The Bridal Collection Review

I went into The Bridal Collection last week and let me just say oh my gosh! The store is beautiful, the staff was awesome and most importantly I felt like the appointment was all about me. I recently relocated so I didn t have the help of my family/friends to help me but Carrie was amazing! As soon as I got there she congratulated me and wanted to know all the wedding details and my vision for my dress. She pulled so many great options that made it hard for me to choose. I went back and forth in different gowns, and even had her take pics and videos to send my family back home, but I still couldn t decide. Carrie recommended that I sleep on it and come back a few days later, so that s what I did. My second appointment was just as wonderful as my first. The customer service is simply unmatched! No pushy staff trying to force you to buy or getting upset if you change your mind..just a staff that wants you to be happy. I ended up saying yes to my dream dress at TBC and would recommend them 100% for any bride to be! You will not be disappointed!

This store is actually located at 8101 EAST Belleview Ave, Denver, CO!!! Be careful, my mom & I totally missed our appointment due to this mistake!!

I honestly had the best bridal experience here. Jessie was the sweetest and she really listened to what i wanted and brought some beautiful dresses for me to try on. We had an amazing time on our V.I.B appointment today!! Sydney went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and within our budget. I would recommend this special appointment to everyone! The experience at the Bridal Collection was wonderful. The staff were professional, friendly, and accommodating. Melissa, Stylist, listened and made adjustments and recommendations as we went along. She was a joy to work with. We purchased my dress and they were able to work with my tight time frame! Very positive experience.

My consultant was Kim and she was absolutely amazing! She was really helpful and she understood exactly what I wanted. I didn't feel pressured at all to buy a dress like at the other bridal shops I have been to. I had a later appointment and I was in the store for over an hour after they had already closed and she didn't care that she was there after hours she just wanted to help me find my dress.

The store itself is set up wonderfully. The dresses are easy to look through and displayed beautifully and the dressing rooms are nicely set up. They were able to give me an appointment the same day and were willing to work with me even though my wedding was only less than 4 months away.

Erin was so attentive and sweet! She was actually the one who pulled my dress I chose which showed me that she truly listened and saw my vision with me. As a bride I can have unreal expectations of myself or insecurities that I shouldn't have. She made sure I was comfortable in my dress. Her and my dress exceeded expectations!!! Can't wait to come back in march/April to fall more in love with my dress.

The ladies at the Bridal Collection are wonderful I had the best experience with them and would highly recommend them. They stayed within our budget and still created a fun and inviting atmosphere. Jennifer worked with us to find the perfect gown. She not only listened to what I had to say but quickly picked up on my nonverbal ques and made my experience the best it could possibly be. I would recommend them to any bride. You guys do such a great job!!

We had a great experience working with our stylist Ricki. I drove 7 hours from Albuquerque and had already been to 5 other bridal salons in other cities, but the Bridal Collection was where I found my dress! They have a great selection of designers. I showed Ricki some examples of dresses I liked, and she helped me choose the best dresses to try on for my style and my body type. She knew the type of dress and structure that would work best for me, and gave great insight into the colors and styles, and even how to coordinate jewelry with the dress I chose. I'm so glad that I found my dress here, and I'm grateful to the Bridal Collection for making it enjoyable.

I loved this place. They have an astonishing selection of gowns that are high quality and even some that are one of a kind. It doesn't have the boutique feel that I believe a lot of bride dream of as part of finding the perfect gown which turned me off when I drove up, BUT Brooklyn was extremely professional and I must say a master of her profession. She choose flattering gowns and she did it in a matter of minutes. I recommend this shop and I recommend her.

