I had an appointment with my mom and maid of honor. We were greeted right away and got started with dress shopping. A lot of these dresses were above my $1000 budget however she did a great job finding dresses in the back that were within or close to our budget.

A few dresses were around 1150 however she did offer to give us a 15% discount. She was even willing to give us 20% off one of the floor model dresses. Each dressing room had belts and hair pieces in it which was nice.

I ended up not getting a dress from here but it was simply because of my style. I loved a few dresses I tried on, however loved a dress at a different bridal shop better. I would recommend this place though! A few days after my visit I got a card in the mail thanking me for stopping in, which was super cute.

They're not pushy, the prices are surprisingly lower than I thought!! The consultants are very helpful and honest. I just bought THE dress from them!!

Went here on a whim after our first Bridesmaid dress appointment at another dress shop and ended up getting all 7 of my bridesmaids dresses from here! Their staff is incredible and extremely knowledgeable about the lines they carry and the materials used. I could have not asked for a better experience and the selection is equally as incredible. Definitely the #1 bridesmaid dress selection out of all 5 dress shops we ended up going to. Do not pass them up!

My first experience with Bridal Belle was average - they have a large selection to choose from so it was easy for my bridesmaids and mother of the groom to find a dress for my wedding. 2 of my 3 bridesmaids decided to have their alterations done with Bridal Belle and boy what a mistake! Neither dress was complicated, there was no beading or fine details on either dress, the skirt had to be taken up/hemmed, straps had to be shortened and bust taken in. Being that they are a large bridal shop I would think that these alterations would be common enough for them to not mess them up. I was wrong! The hem on the one dress was a complete disaster, and for some reason they took the bust in which was not supposed to be done at all, my girl cannot even fit into but she could upon the first fitting. The second bridesmaid went in to try hers on admittedly in a rush, and quickly decided it was ok, but upon trying it on at home she realized it too was wrong, the straps were still loose which allows her cleavage to fall out and the fabric under the arm is still too wide. Mind you they tried to fix the first try 3-4 different times over a 2 week period, they decided they could not fix it 2 weeks before my wedding, she had to argue to get her alteration $ back so she could hopefully take it elsewhere to have properly done. I asked them how her dress could be so messed up, and one of the managers stated "Yeah we're really not sure what happened to that dress." REALLY!!! It's now a week before my wedding and they want to "try and fix" the other dress - and they cannot guarantee they can fix it or that they will give her $ back. Overall I just don't trust them to attempt to fix this dress, so she will take it elsewhere and lose the outrageous $100 they charged her for alterations. This shop is very unorganized and I'm not sure who they have doing alterations but they need to find someone new.

Celeste is a wonderful lady, very patient and knows how to adapt to a person's style. I was very very nervous about picking a dress but she picked up my style right away and helped make it fun and easy! I'd go back for bridesmaid dress shopping as well!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND getting any type of dress from this shop. They dont know how to take measurements and messed up everyones measurements of the bridal party im in including my dress and theres a total of 6 of us in the bridal party. They also admitted they dont know how. My dress has to be torn apart and put back together because they messed up my measurements so bad. They told the bride her alterations are free and included with her dress then turned around and tried to charge her almost $400 for alterations. The bride also has a hole in her dress and they tried to blame the bride. Someone else i know bought their wedding dress there and when she went to pick it there was holes and they blamed the bride when the dress was at the shop the whole time till the wedding. Their customer service also sucks and they made rude comments when my mother tried on a dress. Never again will i go there. I RATE THEM 0 STARS AND DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.

One of the best bridal shops in Rochester....beautiful gowns, affordable prices, talented staff. My gift to my niece was her bridal gown. Bonni was her consultant and she really nailed it!! This was the one and only store we went to, and dress #5 (a Mori Lee) was it!! Thank you, Bridal Belle!

I strongly suggest you don't waste the trip out! I went into this business on Friday, June 10. First they're only open until 5:00 which makes it difficult for anyone that works. So I get there at 4:50 and all the lights are on, by the time I get out of my car and up to to the door (less than a minute) they lock the door and quick turn off the lights. I tried the door multiple times because it was absolutely obvious they were still there and it was 10 minutes before 5:00. They didn't answer the door.. I get into the car to call the other women that were to meet me there to tell them not to bother. I then call and sure enough, they answer the phone. I told them I couldn't believe what they had done and they were clearly still there, since they answered the phone. I said why does it say until 5:00 and you answer the phone, but not the door. The woman on the phone insisted she didn't know what was going on since she was downstairs pulling the dresses for the next day. She then told me the owner and one other woman was upstairs and that she couldn't imagine what happened. So clearly it was either the owner that did it or instructed one of her employees to do it. HORRENDOUS customer service. If you say you're open to 5:00 which is difficult for most that work, then keep the doors open until 5:00!! I'd be worried if they pulled this, what kind of funky... "well your dress isn't in on time", or if there's a problem they just won't answer their door or your phone calls. At any rate, thanks for not doing business with me.. Just extraordinary!!

