The Broadmoor hotel is a must to go to. The location right at the base of the foothillls is such a great setting. Last night we had dinner at the Penrose Room restaurant. It was spectacular food. Things I would not have normally eaten were cooked and paired so well that it was delicious. Amazingly surprised. Also the wait staff was awesome. Beyond words even. They were so professional and knowledgeable as well as curious. The meal and experience were well worth every penny spent.

I went here to attend a piano contest and decided to stay at the Broadmoor. The location was a bit far from Colorado Springs and Denver (the nearest airports), but everything else was fantastic. The rooms were massive, and the service was phenomenal, but of course, it comes at a price.

It's such a beautiful place with excellent customer service everywhere you go in there. A must see in Colorado springs!! But they pay the employees terrible wages when you know this company is making a lot of money and there is so much waste!! Tons of perfectly good food and drinks thrown out, it's very sad to see. Hence the 3 star review. I think they could be a better example.

I expected better service and food quality given the overly high prices for everything at this place. Hard to get a reservation anywhere - brunch, bee bar, bowling. Resort fee is ridiculous. Not coming back.

Beautiful grounds. Impeccable service. Second year in a row coming for a conference. Nice choices of restaurants and an overall very relaxing experience in the Colorado outdoors. I would have given five stars but sometimes it feels like they nickle and dime you for everything.

We ate at The lake Terrace Dining Room for a Friday breakfast. Absolutely phenomenal! All three of us ordered their "simple" breakfast entrees and argued something incredible about each meal. The view of the lake, the homely customer service, and the exquisite decor surrounding the aura of The Broadmoor all added to make this a wonderful breakfast experience. Admittedly, this was not a cheap experience, but you don't visit a 5-Star Resort expecting to save money...

Excellent hotel, excellent location, excellent service and amenities. We have visited several times without issue however, this stay we encountered a completely unexpected and weird incident. It was completely out of our control or the control of the hotel. We made the hotel aware because of the complete rarity of such an incident. The assistant manager Lisa thanked us for providing the feedback with a gift basket that was not expected but greatly appreciated. The Broadmoor continues to exceed all expectations.

Wow, what a gorgeous resort! we stopped in at Christmas to see the decorations and have a drink. We were delighted by the beauty of the grand hotel! The Broadmoor is definitely one of those must-see places in Colorado Springs.

Old timey holiday fun. Great Christmas trees, holiday decor, and gingerbread houses. The Hotel Bar is fun. The Whiskey Smash is yummy. Waltz lessons in the Ball room next door. Service is mostly extrodinary. It's not cheap, but worth a splurge.

My wife and I celebrated our 31st anniversary at the Broadmoor and we couldn't have been more pleased with our experiences. We spent 2 nights at the Ranch at Emerald Valley which was spectacular followed by 2 nights at the Broadmoor resort. We enjoyed all the amenities - horseback riding, guided hiking, delicious food, golfing, spa, etc. but the outstanding service from everyone exceeded our expectations. We will be flying across the country again to celebrate another anniversary at the Broadmoor. Dr. & Mrs. Hughes

Wow! This place is impressive! My Uncle showed this landmark place to me on a recent visit to Colorado Springs. We didn't stay here, but were welcome to enjoy the grounds and interior common areas. There is incredible architecture, artwork and history here. The staff were all very friendly.

This place is elegant and cozy and everything will dreamed it would be. Rooms are so nice and the property is simply amazing. The spa is the best I've ever been to. Best facial I've had in my life.

The location is gorgeous. It is the fanciest place I've ever been. However, I feel like all this service comes with a cost. I had 3 staff knock on my door yesterday asking if I needed various things (bed turn, bar refreshing, if I had any diner dishes that needed removing, etc). Some people may find this level of service fantastic. I find it rather annoying (I don't like hopping out of bed to answer the door to tell someone no). Also, I don't want to spend any more money than needed on this work trip (work doesn't reimburse for tips). The accommodations seem fancy. But sometimes fancy isn't very utilitarian. Like how there is no counter space in my bathroom. Or how even though I close the fancy door shade to the balcony, it has gaps I can still see outside through on the edges. But if you like a chandler over your bed, a silver trimmed claw foot bathtub in the bathroom, and a fully stocked bar in your room fridge (that isn't free), then perhaps this is the place for you!

I've gone to the Sunday brunch at The Broadmoor annually for about 3 years now. Every year it is amazing! Words cannot express how grand the arrangement, selection, and hospitality is. This is definitely something everyone needs to try at least once in their lives.

The Broadmoor is a gem in Colorado Springs. While I've never been an overnight guest, I've attended events from formal galas to professional symposiums. They've even tolerated our GISHWES shenanigans (oh, the shananigans we got up to). My wife and daughter have raved about the Spa services, too.

Went to get my hair and make up done for my wedding. The hair experience was wonderful the lady did a great job on my hair and was always making sure she was doing exactly what I wanted was very professional and kind I would recommend getting your hair done there. The make up people are just awful. They apply everything with their fingers and don't care at all about what you want done. The foundation they put on me was the wrong color and wasn't blended it they didn't do my eyebrows hardly at all and my eyeshadow looked awful, nothing like what I showed them I wanted. I would never go and do that again. I had to come home and take it off and do it all my self right before my wedding. The 2 stars I have were purely for the hair appointment. Had I not gone to get my makeup done I would have given 5 stars because the hair experience was wonderful but my maid of honor and my make up was just horrendous.

The Broadmoor is a lovely beautiful hotel and resort snuggled against the mountains in Colorado Springs, specifically Cheyenne Mountain. The room service was premium the wet bar filled with as many different types of mixtures and alcohol as you could imagine along with snacks. We had a balcony on both sides of the suite.

By far, one of the best places I've stayed at ever. The staff should be commended for their professionalism and attention to detail. I will be coming back hopefully soon for more adventures and know that I'll be taken care of at The Broadmoor.

The Hotel itself is great, in fact, I loved everything about my previous stays at The Broadmoor until my most recent when I left a very expensive pair of pants in the room after checkout. I didn't realize until I got back to my home, so I had to call the hotel to inform them. I knew exactly where I had left the pants, however, upon informing them of the location they still were never "found" or turned in by the people that cleaned the room. I 100% left them there, so this leads me to believe they were taken. I would never expect something like this from a supposed "5 diamond hotel." If you cannot trust the staff that cleans your room, how are guests supposed to feel safe leaving any valuables around while out of the room? I am extremely frustrated at the hotel and their incompetence to provide any clarity or desire to fix the situation. I will most likely never stay here again.

A once-in-a-lifetime experience! The staff is more than helpful, incredibly friendly, and remember you after only a chance encounter a few hours earlier. The rooms are beautiful and the grounds wonderfully maintained. Plenty of activities, walk around the pretty lake (complete with swans and fountains), or just relax with a book on one of the terraces or patios.

Ann the so called Manager for 25 years is a joke....she does not know how to manage my 2 dogs let alone the rank of people that come through there.....way over priced.....and behind closed doors the place is a wreck! Do not stay here.....ita not safe at all! They charge a minimum of 2000.00 a night for something lower than a Hilton Hotel....which I think is Amazing! And I feel bad for their staff.....they dont even get minimum wage because they charge them for their food. Its sad this place needs major prayers! Its not a happy home....I hear the are not followers of God either.....which explains it all! They told a friend of mine that worked to stop saying God Bless you in their facility.....which is playing with fire! Sad very sad! On both sides.....Government and Broadmoor!
