Visited this shop on Saturday with my twin granddaughters. We were helped by Carmen who made our visit such a pleasurable experience. She was a mine of information and so very helpful. Body Shop you are lucky to have Carmen.

Brighton is the home of The Body Shop and it shows. A good ten-minute walk from where the first Body Shop was opened in 1976, the shop has a charming display near the entrance with objects and designs from the various decades of the brand. That said, the actual store itself is very nice with a helpful staff, and they regularly hold events for VIP customers which is an added bonus.

Very lovely lady, patiently explained the mask and toner I wanted. Great products and very friendly staffs.

Great products but staff was not friendly - might just be my unlucky day yesterday.

I went to the Bodyshop in Brighon as I wanted to get a makeover in preperation for my wedding day. I don't normally wear much makeup, and wanted to do it myself on the day and have a natural look. Chelcie gave my mum and myself exactly what we were after, and her recommendations were colours I would have never chosen for myself, but complimented my colourings perfectly. She put in a great deal of effort to understand what I was after and explain what she was doing at every stage so I could do it myself on the day. My mum is more used to wearing makeup but Chelcie suggested new colours which she was really impressed with, and again has never concidered. She is clearly very knowledgeable on skincare and makeup, which comes across very well. We spend quite a lot of time with her, and her warm, friendly, enthusiastic and knowledgeable manner left us feeling really excited about using all the products again on my wedding day. On the day the time she put in meant I wasnt flustered and I was really happy in re-creating the look and was really happy with it all. Thank you so much Chelcie, I hope your bosses give you a big bonus!

Excellent cruelty free products and incredibly friendly and helpful staff, I come here often and am never disappointed.

Very helpful sales lady who explained the in store offers well then went on to ask questions to see what help we needed and suggested products that would suit our needs. Good use of samples for the suggested items but not too pushy.

Good prices and I love the shower gel and body wash, the scrub is good as it makes your skin so soft.
