What's not to like? The place is very impressive. Make sure to walk the grounds and night with the lighting and ambiance.

I've been coming here for years and this place just keeps getting better. Great restaurants, luxurious rooms, stellar service.

It was a great weekend. The employees (Patrick was the most) make your stay remarkable!

I want to live in the neighborhood around here. The hotel is very very clean with great food and has great shops to look around at. Very great experience and the neighborhood around the hotel is also great though expensive.

Went bowling there. Nice, small alley with great staff.

Excellent hotel. Love staying every year with the family. Lots to do and see around. Workers are always friendly.

Went to the lights at seven falls as the night ended they made sure to utilize everything to get people back to their cars and on their way.

We have stayed at the Broadmoor twice in the past couple of years. The place in general - the views, the rooms, the workout rooms and pools are great. Every sitting area (& there are many) has a beautiful view and lovely and comfortable furniture. We have been in a lovely room and in a cottage - both were really plush and made us feel like pampered royalty. There are excellent friendly staff everywhere - parking valets, bellhops, housekeeping, retail personnel & wait staff in the restaurants and bars (not overly obsequious or snobby, but very attentive and amusing).



So, my recommendation is: go and stay there, enjoy the beautiful views and lovely rooms, a swim in the heated outdoor lap pool & a dip in the hot tub; peruse the shops - I actually found a few bargains - but head off site for meals. Unless they get their act together in the kitchens, it isn't worth the $$$$$$.

I was not an overnight guest at the Broadmoor but was there to view the holiday displays. I have been numerous times and each time is as exciting as the first. I highly recommend this as a family visit.

One of a kind, we love the Broadmoor. The staff made our stay special. Their attention to detail is meticulous. They are courteous and friendly we will definitely back many many times more.

How can you say anything bad. The grounds are beautifully maintained and the staff os so inviting.

Treated great from first arrival to leaving. Place is clean. Staff are helpful and nice. Lots of activities. Alcohol is overpriced but that's to be expected. Rooms are dated but I think that's the point, as it is an old hotel.

Absolutely beautiful hotel and surroundings. Even if you don't spend the night, I highly encourage a visit during the day just to enjoy the scenery or maybe even a drink at the bar

The Broadmoor is a fantastic hotel. Attentive staff and beautiful views. Plenty of entertainment and restaurants to keep you busy. Bowling alley at the hotel was fantastic. A must stay if you are traveling in Colorado springs!

Pricey but amazing Sunday brunch. Haven't ever stayed at the hotel, but the grounds and place are absolutely beautiful.

We met family for lunch at the Golden Bee. It was a great time with great food! Service was great as well.

Though I did not stay I night, I got to walk around the beautiful grounds and experience the rich luxury of the hotel. The outdoor landscaping is immaculate. It is quite a pleasure to stroll around the lake and view the various birds, especially swans.
I witnessed 2 weddings taking place, attesting to to the beauty, attractiveness, and formality that the Broadmoor offers.
Inside the main lobbies of the buildings are royal. There is a bowling alley, several restaurants, and many gift shops. This hotel even offers a chapel built in 1918.
The service of the porters and the bathroom attendants is wonderful. Finally, every employee is smiling and friendly.

Staying at the Broadmoor is like nothing else. The attention to detail, precautions and service is always above and beyond.

You really can't see Colorado without seeing the Broadmoor. It is simply one of those iconic destinations here in Colorado. I love everything about this place. From the location so close to Pikes Peak Mountain do the incredible size and design of everything on the property. They have such attention to detail in all areas. I most recently spent time in the convention area and was very impressed with the cleanliness and the helpful staff as well. This is the premier location for a conference in Colorado.

It is a beautiful place you could not for a wonderful place to stay. The staff are very helpful in every way to make your stay wonderful and pleasant.

Had lunch at The Tavern. Amazing food and service. That is what to be expected at a five star resort. Sit out in the garden room. You will love it!

Stunning venue with a rich, incredible history! So much beauty in one place it is truly amazing. The accommodations are beautifully appointed and the service from all staff members has been impeccable! The food is tremendous as well! A perfect 10 experience!

Throughout the stay you will find exceptional service. Everyone you pass greats you with a smile. Rooms were beautiful, well accessorized, and very comfortable. We presented a concert there as well and the staff bent over backwards to see that all requirements were met and even exceeded our needs. Meal prices a little high for quality received...sandwiches etc .. but overall experience excellent.

It was beautiful and there is a hall of fame of famous people that have visited which is really neat.