This was my second time going wedding dress shopping and the customer service blew my mind! Lynn and Brooklyn were absolutely amazing. I brought in a picture of another dress I had tried on that was way out of my price range, and Lynn went in the back and pulled some one-of-a-kind dresses that had similar elements. I tried one on and immediately knew - this was my dress. I worried that it would be way too expensive considering it was the only one of its kind, but it was within the budget I gave them. The selection of dresses was amazing, but what really sets them apart is the level of care and kindness you feel from all of the employees. It felt like shopping with a caring friend, and they made me feel beautiful in every single thing I tried on (which was actually only three dresses because they nailed my style immediately). We went to another bridal shop after because we had already made an appointment, and they seemed so disinterested in me - it just confirmed that the Bridal Collection was the right choice. If you want to find a beautiful dress and you want to feel like your most beautiful self - please go to the Bridal Collection (and pray you get Brooklyn or Lynn)!

Jordan was amazing! This was my 3rd bridal salon I visited and she helped make 3rd times a charm a reality! Even going to the appointment by myself, she helped me through and captured me and my personality in many of the styles we tried on! Previous experiences almost had me feeling like what I was looking for was impossible. When Jordan saw possibility!! She and the whole Bridal Collection staff helped me create the perfect custom gown for my day and I m absolutely thrilled! Everyone was so accommodating, I highly recommend! Thank you and I can t wait to see my custom rocker princess wedding dress!!

We came here on a whim without an appointment and luckily they fit us in! The experience was great and I found my dress!

I worked with Jordan E the other day and she was wonderful! This Bridal Collection has a fantastic selection of gowns, ranging in both styles and budget. Jordan knew exactly what she was doing and helped me narrow down my selections. She allowed me to pull which ever gowns drew my eye but also offered me choices to try on. I came in with a dress in mind and they had it right there in store. Jordan made sure to make the dress look as if it fit perfectly and even did my hair to show what the final picture might look like!! We had our own private area of the store to try dresses on, removed from other visitors and noise. It was a great experience and I would gladly refer anyone to this store. I had a great experience here. My family and I truly enjoyed our time and the experience. My family is from out of town and I was recently engaged so when they came to town we decided to set up an appointment so we could share this experience as a family. My stylist, Jessie S. helped make this an enjoyable experience and ultimately helped lead me to THE dress! It was incredible how passionate she is about her job and how she could learn just from me trying on a few dresses exactly what I would love. I especially loved that she helped me find something I could feel beautiful and confident wearing! I am very passionate about good customer service and I feel this store offers just that! It was more than just finding a dress, it was an experience. I will be recommending this store to anyone in the area who is looking to find their wedding gown, bridesmaid gowns, flower girl gowns or mother of the bride/groom gown. I could truly go on about The Bridal Collection. I had the absolute pleasure of working with Natalie and Leah to find my perfect dress. They were both beyond patient and sweet. It did not feel like I was trying on dresses with The Bridal Collection staff, instead they felt like longtime friends. They listened to my hopes for a dress and honored my budget. They laughed with us and gave their honest feedback. The appointment was far more lighthearted and easygoing than the other bridal salons I had been to. Words simply cannot express how much it meant to have Jordan be part of my shopping experience. I said yes to my dream dress today! My bridal Stylist Jess was amazing! Her and Iconnected the moment we met. After trying on several dresses i thought i wanted, she really pulled a wild card for me and i chose the dress she picked out! I was looking for a bobo chic, cintage fitted gown and although the sample wasn't the color i wanted, she helped me see the vision of what it would be in ivory rather than champagne. I'm so happy to finally be a TBC bride!

Coming here, I didn't really know what to expect since it was my first place to look at wedding dresses. Overall, it was pretty great! Jordan was AMAZING, she took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted in a dress and she helped me narrow down my choices to one dress that made me feel beautiful. I wasn't too sure about it since it was me first place and went to look at another place (Davids Bridal), they were ok but not very helpful so I ended up coming back, despite the driving distance, without an appointment. Krystle was AMAZING as well, she helped me out without hesitation, she was friendly and very helpful! I walked out with the original dress that made me feel absolutely beautiful!
I would highly recommend this place even if you live hours away, they are awesome!

