The Brik Restaurant Review

Had chicken fettuchini tonight and it was wonerful!

We love the Brik. Stop here on every visit to Walla-Walla. When the owner is there he always takes time to stop and talk to us. The staff is welcoming and friendly as well. Some favorites are hamburgers & fish & chips. My very favorites are their salads!

Ordered the signature stake. It was very small. Seven bites. Even the server noticed that the stake was small ish.... The Taste was good. But the mix veggies came uncooked. When I talked to the service about the two issues. I was not charged for the baked potato...first time to not be impressed from going to several times and being very well taken care of. And outstanding service and food.

For what I payed I felt the food was not good at all it was small amounts and sloppy and just not good At all I rather of went to shareys I will never eat at the brik again also played 3.99 for ice cream that was so small and 14.99 for a small small taco salad. The nachos were dry and looked old. I TIPPED THE WAITER ONLY BECAUSE MY BABY MADE A MESS. ANYWAY NOT WHAT I EXPECTED FOR BEING MY FIRST TIME.

Food was over priced. Fish tacos had way to much pesto and old brown cabbage in it. The limes were rotten. Very disappointing.

Great prime rib night, allowed larger cut for minimal cost.

A little pricey, atmosphere good and clean. Thumbs up to the staff, but wasjt really impressed with the food.

Our Family had Xmas Eve dinner here. The food and service were outstanding. What a wonderful way to start the holiday.

First off, Billie was an amazing server. I love when my server can have fun and professional and that's exactly what i needed that evening. The food, omg was davine! I had the steak frates and subed veggies out for asparagus. The garnish was a grilled orange that was also tasty. My steak was cooked perfectly. I had a bad day and the food made it so much better and that's not including the insanely delicious donut holes i had for dessert. Lovely. Thank you MS. Billie for a great experience.

Had heard of the restaurant. And was in walla walla for a trap shoot. Extremely clean and light. Our waitress was friendly and well kept. The 3 of us shared the 4 or 5 cheese melt and bread. I could of ate it all. But along came a huge hamburger. I had to take 1/2 home. It did not last until Clarkson. The experience was great.

The only reason we came here was for the cheesy lasagna. Very disappointed they no longer serve. Service is great. I'd give a 5 if I could get my favorite food. The only place in town that made lasagna now what do we do!

Mediocre service and food. Good for drinking and watching sports.

The Brik is great! Perfect mix between casual and fine dining. Weather you want a cozy restaurant experience, or if you want a nice bar to sit at. The patio is awesome too they've got a little fire going on the table out there and it's a perfect spot to see the sunset. I'm dairy free and it's very helpful that the staff and cooks accommodate that.

Pretty good food. Used to be Lorenzo's Pizza. And before that, Abbey's Pizza. There used to be one of those ball pits and arcade games where the bar is now.

It was a beautiful day &my daughter &I were looking for a restaurant that had outdoor seating. The Brik was a great choice. We ordered thai cauliflower and it was delicious! I got the parmesan crusted cod and my daughter ordered the caesar salad. Our food was good and the service was great!

Ate here tonight. A large group of family. The food was excellent and plentiful. Several if us shared meals. We also shared the giant chocolate cake and the carrot cake for dessert an they were particularly noteworthy. I had the Brick pasta, shared with my mom. Came with carrots and briskly cooked aldante to perfection. No overcooked soggy veg here. The wait staff was also Be At and very attentive. Overall a great experience.

Good food and friendly service. Lighting was much darker than I prefer. I understand the concept of mood lighting, but I also like to be able to see what I am eating. Overall a good experience and will definitely eat here in the future.

Great brik house steak, perfect size. I would recommended this place. I went with my family while visiting walla walla. Service could be better, but it isn't the worst either.

The mushroom Swiss burger is very good, so is the yuppie burger if you're looking for a veggie option. The service was fast and friendly. I'd definitely recommend the Brik

The food was great and so was the service we will come back next time were in town, prices could be a little better but hey what's not in the high end these days

Six of us had a great dinner outside on patio (3 per table, girls at one table, guys at another table)-excellent service!

Very slow service. Only 5 other people in the whole dining room. Another couple came in and were seated by the hostess....after 15 minutes they still had not been contacted by a server. They got up and walked out. It took over 40 minutes from the time we were seatef for them to bring our food out. My wife ordered a bacon-avocado-cheeseburger with no tomato, I ordered the hamburger steak dinner cooked medium. Wife's burger came to table with 2 big old slices of tomato, (ordered no tomato please) and my medium hamburger steak was so hard and overcooked it resembled a hockey puck on my plate.
Poor service and obviously unqualified cook at the grill = won't be going back.

