Love the oblique themed bee, waitress Heather's service on point. Portions & food ok (you won't have leftovers.) Food, drink & desserts are pricey, front desk staff no so polite, need reservations, 9:30pm there is a pianist who plays sing-a-long songs. Your 20%-tip is included in the bill.

Quite the fancy hotel! I went today for the breakfast buffet. It was quite good, and the service was really phenomenal: I was brought lots of juice and coffee; whenever I left the table the waiter or waitress would cover my coffee to keep it hot; and they stopped me from leaving my card behind at the table (oops). It was really an enjoyable experience to dine there and take a stroll around the grounds. I would definitely recommend visiting. Based on how friendly and helpful the staff were it would be a true delight to rent a room for a few days.

One of the finest hotels where I've stayed. Service was great, as was the food. Rooms were spacious, well appointed, the bed was comfortable and temperature controls were good. A great resort in a scenic mountain setting!

Truly an experience. Great people, lovely rooms, and a wonderful spa. It's undergoing renovations at the moment but this hotel is still one of my favorite places to go. Even in winter there are things to do (room rates drop to under $200 also!)

The Broadmoor is like its own County. As soon as you feel like you've seen it all you go a little further and there's more to experience. The staff is very kind and welcoming. Tammy at Play is the best bartender I've ever had! We had an amazing experience. If you find yourself in Colorado take the time to visit. You don't have to stay at the Broadmoor to enjoy all it has to offer. Bowling at Play ended up being cheaper for a group of 5 than your typical bowling alley and it's classy and comfortable.

Everything except for the front desk was amazing. If the front desk could run as smooth and as classy as the rest of it, it truly would be 5-stars. We had to correct the booking 3 times. On arrival 2 of the rooms were incorrect. Another group with this problem was upgraded to a cottage, we were offered nothing. Paying for the rooms turned into a production. We were told that we could put all the rooms on one card, instead they made us use 5. After the manager got involved we were able to pay for all the rooms on one card but it was a hassle getting them to do it. The overall experience was enough to make me think twice before booking again. Though undeniably beautiful, for what you pay to stay at the Broadmoor, this is something they need to fix. I've encountered better front desk staff at generic hotels.

The Broadmoor is a magical resort. Every nuance has been planned and prepared for long before your arrival. When you were born the hotel had already mastered service. They had multiple restaurants and stores arrayed to please you. They had falcons waiting to strike at your command. They had bartenders, jiggers at the ready, trained to deliver you thousands of have crafted boissons each more delectable than the last. Every staff member exudes kindness and genuine caring for any need you may have. They know your needs. They have your answers. Eerily but inevitably you succumb. You relax. You allow yourself to be pampered. Whatever your unique need is, they are ready. If a mistake happens they adjust with effortless grace and do so so smoothly that you're left unsure a faux pas ever even occurred. You can't say when our how a change happened. You're unsure which of the myriad of small wonderful details included in your stay tipped the scales weighed down by your everyday life. All you truly know is that you are happier now than when you checked in. That is the magic of The Broadmoor.

Stayed here for 6 days. Limited restaurant availability. For the last 3 days they have not refilled our water. On hold for over 30 minutes for room service...in room service with 2 hour dinner waits. Limited reservations on excursions. Good below par. The worst experience. Very pricey NOT WORTH THE STAY!!

Beautiful hotel, beautiful area, loved the experience, but it's not my style. Something you should experience, but I'd rather be in the wilderness. That being said the staff was wonderful and I felt like a prince!

I think the hotel had amazing looks and was a great place to stay in. The room service was excellent but the only thing to remember is they sometimes forget to take out certain ingredients from foods as I had allergy problems. Thankfully i did not get a reaction but i want the people to know that to keep extra caution of what you eat. Also they have very mannerfull staff and do not worry you do not need to dress up very nicely but dress up in a way that you look good (dont wear sports clothing, instead wear button down shirt some tims and some jeans ot dress pants)

Worth every penny.

Worth every penny.

It's so luxurious that the pillow-top seems to have pillow-top of its own.

The rooms are large, the bathrooms in the Old Building are opulent. The balconies in the new building are a breath of fresh mountain air. The service is incomparable.

From breakfast by the lake to the bagpipes at dusk, it's just a great experience.

Our favorite Colorado get away.Meant to stay two nights but we had to leave early and they were kind enough to let us out of our reservations. The renovations are sumptuous .I especially love the fireplace nook next to Julie's cafe.

We had dinner and drinks at the Golden Bee and it was absolutely wonderful! The sing-along on Saturday night was so much fun; the food is great pup style food; they had complimentary valet and even provided umbrellas when it started raining. Perfect date night!

The grounds were very beautiful. The servers were very polite, but a little stand offish and seemed to be scared to even say hi. I also noticed a bit of segregation, certain ethnicities were only in certain places.

Beautiful hotel and surrounding area. When we went, the ponds out back were frozen. They had a candy cog train setup in one of the common areas. Didn't get a chance to look into the history of the place, but it seems like it has quite a bit.

The Sunday brunch at the Broadmoor is the pinnacle in brunching experience. It is all you can eat of basically any kind of food you can think of. It is buffet/pastry shop/personal chef style eating. Most items that are put out for grabs we're just made by a person right in front of you. The ambiance is great and the service is awesome. If you are in Denver on a Sunday, it's worth the hour drive to get to the property, nestled in the front range outside Colorado Springs.