If I could give Bridal Collection 10 Stars, I would!
I came in on a Friday and had no idea what I wanted. The consultant, Nicole, was extremely helpful. She pulled and suggested styles that would work on me. I went from no idea what I wanted to having a clear vision of what I liked and how I wanted to feel on my wedding day. One dress that she pulled made me feel like everything was very real - I was finally getting married! Nicole made sure it felt like the right dress for me and let me stay in it for a while and switch in and out of other dresses. She spent a lot of time finding accessories that matched. I said yes to the dress but then realized the dress was slightly over budget. The managers agreed to work with me on the price and payment plan. I decided to come back the next morning with a few other people from my wedding party to see their opinions. Bridal Collection and Nicole told me they would extend the price of the dress until tomorrow.
The next day, I came in and sadly, didn't feel the same way about the dress when I put it on. One of the managers, Leah, was acting as my consultant and she was AMAZING. Despite feeling upset and like I would never find a dress, she was positive and bubbly. She started pulling other dresses - some I would have never picked for myself! She even brought us sparkling cider and cupcakes which really helped make the whole process fun. One of the dresses that Leah pulled was a one of a kind dress from a designer's runway collection. I had pictured myself in white lace....and this dress was the opposite. I expressed my hesitation and Leah encouraged me to just try....she was right! The dress fit almost perfectly and made me feel amazing! Again, we flip-flopped back and forth between some other contenders but when I put this back on and Leah paired it with a veil...I was ready to say yes!

I went in not expecting to find my dress, and I was so wrong. Jordan is amazing, she really listened to what I was liking and what I wasn't, even if I was struggling to figure out what I liked myself. The dress selection is amazing, there is definitely something for every type of bride at The Bridal Collection. Overall I had a wonderful, stress-free, and supportive experience!

My wedding story has been a wild one, but the bridal collection has been there for it all. Last June, I said YES to the dress! Jessie was amazing and found me the perfect dress after I tried on less than 5. I was skeptical about the dress size they ordered (12) as I was a street size 4-6, but, it fit like a glove. The only alteration I needed was shortening it up to match my tiny height!

I planned my perfect wedding, perfect reception, and had all dreams lining up. And then, my husband lost his job and we had to cancel our original ceremony, move up our date, plan an elopement, and still figure out how to keep our reception. But then...COVID happened. I ended up getting married in my backyard on April 13th. The Bridal Collection made me feel so beautiful in their posts about my wedding. Nothing went the way I had hoped, but I still married my best friend and had a beautiful day!

The Bridal Collection is STILL here for me! My husband and I lost a baby and I had to have a D&C in June. The Bridal Collection has reached out with their support and kindness. The little nudges of love from everyone who works there has made my wedding and fertility struggles a little less awful.

AMAZING. Felt like I was a princess. They have everything you could ever want and spend as much time with you as you need. Cathy helped me Nov '18 and it felt like I had a second mom there with me, haha! Found my dream dress, didn't even know I would like that style but their experts know exactly what to pull for what you do and don't like on details from other dresses. GO HERE for your dress. I cannot speak highly enough about The Bridal Collection or Jordan my consultant. I had gone to two other places before here, and while I didn t have a bad experience persay at the other two Jordan blew them out of the water on all levels. I got the VIB package as a thank you for my bridesmaids trucking along with me all day, and it was well worth it! I felt like a princess walking in, but I have a feeling no matter what that is just how they are! Jordan paid amazing attention to the small things I was saying, and when I tried on a dress my future mother in law chose she noted my love for it, asked a couple questions and then brought back something similar but not she asked me to give a shot. She knew the one my mother in law to be picked was my number one, but what she brought for me to just try BLEW MY MIND. It was everything I knew I wanted in one dress. When I stepped out of the room it was the first time all day that everyone was speechless and grinning ear to ear. I began to cry because I knew it actually was the one. Of course Jordan didn t stop there. She helped out my hair up, so I could really see details of the dresses. She picked out earrings that were in my color scheme and complemented the dress. She found a veil that made the whole look, and suggested a shade lighter to not take away from the dress detail! I had waited all day to feel as amazing in every dress as I did at The Bridal Collection. I beyond highly recommend them and Jordan.