Minimal selection, not great quality of what they did have.

I got my dress here in September. I went with my maid of honor, my mom, and future mother-in-law. All of us were able to find our dresses here. This was the first shop we stopped at, and I ended up buying the third dress I tried on. The woman who helped me, who I believe is the owner, was great. She knew what style I wanted and didn't bring in dresses that weren't the style I was looking for. She did a great job with finding the right accessories for my dress (veils and a belt). They make the process very simple and did a great job explaining how the dress needed to be paid off. They are also customizing a sleeve for me, so if you are looking for a dress with sleeves, I'd recommend them. They have an on-site seamstress who can add a sleeve to typically any dress. Overall, we had a great experience!

Very disappointed with the staff. They made the experience an unenjoyable one, so I would recommend going elsewhere.

I got my wedding dress here and had a fantastic experience with Celeste!!

I actually didn't end up buying my dress here, only because I had fallen in love with another one, BUT they made it a very difficult decision.

They were very nice, and accommodating. They have a wide range of styles, and most importantly sizes! They wanted to make sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I highly recommend stopping in to try and find your dress!

The Bridal Belle was a very nice bridal salon with decently priced dresses. Our associate, Bonnie, was very helpful and knowledgeable about the dresses. We didn't feel rushed or pressured to buy. All the memorabilia around the salon was a nice touch and fun to look at while the bride was changing dresses.

Love their display of wedding dolls and pictures of old wedding dresses. The place is dated but the staff is welcoming.

I went to this store about a month ago. This was the 4th dress store I went to trying to find a bridal gown. When I arrived I told them I was having a hard time deciding what I wanted because I felt that what I originally thought I liked wasn't necessarily great for my body type and needed some guidance. They put us in to a room and the assistant brought in 2 dresses for me to try. After I wasn't overly in love with either of them she seemed frustrated and went to get the owner to help her find some others to try. I tried on 2 for the owner and they decided they liked the second dress and that was it. I asked to try on others and they said "ugh..well that is just like the other one you tried on so it won't look any different". They don't let you browse through the racks and seemed like they were making fun of how confused I was and said "you're confused, you don't seem like you're enjoying yourself". It was SO uncomfortable. Had they been more accommodating I would have felt less confused! But they made me so anxious that I turned to my mother-in-law and said we had to get out of here! Before we left my mother-in-law tried to help and asked if I could try on some more, maybe one that was more of a ballgown style, and they brought in this strange tulle train, wrapped it around the satin dress I was wearing and said "that's what the shape would look like", it didn't even match the dress and was a different color! And then they said, yep that doesn't look good and we were done. It was like they couldn't get us out of there fast enough. They also didn't let us take pictures, while the other 3 places I had gone to let me. Even if I did find a dress that I loved there I would have found it in another store versus purchasing one from them. I rarely write reviews but this experience was so awkward and uncomfortable that I had to warn others. I have happily found a dress elsewhere that provided a 100% better experience, this was unreal.

Amazing staff, very helpful. Listen to what you are looking for and select a small not so overwhelming picks to try on. First dress ended up being the one for my best friend's daughter. Worth every tear. #grateful

If I could rate this place a zero I would. We had 3 out of the 6 bridesmaid dresses break halfway through the night of the wedding. One of which the zipper was frayed and cost the bride to miss her pictures with the wedding party and focus on trying everything in her power to fix the dress, so that the bridesmaid could actually be in the wedding.
When we called about all the issues we had, and explained that half of us had to change into normal clothes ultimately. The manager explained that it was "out of her hands" and said here's the manufactures number. Please don't waste your money on an such an expensive dress that you can't even wear.

I bought a dress elsewhere on a limb but wanted to put it out there that I was very impressed with Bridal Belle and Bonnie was wonderful. I loved the MoriLee collection they have. I just received a voicemail and a card frlm Bonnie referring to all the dresses I wanted to see and how she was going to get them for me! Thank you and I apologize for listening to this voicemail too late!

