The Bridal Collection Review

I am not a "wedding dress person" and after trying on dresses at multiple salons, I thought I would never find my dress... especially now that I am 3 months away from the wedding. Kiana helped me at The Bridal Collection today and found me the PERFECT dress!! She listened to me, and took the time to understand what I liked and what I didn't like. She was phenomenal! I am so happy that I was able to get a last minute appointment today thanks to the super accommodating and kind receptionists. Thanks again for everything and I look forward to my next alteration appointment :)

Got my dress from here this weekend. I worked with Cathy who was absolutely wonderful! She was very patient and did everything she could to find me the dress of my dreams! The rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful! My family loved the room we had, very comfy and private, we weren t sharing the same seating area as other brides or their family.

Jenny was fabulous to work with! She took the time to understand my vision for my wedding dress and made sure my preferences were at the forefront of my experience. Not to mention, she made me feel completely comfortable while trying on everything! I highly recommend the Bridal Collection and Jenny specifically!

Sydney is the best!!! She helped me find me dream dress at my first appointment!

I went in not really knowing what I wanted and she was able to help me find the perfect dress! She started out the appointment letting me pick some styles I liked and after trying each one she was able to hone into exactly what I liked about each one to help pick the perfect dress.

After learning exactly what I liked Sydney pulled two one of a kind Justin Alexander dresses, which I had a hard time deciding between. When I couldn't decide between the two of them she did an amazing job coaxing me to describe exactly what I liked about each dress to help me make a decision. (She knew the dress I wanted before I even did just from listening to me talk!) Sydney listens to the bride to be and is there to support the bride completely. She's truly a wonderful bridal consultant! I would recommend her to anyone!

This was by far out did any expectations that I had for the day. Sydney was the stylist that helped us for the day and she actually made you feel as she was your long lost best friend. She listened to what I wanted however showed me other options. I left with a dress I would have never thought I would wear however the most amazing dress. I could not feel any more amazing. They gave you space for you to try on the dresses that was private however open enough to have my family there. This really was the most amazing experience. I didn't even go to another store. Had everything I could have ever dreamed of and more right there. The owner should be very proud for the employees pure kindness and willingness to help. To make you really feel as it's your day to be in a fairytale.

I went in with my mother today and it was so perfect to spend a little time with the stylist at the beginning of the appointment. My price point and my preferences were heard and considered as the stylist was picking out choices for me to try on. She was able to answer all of my questions and offer her own suggestions for my curves that worked out perfectly. I chose a Maggie Soterro gown. It's so beautiful and I'm absolutely in love with it! Thank you for everything!!

Wonderful experience! Jordan was so incredible! She was very helpful and so knowledgeable about what styles would fit dell with my body. She did a great job of keeping us within budget and we didn t feel pressured to go above our budget. I came away with the perfect dress! Just what I wanted!

I went to Bridal Collection on Saturday, July 7, 2016 and had a wonderful experience. I worked with both Carrie and Krsytal and they were so kind, patient, and fun to work with. They listened to all my likes and dislikes and helped me find the PERFECT dress.

I had tried on what felt like half the store but there was one dress that I liked but passed up (twice) thinking it may be too heavy for my Maui beach wedding. Krystal insisted I try it on and as it turns out it was THE DRESS! It fit perfect and was not heavy at all. I had the tearful bridal moment and couldn't believe I had found it!

Everyday since I have looked at my dress and I fall in love with it a little more each time. There is no doubt in my mind that I found the perfect one and I cannot wait to get Maui'd in it!

I bought my wedding gown here in 2010. I wish I could say that it was a wonderful experience, but it wasn't. At the end of the day, after several hundreds of dollars of alterations, I did 'like' my dress. It just wasn't everything I imagined. I purchased from The Bridal Collection as my timeline was tight, and my options limited. The reason for this review being made several years later is as follows.

I decided to resell my dress a few months ago; the one I paid a few hundred dollars to have preserved. I opened the dress box only to discover that it was filthy dirty, and in fact, had not been cleaned at all. It was simply placed in a box, sealed, and given back to me. I am assuming with the though that I would never open it again.

To all of you brides out there, be careful. I've always wished I had purchased my dress elsewhere.