The last two times I was there, the owner was and is rude!! Visited every table but ours. Very noticeable! Maybe we are not good enough customers?? The last time when a friend of mine got her meal the portion size was very small!! Great cook and waiter!! Love em!!

All 4 of us had great dinners. The waitstaff were great. We did have to change tables because ours rocked so much it just about spilled the drinks. The next table rocked too. We got a booth. They need to update a little. Otherwise it was great. Two totally different cod dishes delicious, one pasta, and a french dip. Yum.

Very good food, customer service great, just don't order a margarita. They don't know how to make them.

Menu options were boring, long wait times, and food was overpriced. Nice staff, but food was mediocre at best.

Meh. We have been intrigued by the exterior, decided to stop. Once was sufficient. Nice building, probably a good choice for a group who isn't looking for good to great food. I had the classic burger, my husband had the taco salad. Easy changes would've taken the food up a notch or two.

The atmosphere of The Brik was really cool and the staff was really nice but service was slow, even though it wasn't very busy. I ordered the seafood fettuccine alfredo but the sauce wasn't very good and the shrimp and crab were canned. The mixture of their Coke was off as well. The mozzarella bites were a good appetizer but their marinara sauce wasn't very good and we had to ask for napkins. We weren't offered drink refills and had to ask. This place was just ok and I can't really recommend it.

Prices are high. $15 a burger and fries. Both the burger and fries were good! Slow to take our order, that I forgot what I was getting, lol. The place was empty at the time, so not sure why? I chose the spicy burger, if you like flavor and hot, go for it.

This place absolutely sucks. Do not eat here. It isn t even deserving of one star, but the site doesn t allow zero stars. Nasty!

The food was really good. There were a ton of great looking options on the menu. We also got amazing service in the bar from Jake! He was outstanding!!

Food was not bad, a touch heavy with the oil, left food with a somewhat heavy feeling. Prices were moderate, about 10 + dollars per plate.

I m going through a divorce. She wants to keep the kids from me. I m fighting for my livelihood. Lawyers are so expensive they basically are white knuckling my pension into non existence. Speaking of white knuckling, I sure do love the turkey club. Hard to pry it from my grip. I wish the same could be said for my sanity and Karen s cold dead hands. Also, try the chili.

I had the chicken wrap with Apple's raisin walnuts it was Awesome!!

Decent food..but these shredded onion things they have...ARE LEGIT!!

The owner is always so gracious and tends every table to see how your meal is, have never been disappointed at the Brik!

Food was good place was nice had a good time with Julie&Richard Mason Auston Clifton and myself had a good time for my step dad's birthday

Food was really good and our server was friendly and attentive. Our first seat was around the corner from the kitchen door and our booth shook every time someone entered or exited. Our server was accommodating and moved us to a better seat. While our server was excellent, they were obviously under staffed. She was being run ragged. All that said, I would return.

Service is usually adequate and the seating is good. Bathrooms are clean. The food is subpar at best. Canned soup and gravy. Fries are almost always burnt. It takes forever to get your food, even when the place is almost empty. This place has really fallen off in the last year.

The food was fantastic with positive responses from everyone in our party. The wait staff was friendly, polite and prompt, always appearing in the moment just before I realized I wanted something, without ever looming. I had a beef dish (chimcheru something?) that was excellent.

The food tasted great (fries taste like home made). Food was all prepared exactly as ordered. One of the best meals we have when in the area.

What a great place to enjoy w/friends. Not loud, you can actually hear each other!

Good service, I was greeted and treated well. My only concern is the food. Marinara sauce was watery and the bread on my burger was heavily soggy. Fries were burnt and bland, sprite was flat and also quite bland. My friend's Chicken Alfredo was mediocre. Way too thick with clumps of cheese and chicken that's dry and tough. They have surely gone down in the last year.

Probably and off night but pretty disappointing. Great beer, but we waited more than an hour for our food, which never did materialise. They kept saying they were just plating it, but then they said they'd run out of vegetables... how do you run out of vegetables...
They comped our beers, which we appreciated, but the staff was a bit snarky and given the long wait and the kinda not so true "It's just about ready" stuff, we were left with a bit of a bad taste...or no taste.. y'know.

Variety of food at reasonable prices; service was very good.

Love the food and casual atmosphere! Never have been disappointed by the food quality. A little noisy with families with small children or the sound absorption in the dining area, but great food and service!
