My experience at The Bridal Collection was fantastic from the moment I stepped in the door. The shop is beautiful and every staff member I interacted with was happy and helpful. Jordan was a huge help trying on dresses and made me feel so important. The third dress I tried on was the one! During the alteration appointments they spent extra time with me to make sure it was the perfect fit. I had so many compliments on my dress at the wedding and felt amazing! Thank you so much for making this an amazing experience for a major part of our special day!

From the second I stepped through the door the staff here were incredibly friendly and understanding. I had a blob of an undefined idea of what I might want and they helped uncover my style and chose dresses that narrowed it down so quickly. They asked all the right questions, were extremely accommodating and never brought me dresses that were outside of my price range. The selection they have is outstanding and we couldn't find anything like it anywhere else we went. When I showed up for a second appointment to try my final contenders on again, the second experience was just as phenomenal as the first. They made deciding on my dream dress such an effortless process and I can't thank them enough!

Jennifer was amazing, she listened to what I wanted and was able to find the perfect dress. She makes you feel very comfortable and will not put you in something that doesn't look good on you.

My sister got her wedding dress here and she couldn't have been better taken care of. They have loads of options and the staff was so helpful. All of her fitting appointments went well. My sister had a destination wedding and they even packed her dress in a suitcase for her and it came out perfect! Just a light steam in some areas. If you are looking for your dream dress definitely go here. The prices range so there really is something for everyone!

I had the most amazing experience!!! It was the first place I went to try on a dress and the last! Everything about the experience was amazing, from the dress selection and variety, to the overall feel and look of the place, to my amazing stylist, Melissa, and to the dress choice! Melissa felt like a best friend in an hour and was so patient, funny, honest and kind the entire time! I just knew the dress was perfect when I tried it on and I feel like the entire experience added to the bliss and excitement of the entire process. My experience at The Bridal Collection was more than I could have asked for. The atmosphere is beautifully decorated and warm right when you walk through the doors. The staff greeted me right away, and my consultant was early to work with me. Miranda made my experience so special, and she actually got married a couple of weeks before my appointment at the same location I am getting married next year. I had a great experience! Erin was wonderful and made myself and my entourage very comfortable. You could tell she loved her job! She listened to what I wanted and we found the dress very quickly. The shop was beautiful and had a great selection and price range. There was plenty of space to allow privacy between brides/customers for a more intimate appointment. 1. Customer Service: Cathy had a smile and was super friendly! She didn't mind me trying over 40 dresses and then retry a couple over and over! I Never felt like she was being pushy and she always was looking and listing to what I wanted. I appreciate her calling me by name... I loved the service plus I got my dress and got added to a drawing!

Dresses: I looked at 5 places before this one and the other shops were nice but I felt they had a limited selections... Here as soon as I entered I wanted to try all... like I said I tried over 40 they were beautiful!!! Price were amazing AND they will have my dress by March... other places said that they couldn't get my dress in time.. ( getting married May bought dress today Dec 23)... Here there was no problem with time.

The Bridal Collection made my wedding dress dreams come true! They were able to run with my vision and pick out the perfect dress for me. From the initial appointment with Carrie, to fittings, alterations and pickup, they made everything a dream. The alterations department went above and beyond and even made a custom mask out of my extra lace. I couldn't recommend them more!

Had a great experience here. I was a walk in and my wedding is in less than 2 months-- they pulled some ready to go dresses from the back and I ended up falling in love with one! They have a great selection of everything-- dresses, veils, jewelry-- and were so kind and helpful. Not pushy at all. I worked with Erin, who was awesome. Definitely recommend!

Everyone I met was so friendly! It was my very first time trying on wedding dresses so I was definitely feeling a bit intimidated. I was paired with Sydney who was just so nice! She definitely made the experience about me and what I wanted. She let me go out with my mom and aunt to the floor to pick the dresses I wanted. She never forced me on a dress or try anything I didn t want. She did show me a bunch of stuff to widen my horizons because I did come in with a different style in mind. I did have more appointment coming up so I was going in with this mentality that I would just browse. However, I came out with the dress of my dreams and it was the very first dress I tried on (I did try other too!). I knew I didn t want to keep looking and I was ready to commit. Sydney was great and the everyone I encountered. Would definitely recommend!

