Despicable that this business thinks it s okay to line their pockets by exploiting innocent wild animals for the sake of over the top wasteful weddings. Get your PR on the line because animal rights advocates are coming for you. This is barbaric and atrocious what is being done. Do your research and you would know how painful it is for the endangered elephants to be ridden on. If a couple who is planning a wedding requests this and it s your duty to say no because you are responsible for causing avoidable pain to a living thing!!!

Magnificent historic hotel tucked away in coral gables, away from miami's usual din. Dates from the '20s (al capone stayed here), shut down and fell into disrepair in the '70s and then was completey renovated in the early '80s. Enormous pool (once largest in the world) championship golf course and spa.

After waiting on hold on the phone for 22 minutes to get a reservation for dinner at the Fontana Rest I finally got through only to have the lady representative hang up on me. So I went to another restaurant. Poor!

The service is extremely poor. When an incident arises they tell you they will share your situation with their managing director, but they do absolutely nothing. I was charged extra valet fees due to their mis advertising that sufficient parking was available on the 4th of July. They do not even own the self-parking. The self-parking belongs to the city of Coral Gables. Therefore, your car may be towed or if anything happens to your car it s not on them.

We went to the Biltmore for a Thanksgiving brunch. The food was absolutely amazing. There were so many options. I enjoyed the lamb chops and prime rib. Afterwards, we walked around the hotel areas open to the public. This was truly a wonderful experience and highly recommended.

Jorge today, was absolutely incredible! He truly made our day! We rented a cabana (super kid friendly and all of the staff were very kind and following responsible protocol for COVID) it was wonderful, super relaxing!

Jorge truly was kind, sweet, and super service!
Very attentive and just all around made my kids feel super special (it was my daughters 4th birthday)!

Thank you Biltmore for making our day extra special!

While we didn't stay here, we did go for the Sunday brunch. Needless to say it is fairly expensive, but it certainly did not disappoint. You can basically have about a ten course meal here if you really want to. The selection and quality of items is outstanding. Definitely worth experiencing once if you have the chance!

I attended the fourth of July event and it was very fun. They had shuttles taking us to the hotel and back to where they picked us up. The event was on the golf course and it was very clean. It was very well organized with plenty of volunteers and with many signs that showed where to go.

From the moment you arrive and see the the building you note that this is not going to be ordinary. Every employee has a smile and a hello. We have stayed on standard rooms and suites and they all have been clean and well appointed. Bed turn down with chocolates even the ice bucket is filled with ice. The rooms are going through a major renovation and we can hardly wait until they are all done. If want to be treated like you own the place I urge you to go. The restaurants, the bars the general ambience is not to be missed. Oh take a cooking class there if you can

The Biltmore Hotel is a great location to stay. I visit them weekly to perform meetings with my networking group. The food is great, the customer service is excellent, the location is always very clean and neat. Every single detail is taken care of, and every single person greats you and they always have a good attitude. I love having my meetings here. Highly recommended!

We have been staying at the Biltmore for about the last five Fourth of July weekends and considered it a new family tradition. With all the beauty and tradition of the hotel and the beautiful fireworks display it seemed like the perfect place for us to celebrate such an important holiday. No more! First of all the building is starting to show it's age. There were plumbing issues that kept us out of our room all Sunday afternoon. The beautiful pool has started to "yellow" and the sides are cracking. The elevators sometimes lead you to believe it's not going to make it up one more floor.
The two stars are for the employees who are very professional and courteous. Sunday night the place looked like a morgue with no music and the bars and restaurants were closed. Poor planning. Very disappointed and will not be back. The Gonzalez Family #1003

Beautiful classic hotel with all the anemeties of a 5 star country club under one roof. The pool is massive and crystal clear (they said it is the largest single pool of any US hotel) and the outdoor poolside food and drinks are a real treat. Golf course is superbly maintained and Golf Carts are new. The view of Miami from above the lobby is truly breathtaking. Legitimate 5 star brunches with a world famous Chef was fantastic as was the wine pairings. Best place in Miami to have your vacation!

The hotel is one of Coral Gables's flagship sites, a golf course, brunch, etc. On July 4 (as today), the hotel opens its golf course to the public for outdoor concerts, family activities and the famous fireworks show, commemorative events to the day of US independence. How to arrive on July 4th? Look for information on the Coral Gables portal, the city offers free transportation to the site and indicates the sites for parking, which change every year. The VIP places, with barbecue and drinks, cost an average of $ 150 (ask at the hotel). Happy 4th of July.

i was all prepared for a great experience only to find out that the staff at the Biltmore ist not so graceful or honest , i had a good massage last 27 dec and after 2 hours i remenber not taking my gold chain and small gold medal from the rope , I called back within 2 hrs of handing my rope to front des at the SPA when i encounter Mgr Mai Ling very dismissive about my report of missing gold chain , she replied that those things show up a couple of days later , and that she had no staff to look for my heirloom its not about the money as the personal memory ....i called several times that afternoon and into early evening and the truth they could not be interested , i could not recommend this hotel since something like this can disappear in 2 hours , what kind of staff they call themselves all these accolades ,no the case for me , sorry you could have tried a bot harder or show some respect

Probably my favorite hotel in Florida! In the world of modern high rises of South Beach this is an old world charming grand hotel. Nothing beats this place in my opinion. The grand lobby .. the bird cages in lobby with the finches I can watch for hours. The views of the gold course .. stunning. Rooms are very nice. I have stayed in junior suit and grand tower suite. Junior suit is plenty of room .. only nice thing about grand tower is seperate living room and bedroom very seperate .. down a hall so my husband could work on computer and I could sleep. Otherwise Junior suite was fine. Pool is incredible. Food at pool and in hotels is very very good. My favorite thing is the old grand hotel look and feel. Service and valet is amazing!!

My Dad reserved a cabana at The Biltmore for an afternoon. We had a great time at this magnificent place. Fun in the pool, class A service and food and the tv in the cabana made it possible for Dad to watch the Masters. A great time was had by all.
