Mother s Day flowers did not arrive on the delivery date I chose. When they arrived 3 days later, they were packaged poorly and flower petals were mangled. The presentation did not look well and mother-in-law was very dissatisfied. I would not recommend ordering from them, especially for special occasions, since they aren t reliable.

Extremely disappointed with Bouqs this time around. I've used them about six times in the past and I've received flowers and have always been raving about how beautiful their bouquets are. Well not this time, and unfortunately these were sent to my Mom for Mother's Day.
Pictures are from upon arrival, day two, and day three. The only things that lasted to day 3 were the DRIED blue flowers and partially 3 mum's. I think the worst part for me is that customer service WOULDN'T resend or fully refund me so I could resend. The customer service rep's idea of customer service was to give a 50% discount because not all the flowers were fully dead upon arrival. WOW.
I'm embarrassed my mother received these for Mother's Day. And I want other people to be aware of a once-very happy and raving customer is now extremely disappointed and will need to find a new flower company to use.
I have reached out to Bouqs with one last attempt to provide them with an opportunity to rectify the situation. I will update here if any changes occur. (5-12-21)
I loved receiving a surprise gift of flowers from Bouqs from one of my colleagues during a family health crisis. The delivery, packaging and quality of the flowers and vase were all topnotch. Now I have become a Bouqs Monthly subscription holder to pay it forward. I just now tried out their "Chat" function for an issue with how to get the most from my subscription. Chat help was INSTANT and I got great service. Keep up the great work making customers and recipients HAPPY, Bouqs. We all need more HAPPY these days...
Only want to say my most recent order of roses ....the most beautiful flowers. Shared some with a neighbor. Always happy with my subscription. But this one exceptional.
I have used them multiple times. The flowers are always gorgeous and my friends and family love them. One time, the flowers were delayed (not the bouqs fault). They still corrected the issue. I will absolutely use them again.
The flowers are always beautiful and fresh! I love being able to use my subscription to send them as gifts. The flexibility of being able to cancel any months I don t wish to send or receive flowers is the best part about the subscription.
I ran into a little issue with one of my subscription orders being changed from the bouquet selection I had made for the month to something different. I contacted the customer service chat and Russell had resolved the issue in less than two minutes. I am happy to say the customer service matches the great product!
First time getting a subscription for monthly flower delivery for my mom for Christmas. Flowers have been beautiful and so fresh and last for a long time. My mom is so impressed. I had an issue with one delivery being changed to a different bouquet than I had chosen........I contacted them and wow! they sent the correct one, so mom got 2 that month. Exceptional customer service and gorgeous flowers!
Fresh Flowers. Just arrived. -0 STAR. My son ordered these flower from The Bouqs Co. for valentine's Day. The flowers just arrived and this is what the look like (See Photos). This was an overnight delivery; the flowers are appalling. They appears to be three weeks or older (be the judge). They even have mold, with the mold now being introduced into my house. I have to put it all outside. We definitely can't take a chance with mold in the house. These were supposed to be farm fresh flowers as advertise by The Bouqs Co. I could picked up a $5.00 bouquet from the side of the road and have beautiful looking flowers. My son is in college, away from home for the first time and wanted to do something special for his mom. He spent $50.00 of his hard earned cash as a college student and this is what he received. Personally, I am disgusted at the service provided by The Bouqs Co., Not just terrible, but the fact they now introduced mold into my house in light of all the current issue we have going on with COVID.
I use Bouqs as much as possible. They have a great selection and beautiful flowers. Deliveries are always on-time and the flowers are in great condition. I recently had to change the date of my order and spoke with Raizza. She was very helpful and did everything I needed. I would recommend Bouqs to anyone in search of a good flower delivery service.
Their flowers are delivered directly from the farm. On the first day of delivery, there were two stems that had been broken. I had a live chat with a representative by the name of Mark C. He immediately took care of the issue to my satisfaction and was very professional, caring and courteous. He told me how to take care of the flowers. I did. It's been over a week. The flowers are still thriving and are absolutely gorgeous. I love them and highly recommend The Bougs Company to others.