I found the Bridal Collection because it was recommended by my venue (Spruce Mountain Ranch). When we arrived, everyone was so friendly that we interacted with. Robyn was the person who was helping me out. I talked about what I liked and didn t like in each dress and Robyn was able to go back to the racks to find more dresses based on my opinion. She really valued my opinion which I appreciated. Robyn said she might have something just perfect in the back. It turns out they have single dresses available that just so happened to be on a mannequins, leftover from trunk shows, extra inventory, etc. She said these dresses are unique because it s not something they order, it s something that they have in stock. I tried it on, it fit like a glove and just so happened to be my size. It was everything I was looking for and it was absolutely stunning. It was a Stella York dress. The only thing I didn t like was that it was strapless and I wanted a dress with straps. She helped me realize that whatever alterations I wanted to do with the dress, they can do like adding on straps. I walked around the store in the dress and they walked me to the front of the store to look in the mirror with the natural light. Every employee and even other customers I passed told me how stunning the dress was on me. Because the dress was sitting in inventory, it was at a bit of a discount, making it in budget for me! Robyn was so patient and kind while interacting with me and my family and encouraged me to make the right decision. She was definitely invested in me as a person. I was able to say yes to the dress that day and it was so exciting! A few months later I was able to schedule a gown viewing, since the dress stays at the shop until a week before the wedding. You are also able to schedule as many gown viewings as you need, since you pay for the dress fully a few months out. I brought with me some earrings and we tried out some straps, and I was able to show the dress to some others who hadn t seen it yet. Cathy helped me with this appointment and she gave lots of great advice about accessories, straps, and bustling. She was so kind and really made me feel welcome and confident. If you choose to do alterations through them, they have an alterations package that is all inclusive that I took advantage of. I had Serafina as my seamstress and Brooklyn as my stylist. Brooklyn was so friendly and really supportive of what my vision was for the dress. I was able to bring my accessories to see how it all looked. They took my measurements and took note of what I wanted. Brooklyn assured me that Serafina is a miracle worker and will work hard on my dress, which made me feel like I was in good hands. On the final pick up day I tried on the dress with Serafina and Kelly. The dress fit amazing and really made me feel confident and excited about my big day. They even pressed my dress so it all layed flat with no wrinkles. Kelly taught me how to package up, transport, and store my dress until the wedding. Every call, every interaction, and every visit that I had to the Bridal Collection exceeded my expectations and I am thoroughly satisfied with my entire experience from start to finish there. I am so happy I chose them and I am so happy with how my dress turned out, it was the highlight of the evening for sure. Every visit they answered all of my questions with kindness and patience. You can tell that every single employee actually loves their job and even employees that aren t your stylist are invested in you and noticed how I was beaming in my dress. It was a very positive experience and always very welcoming. They were always prepared every time I came in with my space already set up properly, with my dress waiting for me. I would absolutely recommend the Bridal Collection to any bride that likes to feel valued and likes to be treated like a true princess every time you walk in. As an extremely picky bride, I was able to find my dream dress here and I can t thank everyone at the shop enough for their help and support!

I had a wonderful experience at the Bridal Collection! We had Sydney as our consultant and she was absolutely hands down amazing!! She made me feel so comfortable and listened to all of my opinions and took them into consideration when we were looking at and trying on dresses. Couldn t have asked for a better person to help me find my dream dress! Thank you Sydney!! The store itself was clean and neat but the only thing I was bummed about was the fact that the day of upgrade for some champagne and sweet treats was $100 which was good for up to 4 people however, It was only me and my mom and I wish they had something that could have accommodated just the two of us that wasn t that expensive. Would have it made it a little bit more fun! The nice thing was that we got a 10% discount for purchasing a dress at our first appointmen, which thanks to Sydney we found by the second dress we tried on What s also nice is they can hold the dress for you up until your wedding day, which is wonderful! I went with my mom to find a dress for her 41st wedding vow renewal and I found the whole environment to be stunning! The place is impeccable, a place-with the right people-that makes every girl feel so special! We worked with Jordan and she was amazing, truly a blessing!!! She made my mom realize how beautiful she looks! Jordan really took the time to understand my mom s dream dress feeling and from there used her insights to help her find the perfect dress! The store and the staff help to create a one-of-a-kind experience. We both had a wonderful time!!! They even took her love of Disney into account and the result will be a dress will be unbelievably special to the family! Jenny was amazing! I ve been to multiple bridal shops during my dress hunt and this was by far my best experience thanks to Jenny. She was kind, patient and so excited. I couldn t be happier with my visit to TBC- and I found THE dress!