I went here to find bridesmaid dresses and there selection was quite large and I did find a dress that I liked only to find out after trying on tons of dresses that it doesn't come in the color schemes we want. This was my first bridal store, or even bridesmaid dress shopping ever, so I had no idea that each designer had different color schemes. One of the workers KNEW I was looking for specific colors, even had my sister try on dresses I wasn't even interested in just for the color. I even told her my first trip to the store that I was looking for these specific colors and never informed me they will all be a bit different. So I finally found one I liked then was told "Ok! Let me go get the colors this dress comes in!" Lets just say i was VERY unhappy and was very disappointing. That information would of been nice to know when i FIRST started looking at colors and my FIRST trip to the store. I will not be going back nor ordering a dress from there.

The woman who helped us was super nice and they had some really beautiful dresses!

I worked with Bonnie on my wedding dress, and went back last night with myself, daughter, daughter in law and future step daughter who is 10 years old. Bonnie honestly is great to work with!! My daughter brought my grand baby 16 months old, and she was teething and NOT happy about being there. No one at this store had a problem with it! They continued to be friendly and very helpful! I would highly recommend them!!! Thank you Bonnie!!
Update: I ordered my wedding gown from them as well. I never tried it on. When it arrived yesterday, they let me come in when it was good for me, and the owner herself helped me! I would highly recommend them, they are a FULL bridal store, not just wedding dresses. They are awesome to work with!!

Really friendly staff and overall a very positive experience. The decor was a bit outdated but the dresses they pulled were cute. This place was pretty laid back.

Over priced not much of a selection. Kinda on your own with not a lot of direction.

This place was so rude to my friend (bride) and us (wedding party). My friend had very clear ideas of what she wanted for color and style and the consultant was no where to be found most of the time and she let us pick out dresses that did not come in the colors the bride wanted. Then when we found dresses we all needed to be sized and being in different states it was difficult because we called them in and ordered by phone. Bridal Belle failed to call the bride to remind her to get all of the orders in and put the shipment in late. Her wedding is July 27th and they promised the dresses to be in by June 1st. June 1st came and went and the dresses did not come in. The place told my friend that they never told her that date and "if she is lucky they will be in mid to late June." They are very unprofessional, unorganized and rude. I would not suggest this place to anyone, especially when I could have gone to Alfred Angelo and got the same dress for $5 more and A LOT less stress. BEWARE, I feel like this place is a rip off and scamming people daily. There is no reason to not be able to get a dress in 2 months, we called Alfred Angelo and they said that they would have not had any issues getting the dresses by June 1st. Lesson learned!

I do not reccomend this place...my 2 daughter's and I were bridesmaids in a wedding and my youngest daughter who's 11 years old and wears a size 12/14 tried on a size 10 youth dress that fit perfectly and the staff wrote her down as a size 8 unbeknownst by me and when we recieved the dress I figured they ordered the correct size since this was the first wedding we have ever been in I didn't think to check the sizing at pick up figuring they had it correct and after I had a issue at another place for my son's tuxedo I then realized she should try hers on so we did, Thank God we did, with the wedding being only 5 days away, she tried it on and we couldn't even zip or clasp the back up, it was then that I realized they ordered a size 8!! I contacted them right away and spoke to a woman by the name of "Candy" and she was the RUDEST person I have ever dealt with, I was calm and cool when first speaking with her until she tried placing blame on me for not trying it on my daughter right away, insinuating that she had grown since the fitting 3 weeks prior, huffing and puffing on the phone like I was inconveniencing her with my call and that's when I became outraged and asked her is this how they do buisness and treat all their customers? I spent $150.00 on this dress and it's too small and the wedding was in 5 days!! Candy continue to defend and try to cover up THEIR mistake, I demanded the correct size dress to be shipped overnight and her response was "I can't have a dress from China shipped that fast" so now we all know these dresses are being made from China and paying top $ so I made them fix the dress there since I had no other choice, needless to say I spent $150 on a dress my daughter will only be able to wear once. Then come to find out later on the other flower girls dress was a complete disaster, she is 8 years old and was given a size 16 adult with bra cups in it and the bride's dress was 2 sizes too large and way too long!! This couldve all been corrected if they would've had everyone try the dresses on at pick up like ever other place does...I will NEVER do buisness with this place again!!
