I went to the Bodyshop in Brighon as I wanted to get a makeover in preperation for my wedding day. I don't normally wear much makeup, and wanted to do it myself on the day and have a natural look. Chelcie gave my mum and myself exactly what we were after, and her recommendations were colours I would have never chosen for myself, but complimented my colourings perfectly. She put in a great deal of effort to understand what I was after and explain what she was doing at every stage so I could do it myself on the day. My mum is more used to wearing makeup but Chelcie suggested new colours which she was really impressed with, and again has never concidered. She is clearly very knowledgeable on skincare and makeup, which comes across very well. We spend quite a lot of time with her, and her warm, friendly, enthusiastic and knowledgeable manner left us feeling really excited about using all the products again on my wedding day. On the day the time she put in meant I wasnt flustered and I was really happy in re-creating the look and was really happy with it all.