To all of you who may have already purchased a dress from them and had it preserved, I encourage you to double check their service. When I pulled out my dress I could literally brush the dirty off of it. My wedding was an indoor wedding. The dirt was minimal and should have, would have, come off during the cleaning process. It made me very sad to discover this.

Of all the dress shops ive been to, ive never been so comfortable as i felt with Jordan. She helped with everything. She took the time to figure out what i liked and made my "dress" look based on my experiences with other places. It was the best experience i could have asked for. Coming back for fittings and alterations was also such a breeze. I love this place. They really make you feel valued and like you are family. I wish i could get married again just to come back and do it all over again!

The whole experience was awesome thanks to Sydney! She really connected with me and my MOH. She pinpointed exactly what I wanted in a dress and gave me so many amazing options. My experience at The Bridal Collection was fantastic! It was the one and only place I tried on wedding dresses, and I ended up saying yes to the second one I tried on! Jolene helped me from start to finish during my appointment, and she was wonderful! She listened to what I had to say and helped redirect what I was trying on as we ruled out certain details. She was very knowledgeable about the designers, different styles/fabrics, and the whole dress timeline/process. She never made me feel rushed, was easy to talk to, and made the process fun. Once I said yes to my dress, she spent awhile walking me around the store just to make sure there wasn t anything else I wanted to try on. I ended up buying a dress totally different than what I thought I wanted; it s better than I could have ever imagined for myself. Jolene was so helpful and genuine, and she gave me and my mom big hugs when we left. All my interactions with other staff and my whole experience were great; I highly recommend!

I had been looking high and low for a black wedding dress, and I never, ever thought I would find one at a traditional bridal shop...but I was wrong! I decided to check out The Bridal Collection because I knew they had a special occasions department, so I figured I would have better odds. They had a large selection of both wedding dresses and formal gowns, but I ended up finding exactly what I was looking for in the bridal department. Cathy was extraordinarily helpful, super patient with me and my unusual request, and helped me find exactly what I was looking totally within my budget!

This was my first stop when looking for my dress, so I wasn't sure what to expect or how these things usually work. I was paired up with Jordan as my stylist, and wow what an amazing experience my mom and I had with her. We had so much in common, she understood exactly what I wanted. She is an amazing stylist and knows her stuff and besides that she loves her job. We had so much fun, it didn't feel like I was there to buy and she was to sell. She was so excited to find the perfect dress and accessorized each dress. She made the dresses pop and look a way I wouldn't have imagined by just looking at them. We knew she was great but as we made our rounds with other stores and stylists we were amazed with her. There was no one else out there like her.

Erika was very helpful! We drove almost 2 hours and she made sure we went home with a dress that we loved. Great selections, quality and price!

Sydney is PHENOMENAL!!! From the moment she introduced herself, I immediately felt at ease for choosing a dress for my big day! She was knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and incredibly genuine about helping me find what I wanted. To top it all off, the dress I ended up picking was a wild card dress that Sydney picked out based on what I had and had not liked before. Let me just say, this girl knows what she s doing!

The shop itself is clean, professional, and makes you feel welcome and at home. They were incredibly easy to work with, had a great selection and a LOT of variety. My experience was amazing! We had a large, comfortable room where we shared laughs, champagne and macaroons. Elise was outstanding! Not only was she my soul sister but she also knew so much about each gown, describing how the fabric would lay and why the designers chose those unique fabrics. Awesome selection. Dresses do take a long time as the designers make them to order; make sure you come in AT LEAST 6 months before your wedding date and that is cutting it close. Leah was super helpful throughout the process. I had an alterations dilemma that had me worried close to my date but they sorted it out on time and I loved my dress.