This place is like Disneyland for adults. 1st let's just comment that the service is amazing whether it is the front desk people, The turn down service, The restaurant staff, And The Valet. The customer service is exceptional and everyone does all smile on their face. The hotel itself is very classically American and old, in the most beautiful way possible. It's a huge, sprawling complex that is set on a beautiful lake with the mountains in the background. There are several restaurants in many cozy areas to sit down with electric fireplaces. We a at the steak house which was very good and got the strip steak. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely go back here again if I were in the area.

The best hotel experience my wife and I have ever had! Staff is wonderful and friendly! The views are also stunning! Already thinking of returning for our 1 year anniversary in September!

This was my 1st time eating here. It was outstanding! The crab claws were incredible! Service was superb! Worth every penny!

The food was on the whole quiet good, the service staff were excellent if a little slow. Charming atmosphere.

The Broadmoor is the crown jewel of Colorado and a must see for anyone wanting to experience true luxury

It is always a treat to spend time at the Broadmoor. Always great service and the location is unbeatable. My only complaint is with the tipping policy; I tip well and would love the chance to use my tip to reward the exceptional.

Rooms and overall hotel were very clean, customer service was amazing, food was so so but when you're trying to feed 50+ people at the same time you have to make allowances. One thing I wish they'd improve was wasting less water bottles. I was there for only one night and was given 6 plastic water bottles. Maybe provide one per person and then provide more if asked would be better. But overall great experience

I live 5 mins from The Broadmoor, and Sunday brunch has become a regular thing for me. Service is always above and beyond and the food never disapoints.

Wow! We recently stayed in the cottages at the Broadmoor. Our rooms were elegant and the view of the surrounding mountains and golf course was beautiful. The service was excellent and all of the restaurants we tried on the property were great. Highly recommend staying at the Broadmoor and checking out Seven Falls, a property owned by the Broadmoor a short shuttle-ride away.

Annoyed my credit card was charge 2 days after checking out without being contacted concerning the additional charge.
Room smelled musty, my husband had to kill a few bugs in the room and we had to have maintenance come a few times to fix our toilet. I was not even asked at check out how our stay was. Extremely underwhelmed.

Stunningly beautiful location, excellent customer service, gorgeous rooms. This place is top tier for sure. The restaurants are world class too.

Come to this hotel, as if we are traveling back in time. The interior of the hotel is maintained in a calm and warm atmosphere. Modern hotel buildings without removing the aura of medieval aristocracy. The lake behind the hotel area is very pretty, especially in spring. Don't forget to take the time to breathe the scent of hot chocolate at Lake Terrace Dining Broadmoor. highly recommended

The Broadmoor is a 5 star hotel and doesn't need my approval ... but here it is anyway! We live in Colorado Springs and love to go there for very special occasions. Lunch in the Garden Room and a stroll around the lake is a mini vacation for us and gives us the opportunity to live in the 'Lap of Luxury' ... for an afternoon ... ahhhhh!

This hotel understands the meaning of luxury! They treated my wife and me so well, from providing the hotel's exceptional backstory and the acknowledgment of our anniversary, we couldn't have been more impressed. This hotel has true beauty with many amenities for all ages. They sure do know how to make you feel welcomed - and the legendary brunch buffet is sure to please!

Excellent room service, friendly staff. Loved the wildlife, Swans, Deer, Huge friendly Squirells. Beautiful Hotel.

Fabulous Meal!!! One of the best steaks I have ever eaten! Fantastic service as well.

Wonderful pool though it gets busy, so you'll want to line up for cushioned chairs in the shade. A couple of great restaurants on property. Top two for us were the golf restaurant and the Penmore. Summit was pretty good too.

The hotel itself is very fancy, but the standard rooms are a little small. But all the restaurants are amazing. Sunday brunch is especially great, but very pricey.

I love the Broadmoor. The scenery, the hotel staff, the brunch, restaurants, everything!

Beautiful area all around the Boradmoor. Visited for an afternoon and met some great people feeling welcomed through my entire day. Our waiter took a minute to greet us even though there were only a few families around. Food was still great.

Five star all the way. Went to the spa everyone most helpful,, kind and pleasent It is most obvious that the employes like and respect their employers/bosses. It appears that they feel this I's their home not just another place to work. Congratulation what ever you are doing right is the best way to achieve Excellency.

Rooms were outstanding! There is a place called "The Bar" that was a lot of fun with an outdoor fire pit. Great place to stay.

Luxurious and expensive. But the service is top notch, so you're getting what you pay for. Drinks, food and amenities are up there. I'd put the broadmoor against any place in the world.