I stared shopping for my wedding dress in 2014. I live north of Fort Collins, I looked at serval bridal stores. I went to the bridal Collection after not finding anything I liked close to home. When I first visited I worked with Ricki, she was very pushy. After not finding a dress that day I found a Dress I liked online that the store didn't carry. I started working with Jackie, she was great!! She got a sample dress in for me to try one. I went and tried it on and decided to order it. When it arrived I went back in for my gown viewing and ordered me jewelry and veil. Jackie was so awesome!!! When it was time for my first fitting I had found out that Jackie had left, but would be working with Krystle. I went in for my first fitting and worked with Krystle and Abby. Abby pinned the dress to do the alterations. They sheduled my next and final fitting for 4 weeks later (2 weeks before my wedding). I had to take another day off work (since they don't do any alterations on weekends) When I arrived after another 2 hour drive. They informed me that they had not finished my dress!! But gave me a $10.00 Starbucks gift card and a pair of earrings to say sorry. Whey didn't anyone call me to say it was not done?? I tired it on again and the found out that it needed more altering in the bust area and the bustle was not right. So they told me they would give me a gas card next visit. So I did not get to take my dress home. I had planned to pick my dress up the day before my wedding. Good thing I decided to take another day off work and went there Thursday before my wedding only, when I arrived and tried it on, it still was not right. Abby assured me they were quick fixes and to go have lunch and come back. I went to have lunch and came back, Abby said she made minor changes and there was no need to try it back on. So I left being assured the dress was fine. When I got home and took my dress out of the bag, it was ruined!!! The bustle was not right, the sides of the dress were not right, beads were loose and falling off!!! I contacted them and they advised they would send a seamstress to my house to fix it. The following day Betsy came to my house, I put the dress on we looked at the things that needed to be fixed. She was unable to fix it at my house, So she took it home and fixed it! She brought it back to me at 9:00am the day before my wedding!! She saved the day!! I am so thankful that Betsy was able to fix my dress!!!!! It worked out in the very end. But it was stressful up until that point. Beware of having your dress altered here!!!

The employees were knowledgeable, helpful, and very kind! Lots of great variety and options both in look and price. The ONLY thing I would change is that the dresses you try on are never the right size and always a little worse for wear. But that is only because they have so many dresses they can't carry all the sizes and the final product will be wonderful!!

This was an amazing experience! Jordan made us feel at home and really listened to what I was looking for while also finding styles that would flatter my body. I ended up buying a dress that I never dreamed I would look good in, but I do! She pulled my hair back and added a veil for the final touch and I teared up. I was lucky enough to stumble upon The Bridal Collection. We had such a wonderful time and it was exactly the bridal experience I was hoping for! The Bridal Collection beyond exceeded my expectations. When we drove up to the building my first thought was, "Whoa! It's huge!" My experience searching for my wedding gown was such a experience that I wont forget. I've been to 3 different shops (2 in AZ, last @ TBC) I became attached to the first dress I tried on in Scottsdale but I didn't wanna stop there because you want to try other styles (but I knew it was the one). When I came to TBC, Jordan was my gal, and she gets the job done making it a breeze to make a final decision. I loved her honesty, her hustle and how personable she was. She showed me 3 other dresses and 1 I really liked! Long story short, I tried my first love (first bridal gown) back on again to make sure I got the same feeling, and I did! This was my first stop when I began shopping for my wedding dress, and it couldn't have been a more positive experience. The shop is huge, well laid out, and thoughtfully designed with semi-private alcoves for the brides and their guests to enjoy the experience without feeling like they're on display in front of the whole store. They also take their COVID precautions seriously, which was encouraging to see and made me feel safe during my visit.