When I first started looking for wedding gowns last year I was so intimidated by the process. I went into a few bridal shops and just felt completely out of place and unsure of myself. Then I went to the Bridal Collection. I am not exaggerating when I say that it was hands down the best service I've ever received. From start to finish I felt so welcomed and so taken care of. I booked an appointment with bridal collection and was feeling so worried, that I wouldn't find something amazing. I'm a plus size and didn't think there would be anything that would fit. However we pulled tons of gowns and I was able to try them on. Bethany was my consultant and made me feel comfortable, we settled on a custom gown with lots of sparkle. I have thoroughly enjoyed every appointment with The Bridal Collection! Originally I was going to borrow a dress from a friend, but I ended up in the gown of my dreams! TBC took me on my very first appointment as a walk in and they treated me graciously. They were patient as I tried on numerous gowns and helped me to find the one! Every fitting has been comfortable and every detail or the process explained.
Yesterday I went for my final dress fitting and they last minute pressed my dress so that I could take it home the same day! I would 100% recommended The Bridal Collection to every bride-to-be!

My consultant was beyond caring and genuine with me! I loved how clean and and well kept the store was. I also loved the wide array of dresses they had. I had tried over 20 dresses before coming here and I ultimately found the dress of my dreams!

Beautiful dresses, helpful and friendly staff who were sensitive to our rather low budget. I love my dress and can't wait to wear it for real! 4 stars because alterations are unexpectedly expensive, so keep an extra $400 in mind for your budget when you go. Would recommend to a friend!

Jenny and Leah were absolutely amazing and so helpful. I had a wonderful experience at the Bridal Collection.

There was one setback that Leah, the manager dealt with and the reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5. I found out after saying "yes" to the dress that they had marked up the dress $460 more than it was being sold for at other bridal salons, 35% more than other salons already had it priced. However, Leah swiftly dealt with this and price matched the dress for me. I had almost paid for it before I found this out and I know I would have felt so cheated had I not found it. The way they handled the situation was extremely professional and I have so many good things to say about their staff, but that was a bit of a put off. I'd recommend checking the price of your dress online and going to the Bridal collection because their service was amazing!!

Just had my bridal appointment today and I couldn't be happier with my experience at Bridal Collection! The selection of gowns was amazing and I immediately found ones I wanted to try on. The atmosphere was beautiful and I didn't feel pressured by my stylist in any way. Everyone there was so friendly and knowledgeable. It made for a memorable experience that was everything I wanted it to be. I would recommend any of my friends to this salon anyday.

My second time trying on bridal gowns was at The Bridal Collection. My mom and cousin joined me. We were greeted upon arrival and allowed to look around until it was time for m appointment (about 15 minutes). They also had an amazing Justin Alexander trunk show going on. I mentally noted about 4-5 gowns I knew I wanted to try. Susan came and found us to let us know she was ready. She took us to our space and asked me several questions about the style of dress, type of venue, wedding date, etc. She then took the 3 of us back around the store for a tour, allowing me to point out (while she pulled) the dresses I wanted to try on. We went back to the dressing area. She helped me get into all of the dresses. I tried on my first picks. And then narrowed it down to 2 pretty quickly. All of the dresses were seriously so beautiful and I kept telling Susan that I d be happy to get married in any of the dresses. Susan pulled about 4 more dresses for me to try on. In the end, I said Yes to the very first dress I had put on. She walked us through the details of the paperwork and timeline. She was so joyful and fun to work with. A big thank you to Susan and The Bridal Collection for providing my family and I with a wonderful experience. I can t wait to get married in such a beautiful gown!

This is definitely one of the nicest, most accomodating bridal shops in Colorado. Jordan was my sales consultant and she was very knowledgeable, sweet, funny, made me feel like a princess (what bride doesn't want that?!) and made the whole process very enjoyable. She walked me through the shop and introduced me to all the designers, made sure to learn my style and what it was I had in mind and then went to town making sure she hit all my objectives. I was almost 100% set on a gown from The Bridal Collection but as it was the first stop on our day, I didn't buy and ended up falling in love with a gown elsewhere. I would absolutely recommend The Bridal Collection if you are looking for a great experience and wonderful selection of gowns - and make sure you request Jordan!

The Bridal collection was excellent! The space has great natural lighting and beautiful decor. They had a good variety of quality, designer dresses and accent pieces. Jolene was very helpful in finding the perfect dress, patient and considerate in looking through dresses, and exceptionally kind! She made the process delightful and stress-free. We arrived really early for our appointment and it was not a problem they got myself and my group in right away! Erin was wonderful to work with! She went above and beyond!
