely vacation I ever had. The service was excellent, the location's views were beautiful and my favorite part was the indoor fireplace. The wood burning made my stay nice and relaxing, specifically because it was almost snowing. The room service food was really good. Their staff were super friendly. I went mid January 2020 and we enjoyed it so much.
Breakfast is amazing and the rooms are gorgeous, obviously a little over priced but absoulutly beautiful and i would say worth it. A wonderful lawn and pool. Its just stunning!
Just went there to visit. The decor is beautiful, and the grounds with the lake is exceptional. Highly recommend a visit
Great place to walk around, get a drink or just hang out but the lake.
Issues with food service at The Tavern. Food was alright.
Absolutely Spectacular Resort Hotel with Extensive Amenities and Exceptional Service
Wonderful place!!! Great drinks...and service...and view!!! Its a must visit!
What an amazing experience, the rooms felt like I was back in the late 1800s. We stayed on the west side of the building but had access to a shuttle that took us around. The service was impeccable, anything we needed we were able to request. Definitely come back again!
We went for the famous Broadmoor Sunday Brunch, and we were not disappointed! A fabulous and sumptuous buffet featuring a range of 150 gourmet delicacies. Definitely worth the price!
Beautiful hotel. Grounds are amazing. The history is interesting. Had a great time there.
Amazing place with quite a historic past. Well worth stopping by just to your the grounds. Staff is very gracious even when you are not a hotel guest. Several restaurants on site, some you will have to do a bit of walking to get to, but you will be happy that you did.
Waiter was nice and efficient. Restaurant was beautiful.
Great atmosphere, drinks were good. The piano player at the golden bee was up and down with tempo and would be the only complaint.
Service was great, hotel and grounds were spectacular, food was not impressive. Loved the live jazz.
Very "fancy" with top end prices on food and amenities. Great for conferences and business trips but for leisure I'd go someplace else.
Amazing stay here. Everything is top notch. All employees are very nice and extremely helpful.
Best experience I have ever had. Beautiful rooms, amazing staff, and incredible food. I would highly recommended staying here.
Stayed at the Broadmoor quiet some time ago it was the a great experience. Visited today to show some friends. They loved it.
Beautiful scenery on the grounds great place to relax
Oh my god. Its an incredible luxury compound. Its impossible to have a bad time!
Stayed there a few days during a business trip. Fantastic hotel. Cozy and pretty. Neat golf court and tennis court. Very friendly staff!
There is nothing bad to ever say about the Broadmoor. A timeless classic! We go every year for their Christmas Brunch. You will feel like royalty!
I attended the CPNP conference at the Broadmoor for three days and their accommodations and staff were well above my expectations. The staff was polite and quick to ensure every aspect of our conference was in excellent condition. The conference halls we were in were gorgeous and always prepared for the mettings of the day.
Beautiful, wonderful, enchanting for any occasion or just because.
My review is not based on a stay at the hotel, but based on a walk around the premises (both indoor and outdoor) and a luncheon at the outdoor lounge.
As a visitor from outside of the Colorado Springs area, the Broadmoor is beautiful and tranquil. My wife and I compared it to a Disneyworld resort, and there was something about spending time there that felt magical. This was especially true given the backdrop of the mountains, which are absolutely beautiful with the foreground of the lush landscaping and Cheyenne Lake.
The inside and outside of the hotel are both exquisite. Inside, the decor is classy and cozy. Outdoors, the scenery is tranquil and breathtaking. We walked around the premises for about an hour and enjoyed every minute of it. Out in front, there is a beautiful courtyard with colorful flowers, a fountain, and a classy old Cadillac.
I suppose there's no need to say it's quite expensive. Even our light lunch consisting of only appetizers costs us nearly $40 for two. This including a 20% "hotel fee" on top of what we left for tip, apparently because we were not overnight guests of the hotel. Still, one cannot complain since they allow visitors to roam the indoor and outdoor premises for free.
Would love to stay here some time, but it was not in the cards for this trip.
What an amazing place. Tremendous service, exquisite food, beyond belief facility. They should give tours!
Love The Broadmoor! Wonderful service, clean, comfortable and just beautiful
Stay here and take the dirt road that winds up into the mountains starting beyond the south side of the property. Old Stage Road? No guardrails and it gets a little bumpy...but worth it! Be careful though...on 2 of 3 trips up this road I've seen vehicles overturned where drivers lost control.
Visiting the Broadmoor never gets old. The food and service is amazing.
Incomparable...everything is always done right at the Broadmoor.
I was able to wander around and look inside and out. It is beautiful, the staff is amazing, and it is bigger than I expected.
Wanted to go to The Golden Bee but they were completely close for a private event. So we went to the little Italian place in the west tower. Food was great but the portions were kinda small. The Gelato was good. Don't recommend the cookies, thus are not what you think.
Excellent service, food superb. Highly recommend fillet mignon!
Quiet and relaxing. The employees were respectful, kind, and helpful
Went to have lunch at the Natural Epicurean, the resort is beautiful and the staff are very friendly
Absolutely fantastic service and facilities. Rooms were awesome and people were very friendly and efficient
Another beautiful visit to the Broadmoor on this christmas season.
Thitry bucks per plate... Was expecting a phenomenal spread. Just a small salad, a roll, 4 oz piece of chicken, one mini carrot, three green beans (super al dente) and chocolate mousse for dessert. I expected more for it being THE BROaDMOOR... I was not even impressed with the service. My dirty dishes sat in front of me throughout the entire luncheon. If it was some sort of fundraiser I would have justified it, but I was there for my daughter's senior luncheon. We were just not treated as valuable patrons- you know... good food and good service. Very disappointing.
This is an amazing place. We experienced excellent service until we went to the hotel bar. They add 20% as a service fee....aka gratuity. The staff does let you know that the fee is included. However, at the hotel bar, we had no server. The supervisor took our order and told us our server would be with us shortly. We finished our cocktails, and no server ever stopped by. I hope he or she enjoys the 20% tip I was forced to pay.
Excellent Hotel, staff, service. The gym and hot tub area close little early but other than that I have no complaints. The room was impeccably clean and the hotel is historic and attractive. Anything you buy here will be overpriced, but that is kind of the point isn't it?
Awesome Brunch & you feel like royalty .Best brunch i have ever had from seafood & steaks , ham , omelets, pancakes, french toast, everything your heart could desire the most beautiful desserts this place has at least a hundred food options are more than your heart could desire the staff is divine five star food and service and scenery all the way
Beautiful and lush - the Garden Room has a glass ceiling to enjoy the sunshine. Great customer service, and delicious food. Pricey, and not many gluten free options.
Everything was great... the service, the wedding party food and drinks. The only thing not good was for a family of 5 the beds were really small.
Wheel chair accessible, wonderful service, amazing food and the views are beautiful. Thank you so much for the fabulous service.
Great views and a beautiful walk. Be prepared for some steep inclines at times.
Brunch at the Golden Bee was amazing. Love the fish and chips.
We just had drinks at the bar, because that's all we can afford. :) This place is luxurious to the max. I felt like a famous person sipping on my strawberry daquiri.
So much history and grandiose architecture! Hard to believe it's right here in my back yard!
The customer service is impeccable. It was a great experience!
For decades now, we love everythong about our 5 Star resort. EVERYTHING
Love this place. Very intimate and I can bring my dog.
Absolutely stunning with the best hotel and dining service we have ever recieved.