Jessie, my stylist for the appointment, was fantastic. She understood my price range and what I wanted in a dress and did a great job of creating a fun, comfortable environment throughout my visit.

I had a great shopping experience at this shop, although I didn't leave much open for interpretation, I knew the dress I wanted and had them order it, the problems began with the alterations process, make sure you bring a skilled tailor with you to have an eye for imperfections in the fit of your dress, the alterations department does not Initiate the process, they wait for you to say what you feel is wrong with the dress, this is not my profession, after 3 alterations appointments, the dress was poorly fitted, had Puckering and bubbles everywhere, and their exact words were "u look like a hot mama," completely ignoring other areas of dress that needed attention, I was not appeased, I was completely overwhelmed, I took my dress home, with one week left before my wedding because that's the timeline they recommended for me, and brought it to my own tailor, and she voiced how poorly fitting the dress was, I was very disappointed, she pulled a half of inch of fabric to take in on one side and over an inch on the other, the dress was no longer even!!! So brides buy your dress and take it to Myrna's tailor shop in Colorado Springs and you will not be disappointed and you don't have to point out anything

I went in with a picture of the exact dress I wanted. Too bad for me it was from 2012 and no longer in stock. I had the true pleasure of working with Megan, she listened to every detail I told her I wanted from dress accessories to silhouette and together we created a dress that was more perfect than what I had dreamed of! Megan was helpful, fun, and wonderful to work with! She even kept my mom happy and me under budget!! It was such a fun and special experience. I left on a total high!

My consultant's name was Ricki and she was fabulous. I arrived 15 minutes early for our appointment and she began assisting me right away. I had a 90 minute slot, but she helped me for 2 hours. I ended up going with the first dress I tried on, but Ricki had me try on multiple dresses. Every time I tried on a dress, she told me the designer's name and the price. She was honest about how every dress looked on me. She also informed me as to what dress was good for what type of ceremony setting. She was so knowledgeable and informative. She was never pushy and truly listened to me. If I didn't like I dress, I felt completely comfortable telling her. She appreciated my honesty. All of the staff were wonderful and also gave their honest opinions. Everyone is so personable and helpful. I definitely recommend this boutique. A word of advice, try a few dresses on. I had one specifically in mind for over a year and it didn't look right at all on me. Trying multiple dresses on gave us an idea as to what style was perfect for me. Also, they let you come back to "visit" your dress and they allow you to bring people with you. You just need to make an appointment. I can't say enough about this store and the people working there. I had the most amazing experience at The Bridal Collection. My stylist's name was Brooklyn and she was fantastic! She totally got my style more than any other stylist I've been helped by at other places. And she helped me find my perfect wedding dress. After shopping other places and getting so discouraged thinking I would never find the perfect dress for me, Brooklyn helped me find the dress I can't imagine getting married without. It fits my personality and my venue perfectly and makes me feel amazing. The whole store was beautiful and everyone there was so kind and supportive. And the lights they use to show you the sparkle in the dresses are amazing. They even have a place to look at the dress all in natural light if you're like me and are getting married outside and want to see what it will look like. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. So glad I came here to get my wedding dress.

I found my dress!! This was the third place I tried. Sydney worked with me and had it all together. She was super helpful but not overbearing or pushy. If I didn't like something she was quick to guide me and move on. She really got my style and was just amazing.

My mom and I were shown around the salon, learned about all of the different designers and styles, and then when it came time to try on dresses, we were able to choose what jumped out at us, and my stylist Jenny selected some options as well! She was SO knowledgeable about the gowns, alterations, and had such good advice about accessories and styling! I ordered a dress from that first appointment and couldn't be happier!!

The Bridal Collection was a one stop shop for me!!! I immediately felt at home and welcomed when I walked in. I had Jordan and I couldn't have asked for a better consultant! She honed into my style and what would be perfect for my Cabo wedding. There was lots of styles and in affordable prices! I was amazed at all the dresses and accessories. Amazing and great experience! I went in December and my destination wedding is in April! Not a lot of time for getting the dress, alterations AND adding some additional tulle to the skirt! Very great experience, this was my 6th stop to find a wedding dress. I went to many other expensive shops that I was recommended and as soon as I walked in To the bridal collection I was very welcomed and it just felt good. The lady who I worked with was Amazing and very personable. At the other places I went to the conversations just did not feel natural and at the bridal collection the people who I worked with were awesome and I connected with them right away. And I found my wedding dress!! The quality of the dresses were way better quality than a lot of the other places I looked at. After picking out a few dresses the stylist working with me knew exactly what I wanted and was very helpful when picking out a dress. I would 100% recommend them to anyone in search of a wedding dress.

