We went here for a South Beach food and wine festival event. We got to the Biltmore early and were able to tour around the hotel, and some of the grounds. It is an exquisite, historical piece of Miami. The restaurants looked amazing, and the staff was beyond accommodating. We would love to stay here!

We stayed at the Biltmore, Coral Gables for 4 days in August and were very pleased. The rooms were by no means small -- they were of normal size. The staff was great and very helpful at all times. We arrived before the 3 pm check-in time and they put a rush on our room and called us within 30 minutes to inform us that our room was ready. The grounds are beautiful and the pool is area is so relaxing. We had a wonderful time, and we would love to go back when we have more time to spend at the resort itself. Price wise, we found it to be most reasonable for this quality.

Fortunately, I booked this hotel a month ago for my vacation. Their rooms were beautiful to look at, has very cold air conditioning, and clean. Besides, the staff out there were decent, professional, and kind. When I roamed around with their facilities, it was all nice. I liked everything about this hotel. It was nice to visit again and again. Thanks!

We had a simply unforgettable afternoon tea at the Biltmore. The first impression one gets of the hotel is one of glamour and elegance. Designed to emulate a European palace, the intricate designs on the ceiling and the lush furnishings never fail to impress. And the tea itself was excellent. I had the Bai Gao oolong (which was flavorful) which went well with the assorted sandwiches and petit fours. Highlights were the watermelon and duck carpaccio and the chocolate passion fruit tartlets. If you are in Miami, or if you enjoy doing afternoon tea, then a stop at the Biltmore is a must. To be done again!

I stayed at the Biltmore a few weeks ago as a short getaway with my girlfriend. I have stayed at the Biltmore in the past and remembered how friendly the staff had been and how everything seemed perfect at the Biltmore. This particular stay however was the absolute opposite. I had a problem with the AC in my room as it was making a pretty loud noise that started around 1am which continued throughout the entire night causing us to not sleep well at all. The following morning we had breakfast and my Girlfriend was off to the spa and I left for a meeting. Upon my return my room was flooding with water from the faulty AC unit, literally as if a faucet was running for hours. I called the reception and they told me they would send someone to check it out. To make a long story short, no one came for about an hour, so I decided to go to the front desk personally. I told them what was going on and asked for my room to be switched. I spoke to lead supervisor Valentina Mondragon who was absolutely the most arrogant customer service person I have ever dealt with. She told me that there was nothing the hotel could do besides crediting me the $22 resort fee the Biltmore charges in addition to their regular room fee. I calmly explained to her that I did not think it was fair that I could not sleep at night, had to leave my room early because it was flooding and that all they would do was credit a $22 fee. I did not ask for a refund but instead asked to get another room where I could get the relaxing night I was yearning for. Valentina Mondragon refused to work with me and seemed agitated at the fact that I even complained about the situation. Very sad that such a gorgeous place is run by uncaring and unprofessional people.

Just did a quick walk through and we will try to come back and stay at this beautiful old hotel. Always nice to see places that have spent the money to keep a place looking as grand as it used to be. Very peaceful setting. A monstrous pool and the staff is soooo eager to please. It is a bit on the expensive side but I guess that s to be expected.

I went to the Biltmore for an overnight stay. The hotel is beautiful and has an old world charm. On my recent visit the hotel seemed to be dealing with A/C issues. There was a stickiness feel both inside and outside the rooms and I did see repair personal trying to correct the issue. Since I have stayed here before and never experienced this I would say its a unusual experience and you should not have an issues. The rooms are on the smaller side and I would request a suite if your budget allows. Overall you will have a fantastic experience.

We had a couples massage at the spa. It was excellent. Great service and massage. The spa itself was very nice as well. The massages were very expensive, however. Despite this, we were not able to use any of the other hotel amenities, so we couldn't really spend the day there and relax like at other hotel spas.

My stay at the Biltmore was absolutely amazing. I do have to say there were some issues that occurred; however, the professionalism of the staff. Janelle (the manager), Cecia, & Valentina were all amazing to work with. As soon as we stepped into our room, I got a text from Cecia who wanted to make sure everything was to our liking and with what wasn t, she was quick to get on fixing the issues. I ve never met such professionalism and such an accommodating and amazing staff as the girls at the Biltmore. We got a room upgrade after dealing with some issues and the room was impeccable! The Biltmore is stunning and luxurious to say the least. I felt VIP the entire stay there. The grounds are well kept and that building is just a stunning piece of architecture. The pool dang near left me speechless. It s hard to say anything bad about this amazing, historical hotel. I will definitely be staying here again and please do not hesitate to book your stay at the Biltmore. You won t be disappointed!!!!!

I loved this hotel. I made a very interesting historical guided tour, where they explain all the phases through which the infrastructure has passed. It is very elegant, very nice and it is restored perfect. Weddings, events are held. I found the pool really special, it's big and it completely occupies the area, it's a special badge. The area is a 10. Beautiful, imperative of Miami
