Absolutely wonderful. The snack store was awesomely delish.

The hotel is incredible. The service is beyond 5 stars. Nothing is average at this place. Everything is done with quality and service in mind. The views are beautiful too. The location is tremendous for being outdoors and admiring the beauty of Mother Nature.

I've never experienced better staff anywhere... period.

Beautiful resort - from the the location at the foot of the mountain to the architecture. Service was excellent, staff were very attentive. The room was exceptional with high quality furnishings and appointments.

Really neat to visit..beautiful hotel and super friendly staff. They welcome non-tenants to walk through and visit. Be sure to tour the hall of fame.

Amazing service in an amazing building. The history of this place is awesome. The art on the walls is stunning. It's very old world grand, so it is very much a place your grandmother or great grandmother would likely love, but it's charming and elegant in that old world style. The views are simply stunning. Could just sit and watch the mountain move all day. Sunset is a treasure to behold, as it drops behind the mountain to end the day in a glorious fade to black.
Couple all of this with great hiking and mountain biking trails very close by, along with the obvious options of Garden of The Gods, or Pike's Peak, and it's easy to say this might be one of the best places you may ever have the enjoyment of staying.

Amazing brunch! The lamb is the best I've had anywhere. The oysters were as good as on the Gulf. Of course they had all the usual brunch favorites but with the Broadmoor touch. And that goes double for desserts.

Loved it, the staff were very welcoming and helpful, the room was pristine, the food.. wow.. yum++++ deer, squirrels, rabbits all wamdering around the grounds. Loved the whole experience, would jump at a chance to return.

Ziplining is a must!! Such beautiful views! Gorgeous hotel that is almost 100 years old. Staff is friendly.

It's iconic and worth visiting, but the food is average and expensive.

Went here for an event at the ballroom. Spectacular venue with everything first class. The pens. Their pens are phenomenal. You know when they pay attention to the smallest detail like they're pens being great, everything else is gonna be top notch.

Much of our frustration was due to issues related to COVID, however, the way they are handling it on a company level is very frustrating. This was an anniversary trip for my husband and me. We spent 3 nights. We were looking forward to relaxing by the pool, but even when we tried to reserve spots per COVID restrictions, everything was booked for our entire stay. When we noticed that most seats were vacant around the pool, we ventured over to see if they could get us in... As we had been told that was a possibility. But, the 2 young kids manning the post said no, and sorry. So, no relaxation by the pool for the entire trip. And we had not been told this ahead of time. Booking reservations at the on site restaurants was equally frustrating. The Concierge was ably to get us in at 7:45 one night at La Taverne. The food was good, but the service was not. They forgot to bring us our main course... We had finished our appetizers and then they came to get our dessert order... Even though we had already put in our main course order.

The Bellboy asked us if we could just walk to our room on our own and "carry our luggage". We are jot above carrying our own luggage, but when we're paying $500 per night along with a $32 per night fee, you'd think we'd get better service.

Just really not impressed with service at all in this trip. But, I blame the owners, not the servers. They need better training, and better options for their guests.

This place is one of a kind! Tucked in the valley below a mountain, it is such an experience. There is room filled with pictures of famous people who have stayed here. The golf course is immaculate. Food options are great. And it is so lovely to stroll around the lake. If you get a chance to go, do it!

Gorgeous historic venue nestled in the beautiful foothills. Attentive and courteous staff.

The stay was impressive, and the food on par. The staff are very friendly. The venue was very visually pleasing, and the grounds are a blast to walk around in.

One must experience this for themself. I have been here I don't even know how times over the past 4-5 years, and it would take several days dedicated purely to writing and navigating a thesaurus to write a review worthy of the Broadmoor as a whole.

I wish I had the time to sit down and give this review the pure literary (and literal) imagery it deserves. It is a place I grew up with, near and dear to my heart and family.

Come here and spend a few nights. Just one won't do.

