I will keep this simple. It's an expensive restaurant I was expecting something worth the price. I was very very disappointed.
Everyone in our party of 6 had great dinners, 2 nights in a row!
We had some special requests when we went to the Brik to watch Superbowl. They handled them to our liking and took good care of us. Kudos to the team!
We always sit in the bar. the food is pretty good and the service has always been really good.
Good place to eat. It is an interesting mixture of a bar and a fancy restaurant. They have a variety of options from burgers to pasta.
My husband's ribeye was not very tender or tasty, our sauteed vegetables were not done, neither was the very inside of his baked potato. The chicken breast on my fettuccine alfredo looked grilled, but possibly the day before and then kept warm, no flavor and very dry. Small portions for the cost of the meal and not very good food. This was our third try, we will never go back
Always very accommodating. I come here frequently, they have great burgers and Monte Cristo!
We made a reservation for mothers day. Arrived to find out they didnt have our reservation for some reason. Got seated and ignored for 20 minutes. We asked for water. After another 10 minutes got the water. We waited another 20 minutes with no sevice or even being asked if we wanted to order anything then we got up and left. It was horrible and I will never go there again. The sad part. My 86 year old mother asked to go there. Not a great way to celebrate mothers day.
Slow service, inattentive waitstaff. No brown gravy for mashed potatoes with steak...seriously? ?? Waited 20 minutes to order...had to find someone to get steak sauce and to get our check. Probably won't be back
Food was amazing, service was great and the wait time was short. Food is worth the price. Wicked Hot burger, Avo burger and onion haystack! All amazing!
The customer service was non existent. The greeter gave us silverware and menus told us our server would be right with us. Waited 15 min no waitress. No water. The people that came in after us were served their beverages
Not overrated overpriced like every other place in town. Also, not nasty like applebees

Service was terrible. Our order wasn't taken for 40 minutes, drinks didn't come until after we had gotten our food. The food was served lukewarm and my steak was cooked incorrectly. Would never recommend or return.
Old, dirty, slow, outdated crappy place. French fries where cold and 1/4 of them undercooked. Service sucked, they don t care about the customer at all, they look and act like they would rather take a bath in the deep fry instead of serving you. Don t give you silverware or napkins, have to ask for a refill on your water. Constant annoying banging sound coming from the back. To top it all off the food sucks too.

Slow service, inattentive wait staff, incompetence in the kitchen. Steak ordered rare came to the table cold. Garlic smashed potatoes to go with the cold steak were on another person's plate at my table. The BBQ Chicken Flat Bread Pizza that my brother ordered was so spicy it had to be sent back. There was no warning of it being spicy. They took these off the bill and we left the restaurant at 8 pm hungry. No option in my book but to give 1 star. If my son's had been upset it would have been no star. My years in the kitchen demand better quality, attention, service, and standards.
Friendly staff, clean atmosphere, and big portions. We really enjoyed the house-made black bean patty and our waitress was able to sub it in any burger on the menu. We will definitely make this a typical stop when we're in town!

After hearing friends rave about the food here, our experience was not as expected. The service, after the hostess greeted and sat us, was extremely slow and our server had such a flat affect that she seemed bored. Our drinks came out quickly, once she finally took our drink order, then it took a while for her to take our food order. We ordered appetizers and they came out 30 seconds before the food did. After having waited about 30 minutes after we arrived, the server came out and told us that they ran out of Fettuccini noodles and would we prefer spaghetti or penne noodles instead. We choose penne, then proceeded to wait another fifteen minutes for our meal. The pasta sauce was extremely buttery and more liquid than cream, the Brik cheese sticks were lukewarm in the center, the French fries were as if they had been baked, left to sit out overnight, then reheated (sort of a rubbery texture), the meat on the sandwich was lukewarm, and the au jus was very salty. Overall, we were unimpressed. A second employee finally came to check on us and listened to our complaints. Otherwise, our server, after this second employee told her we were ready for our check, simply slipped our check on the table without any eye contact or acknowledgement. Very very disappointing service tonight.
Wait staff is slow as well as the food coming out food Its over priced witch leads to a higher tip that defiantly isn't deserved

Great table service and polite waitress . Good burger cooked as requested. Allowed us to sample 4 different beers to go with the meal. Exchanged a cocktail as sister in law did not like the taste of it. Made the whole time a pleasant 1.
Their burger was like a religious experience. Always clean and the staff friendly. Great local wine and beer. Low key friendly place to grab a drink or meal.

Only been there twice. Once when they first opened and had a steak dinner.. expensive, but good. Menu said it came with bread. We had to ask for the bread.. which turned out to be thin slices of a baguette. Kind like bread chips. Not quite what I'd call bread. Last week went again.. got an Chicken Oriental Salad... which was the absolute worst oriental salad I've ever had. Very bland... best part was the grilled chicken. Topped with HARD uncooked rice noodles as a garnish? Unedible. Had to pull those off. Wondered if they had someone else in the kitchen. Not much flavor to the dressing. Really disappointing... for $13? They should visit Applebees for their Oriental Chicken Salad.. it's yummy! I don't think I've ever written a poor review before.. but this time had to. Won't be back.

Ordered a dirty Martini, received a plain Martini. Ordered a chicken pot pie and received a vegetarian pot pie. Received the chicken pot pie. Dough was raw and the chicken was dry and old.

The Brik is a locally-owned restaurant that provides a good selection on the menu. I've only had a few items, but my favorite is the panko fish and chips. The restaurant is always clean and the service excellent. They also feature a nice bar, and outdoor seating weather permitting. Recommended!
Amazes me there still even open really!.How many years have you guys had the same frozen food menu? Ahi Tuna available year around for 3 yrs!..lol..Change your menu up as well as your interior layout and then upgrade your bartender and staff...Maybe then you'll keep your doors open another couple years..Cmon

Great service from Destiny. Attentive without being intrusive. Good food and outstanding local wine. The owner is engaging and interesting. We stop every time we travel through Walla Walla.
The food was good but the service was horrible and slow the server messed up my order and didn't bring me my food until after everyone else was done with their dinner

The waitress was attentive and very pleasant, however, the food was just okay. My steak sandwich had a fair amount of gristle, but my husband's cod was good. The worst thing was we were seated at a table that was close to the kitchen and it sounded like someone was bouncing a basketball against the wall. Extremely irritating and not conducive to a nice dining experience.
Great burgers and nice ambience. Able to get grilled asparagus on the side instead of fries. Yum.

This is my go to place in Walla Walla. Good atmosphere, good food, good service, and good location with a rare commodity ... parking. A couple of years ago there was a noticeable decline in pretty much all aspects. The owners have overcome the issues and have returned to an establishment worth visiting. Theirs are one of the top 3 locations in Walla Walla for a good burger and fries. But don't stop there. I've tried a goodly number of their menu items and have never been disappointed. Their in facility made chicken pot pie is one of my personal favorites.
Food took awhile could have gone to safeways frozen aisle and did better