Customer service is decent, not pushy...until you buy the dress! I don't know if the girl that assisted me just couldn't use a tape measure or if they just wanted to upsell their tailor. Went in with exact undergarments and shoes, dress still came back 10 sizes to large...and long. Beautiful selection, sketchy service.

I worked with Jessie on September 24th, 2016. She was simply amazing! She made me feel very comfortable and welcomed my young niece to try on some flower girls dresses, too. She bent over backwards to make sure that our experience was memorable and stress-free. I left for another appointment and then decided one of the dresses I had tried on with Jessie was "the one". She fit me in that afternoon, between other appointments, so that I could get the dress ordered before leaving the area (since I live 1.5 hrs away!)

I came in looking for a vow renewal gown with one particular dress in mind. My lovely stylist picked out a handful of dresses she thought would be worthy of trying on as well. Long story short: I am too short for the dress I had originally wanted, but one of the dresses the stylist picked ended up being absolutely perfect even and I never would have tried it on had it not been for her. I can't wait to wear it for my vow renewal!

The employees are so sweet! When I started my first appointment to look at dresses Ricki asked what my budget was and didn't show me any dresses over that so I wouldn't fall in love with any over what I wanted to spend. She asked questions and got a good feel for my style to suggest certain dresses or pull ones I hadn't looked at yet she thought I might like. She was very very nice and a big help!! I had such a great experience there and found my dress! I haven't gone in for my first fitting yet, but I love that they will hold your dress in the store until you want to come pick it up before your wedding. That way I don't have to worry about wrinkling it or where to keep it, etc. I would definitely recommend The Bridal Collection to any bride!

I had the best experience! Sydney was awesome: she has so much personality and was supportive of what I had in mind for my wedding dress. I found my dress the first visit. She amplified the entire experience I had and made my friends and family feel included the entire time too while still having the focus on me. Buying a wedding dress here was a great experience! They had far more selection than some of the other stores I had been to, which made me feel like I had lots of options that suited my style. I ended up going to fittings at 4-5 other places, and ended up coming back here after seeing I dress I really liked! Jessie was my stylist, and was so accommodating and generous and helpful in going over potential alterations to turn my favorite dress into the dress of my dreams! Was not pressuring at all, and truly listened to my opinions and was great at helping pick out dresses I may not have thought of myself. Great dress buying experience - so glad I came here!

I went to the Bridal Collection after seeing that Justin Alexander was having a trunk show there. I am a plus size bride so I went in slightly concerned with how this appointment would go for me but it was amazing. I worked with Robin and she was amazing. She really listened to a lot that I was saying and was extremely patient with me while I tried on the one three different times before I admitted it that was my dress. I really enjoyed the experience and I m very excited to see the finished product at my wedding.

My design consultant, Cathy, was amazing, positive, friendly, and helpful in providing advice and support in a sometimes overwhelming experience. I ultimately purchased a dress from The Bridal Collection and connot wait to continue the process of trying on my dress for the first time and getting fitted with them. Great Experience and would recommend this shop to any of my friends and family!

Of the 4 bridal salons I visited, The Bridal Collection was hands down the best. Erin was so attentive and respectful of my feelings about dresses during the process. She made a point to really understand what I liked or didn't, while also making suggestions that helped guide my choices. I had fallen in love with a dress that they unfortunate didn't have in stock, but Erin helped me to recreate it with separates and other dresses; when I decided that was the one it was also $500 less at The Bridal Collection than the other store that I tried it at. The rest of the staff was also great and made sure my bridal appointment entourage was comfortable and taken care of too. Thanks to the Bridal Collection and Erin I ended the day with my perfect dress and my bridesmaid dresses well within my budget.

I think my daughter walked away with two dresses. This store is now our go-to store for homecoming and prom dresses.