My husband took me here for my birthday. It was wonderful! The brunch buffet is amazing, but you need to come very hungry. The spa was delightful as well. Staff is very attentive & nice. Would come back.

We did Sunday brunch. Excellent selection of high quality food, prepared to perfection. I highly recommend brunching here. Go on a non-holiday weekend to avoid "champagne brunch" pricing.

There is nothing bad to be said about the beautiful Broadmoor resort hotel. You live it up like kings and queens for the weekend. They serve you day and night. Be sure to check out the seven falls. Great place for an important anniversary or celebration.

The Broadmoor is such an elegant, gorgeous hotel. It's many complexes make it feel like a city into itself, with its own dining, entertainment, and sights to behold.

Beautiful mountain side Historical resort. Of the same caliber or the Ritz, 4 Seasons, Mandarin Oriental, or Waldorf. With the divine accents of nature.

Don't expect to have service or food quality of a 4 seasons, the Ritz, the Vicroy or even the Fairmont at the Broadmoor. I don't think I have had a really good meal at any of their restaurants in the last 10 years of going to their dining facilities, they are just convenient.
The problem at the Broadmoor always seems to start with their check in. If you show up anywhere close to check in time, expect a line a long line. Then their check in process is cumbersome, it's not like you can get priority status at the hotel, in-spite of going there 20 years like myself. The rooms are almost never ready on time.
Then in the summer expect to have a room in which the A/C doesn't work well, and even then once they show up if you room can pull down below 70, that's a rare experience. Hopefully you get a room with windows that open. Make sure to order a box fan quickly to cool down the room. The rooms are getting old, like their mechanical systems and need to be upgraded.
This is all in a resort that boasts about their ranking and food quality. I think I have outgrown the place, my expectations have been set higher by many other resorts/hotels and the boardmoor is now in my past. If you new to a luxury place, don't really know that the other options are, this place will be great for you.

An expensive but classy place to eat. Breakfast buffet had everything you could want to eat for breakfast! Go when you are really hungry and feel like dressing for breakfast. I do not know if they are open during Covid-19 pandemic, but when it is over, it is a must see & eat !

Spent alot of time here. An oasis at the base of Pikes Peak. Activities, museum, zoo, hiking on property site. Deer wandered. Music played. People dined and strolled the property. Many restaurants, and good! Gift shop.A good place to vacation, rest, plan a wedding or a family reunion. Beautiful.

This hotel is amazing. Every single member of the staff nd been incredibly helpful and nice. All of the rooms have wonderful views and three grounds are fantastic. The only downside is price but they definitely make it worth it.

Stopped by the Broadmoor during a trip to Colorado Springs. The resort is beautiful and impeccably maintained. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly across the board. If all "five-star" hotels were this impressive, I'd be more likely to spend the extra money to stay there.

The Great Broadmoor!!! 5 Star Hotel. The rating is not given because of its strong past, but because of its continuing Service, with all the amenities, to its guests. Friendly and Courteous Service!!! The Grounds are as Beautiful as anyone could hope for. Great place for photography shoots.

Beautiful seasonal decorations, amazing service, and an overall lovely escape from the responsibilities or every day life.

So let me start out by saying that I have attended the Cyber symposium for 3 years which is held at the Broadmoor and nothing else so this is purely based off just that experience. The Broadmoor is great, clean and the staff is very nice but I don't see what there is to offer for the average person. Again as a venue it's terrific and the summit center will meet the needs of any convention but for me it's not a tourist trap.

Beautiful holiday party experience. Stopped at julie's on our way out for croissants to have the next morning.

I love everything about this place. So my husband and I go often. The restaurants always have the most delicious food. We always enjoy the walk across the bridge. The library is always fun to peak into. You need reservations near the holidays but honestly glad it keeps the crowds under control so you can enjoy your experience.

I got a wonderful room with a view. Service excellent; prices high, as you would expect.

5 star experience all the way. The only complaint I would have is the lack of a refrigerator in the room. Of the 3 rooms I have either stayed in or visited another in my party in, all without fridges.
