I love it here . Everything you need in one area most important thing is that the staff is awesome

Everyone in the office is awesome! Just the other day I had a small issue and immediately the office called the maintenance man close to quitting hours and they knocked on my door in a split second. Our office staff is so helpful and so kind to the residence, our manager is awesome! One complaint is they raised the rent without renovating the apartments they went by apartments around us in short pump but those apartments are all totally renovated. Yet the apartments are very nice and very comfortable! This honestly would be my first choice.Other than that I am happy here at Reflections of West creek.

My family and I love living here. The management and the maintenance team are super friendly people.

Currently living at Emerald Point and was told that having exposed wood with rusted nails sticking out in my apartment was not an emergency call even though I have two small children in my home. I emailed the properties "resident relations manager" as well as cc the corporate offices email (so do not even give me that email to contact because you all have not responded as well) and have YET to receive a proper response since 8:18am it is now 2:45PM. I pay $1000.00 a month for absolutely nothing. As well as sending a tow truck to tow my vehicle and when I mentioned he was threatening towards myself and BABY I received a reply of "well are you going to send me your scheduled car service appt or not?" I cant make this up. I am sick to my stomach over these matters and I can 100% guarantee no one cares.

I ve lived here for about two years. It s a quiet place, and the people are friendly. The rent could be cheaper, but, it is what it is.

Village at Westlake. I ve never had an issue with the workers here in the 2 years I ve lived here. Everyone is super nice and helpful. Maintenance is always on top of it giving updates about things as well. The only thing I wish could happen is that they d power wash the buildings more often because there gets to be a lot of spiders, bugs and webs all over the staircases, porches and by the doors. But the pool and grills are always clean and they always have the flower beds looking nice. It s a beautiful and peaceful place to live.

Every time I have entered the office at Briton Trace I have been greeted with a warm smile and a cheerful hello. Brooke has always taken time to chat with me and keeps me up to date on the things going on in the community. It is nice to see someone that has a passion for her community.

Leasing office consultant Emily was so helpful and she taking care of all our queries with utmost importance. Overall it s a nice community to live in short pump area.

I moved in approximately three months ago.All the staff is a God send. They all have such sweet spirits with a loving heart. All the staff are very professional and compassionate. They also adhere to all your needs immediately upon notification. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
