I have nothing but compliments for this hotel in Palm Beach. When I arrived, the booking agents for the show I was attending at the Breakers did not make my reservation at the hotel. The very nice lady at the front desk was very accommodating and despite being out of rooms, she made a phone call to her manager and they located a room for me. The room itself was spacious, clean, tastefully decorated and was EXTREMELY comfortable. No coffee maker in the room which was odd but every morning at 5:30, they serve delicious coffee in the lobby before the restaurant opens for breakfast. Service here is excellent all the way around and the location, in a quiet residential neighborhood, away from the commercial center, is nice as well. Highly recommended.

Though we did not stay here we did come here for the food after a long flight. The staff was superb. The food was worth the cross country flight.

I booked the studio room and was surprised by how big it actually was. The bathroom was huge! Room appointments are very elegant and the hotel definitely had a tropical feel with all of the lush greenery all around. The reason for the 4 stars? We arrived at the pool in the late afternoon and wanted to sit by the pool in the loungers and the seat covers had not been changed from the last guests who used them and there were drink cups and cans that had not been picked up in a while. I messaged the front desk about this and they only sent someone to put out fresh towels. I also wanted to order something to eat and have a drink pool side and there was not a waitress to be found. Overall, I would definitely choose to stay here again, they do offer great Florida resident rates along with free valet parking!

Rooms are very uneven. It purports to be a deluxe property, a boutique property. Rooms are well maintained but you never know what you are going to get

Beautiful grounds and rooms, slightly labyrinthine but very private, yet right near Worth Avenue. Staff is pleasant, but could display more initiative.

I was amazed by the incredible customer service. I booked a trip for my boss and his wife. There was some flight delays and the Brazilian court was beyond understanding and accommodating. Damion went above and beyond to make the reservation seamless, he even went as far as helping me print boarding passes for the return flight. I didn't have the pleasure of staying here but was impressed at how attentive, friendly, and personable their staff is.

Located in west Palm Beach, The Brazilian Court hotel is one of the top hotels in the area. Although , there may be other hotels in the area that I haven't visit yet but I am happy to say that I was a guess in this hotel. First of all, what I liked the most was the courtesy, follow by the delicious french food that they serve, and last but no least the rooms(beautiful and aways clean). If I ever visit West Palm Beach again, I would definitely stay in this hotel.

Place feels like home. Needs some work. Love the fresh flowers in the room. Service is good.

This place is a true gem, I would eat here everyday if I could.