All these great reviews are no joke. This was my fourth bridal store and I am SO happy I decided to come here! I found my dress and had a great experience. Carrie was my stylist and she was awesome! I came by myself and she was very helpful and understood what I was looking for. I m making a custom change to the back of the dress because I don t want open back, and Carrie & the seamstress Betsy had a fabulous idea that truly made this my ultimate dream dress. I've had such a positive experience at The Bridal Collection, and was so happy to have found my dress there! Not only are the staff courteous and knowledgeable, but they're never pushy, and make you feel like the most important person in the store. They made finding my dress much easier, and alterations were a breeze! You will NOT find customer service like their's anywhere else! I highly recommend this boutique!

I'll start by saying that they worked with me when I bought my first dress, took it home, hated it, and came back to get a different one. They have a no returns policy and I will forever appreciate them working with me to get me the dress I wanted.

The main problem with this place is that it's huge and they just DON'T care about you. At each fitting they'll blow smoke up your bum and tell you how pretty you look, but they won't take a discerning eye to how the dress looks on you and take care to ensure your dress is tailored flawlessly. I had no fewer than 4 fittings, and at all four the right hip of my dress was puckering. At the first three, I asked them to fix the puckering. The first time it got a little better, but the left side laid perfectly flat while the right still puckered. The next two times I asked them to fix it and they didn't. When I brought it up, they insisted they could "iron it flat." The fourth and final fitting was the day of my wedding and they "ironed" it again, or at least took it away for 2 minutes and came back saying they did. I put it on before my wedding, and long story short, I got married in an ill-fitting dress. Perfect on one side, puckered on the other. These guys just do not care and when all was said and done, they charged me over $800 for the sloppiest alterations I've ever seen. The bra cup they sewed into the dress actually just FELL OUT 30 minutes before the ceremony. I had to secure it back in with a safety pin and then I spent all night checking my left bust to make sure the bra wasn't popping out or showing. It was terrible.

They will stand there and make you feel like a fool for asking them to fix an obviously puckered dress. They will visibly resent you for making them do work, and will show it by not doing any of the things you ask of them, while still charging you an arm and a leg.

All that REALLY matters is that I'm married to the man of my dreams, but I would caution all of you to take your dresses elsewhere for alterations. Once they sell you that dress, all concern for you and how you feel is gone. Go somewhere else where they actually care about giving you a good experience. Thanks to them, I now cringe when I see pictures of my right side from my wedding day.

I had the best time at The Bridal Collection. Not only do they have a great selection of styles, they are so knowledgeable about styles, prices, and their brands. I could not have had a better experience. I found my dream dress and I could not have found it without the expertise of the stylists.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. I appreciated them taking the time to make sure my daughter was fitted properly. Unfortunately, they didn't have anything in my daughter's size, so we had to order her dress. Therefore the 20%, in store discount, didn't apply. Overall the experience was wonderful.

The lady who helped us try on dresses was the RUDEST person we have EVER met! We will NOT be getting any dresses here and will be taking our business elsewhere! When we tried to ask her any question at all we were just met with more rudeness! So unprofessional and disgusting to say the least.

Amazing place. I had 2 months to get a dress ordered and ready for our ceremony. I was in and out of the store in 2 hours with my dress ordered in plenty of time for alterations. The selection is awesome and Sydney mu dresser really knows how to find and fit a dress. Couldn't be happier.

I love them!! Super easy to get an appointment, and my consultant Erin was the cutest...she just recently got married in the same designer I was looking at!! I came here after trying on 5 dresses somewhere else, and she brought out a dress that she "just thought I should give a shot" and It was amazing. I needed to sleep on it, and came back 5 days later and was amazed at how it made me feel! They were amazing and I love the selection they have!

There was a great selection of beautiful dresses (in very reasonable price ranges-- mine was $1400) that aren't just your run of the mill wedding dresses, they were unique and gorgeous! Told my price range and ended up going above that, but found the dress. Melissa was an awesome stylist in helping find different dress styles to see which ones I liked on me and which closets to avoid with the higher end price tags. I know people say not to have a lot of people there, but I had quite a few people for my peanut gallery to get their opinions. It ended up being the first dress I tried on. When you know you know.

Went in with my two best friends (one being the bride), and the bride's mother - Megan who helped pick out dresses was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and completely fun to work with. I will certainly be going back and requesting her when I am looking for a dress in the near future.

I went to The Bridal Collection 2 years ago & shopped in the bridesmaid/prom dress section to find a dress for my grandparents 50th vow renewal. After my experience there, I really hoped to come back if/once I got engaged.
Fast forward to now, I literally cannot believe I said yes to the dress! Cathy was super amazing! I am a person who feeds off energy & she had the best! I am so thankful for Cathy & The Bridal Collection team. They made all my dreams of finding the perfect dress come true. I cannot wait to go back when my actual wedding dress arrives & see them all again!

Had an amazing experience at The Bridal Collection. My stylist, Susan, took her time getting to know what I m interested in and also encouraged me to try a few styles outside of the box. The store has a great selection! Ended up saying yes to the first dress I tried on. Thanks Susan! <3

Wow!!!!! Was blown away by everything! This experience was amazing. I wish I had gone here first and only here. The staff is incredible and so helpful. Jennifer helped me and I loved her! She asked all the right questions. Don't go anywhere else! They have the perfect dresses and the most pleasant people. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

What a wonderful experience!! The Bridal Collection was the first place that my mom and I went to shop dresses and our experience could not have been better! Jessie was fantastic and very helpful. She really made the whole process comfortable, relaxing, and FUN! She paid close attention to detail in regards to our reactions to certain dresses and worked hard to make sure that we honed in on the perfect style, fit, and price range that we were looking for. The bridal collection had a great variety of the top designers, making it easy to find what I was looking for. In addition, their stylists are absolutely wonderful. I came in with a certain dress in mind from a previous appointment, but found myself hesitant to buy it. My stylist picked up the image I was looking for and quickly put together a beautiful look for me to try. I ended up buying the dress she picked out and I cannot wait to wear it on my wedding day!

The Bridal Collection was an amazing place to start my dress search! Not too big or overwhelming, lots of choices, and reasonable prices. Every dress I tried on was beautiful and special. Cathy made everthing easy and helped in all the right ways! This was my first time trying on dresses, and I found the perfect dress for my body and venue. I highly reccomend visiting the Bridal Collection, and particularly working with Cathy!

I am beyond thrilled with my experience at The Bridal Collection. From the second we arrived we were greeted with smiles and friendly help. The space has a warm, cozy yet elegant feel to it. Jordan was my stylist and walked my group through the different selections and designers then allowed me to start with a handful of selections. Quickly she started to see what styles and material I was liking, she took the reigns and started pulling dresses and accessories for me so that I didn t have to make so many decisions (which I absolutely loved and appreciated because I was a little overwhelmed). She put my hair up in a beautiful updo in 2 minutes- which I was suuuuper impressed with and just made the whole look come together. She was also so friendly and had a wonderful, kind presence which made my experience so great.

Their dress selection was wonderful and the rooms and space for viewing felt isolated enough so other people in the store weren t passing by and awkwardly looking at you like at David s Bridal. I am beyond ecstatic to have purchased my dress and would 10/10 recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful dress. To make things even better, they re being flexible with my fittings since I m military and out of state and that is incredibly helpful to me. Loved this place!!

I had THE BEST experience at the Bridal Collection! Jordan is amazing. She knows her stuff so well. She listened to me but also knew what works best. I left feeling absolutely satisfied and thrilled about my dress choice. If you re unsure of where to go to get your dress from, look no further. I can t believe how easy it all was!!! The Bridal Collection is amazing! I went in with only 8 weeks until my wedding and they were able to find me my dream dress in time. Other places I was calling were saying my only option was off the rack, but Bridal Collection made it happen brand new! Jolene helped us and was more than accommodating and wonderful. I would recommend you make your appointment with her!!!

Carrie was truly amazing and spent 100% of her time to make sure I found the perfect dress. She didn t pressure me into buying a dress but she helped me understand how I should feel when I find the one.
