Probably the nicest, cleanest thrift store I ve been in. It s full of cute, in style clothes- no digging through racks of duds.

Good quality clothing and good service and they have a clean location as well.

They have a wide variety of clothes but the prices they have do not reflect the money they offer for clothing. Seems like there is a lot of profit; they offer low cash value and then mark it up a lot. I would prefer Platos Closet over Beau Monde. Also there are a bunch of stained clothing or clothing with buttons and zippers missing but it s not reflected in the price.

I used to come here alllll the time. But the last few times I've gone a lot of the clothes look like clothes you'd get at a normal thrift store. It seems as if they've lowered their standards on the clothes and styles they'll except.

Doesn't validate information that's told to customers from their own employees! I wasted a good amount of money being told I could exchange the products if they didn't work out yet afterwards was told no I can't yet they'd give me $4 store credit when it cost me $20+ for the items. With all this pandemic stuff going on and people testing positive and not quarantining themselves I don't trust using public dressing rooms and feel that they should've validated the exchange like I was told they would at least this once given their employee told me that they would. Either train your employees correctly or validate the information told to your customers. I'm extremely disappointed considering I spend 100's of dollars in your stores.

Great selection of higher end clothing for decent prices! Great for gaps in your wardrobe to fill affordably. Nice staff!

It's hit and miss with the styles. They'll turn away clothes you're selling stating, "it's not their style" yet there are some really hideous options on their racks. They've even turned away clothes I'VE BOUGHT FROM THERE! Only store credit for returns- and you have to have the tag attached and return it within seven days. They have stuff with broken zippers, no buttons, pocket decals falling off, etc. for high prices. If you're considering doing the "stuff the bag" charity event, consider volunteering or paying the $20 to get in an hour earlier. The volunteers get to pick through everything before the paying customers get to it. I was dissapointed with the selection, but it was for a good cause.

My most recent visit sucked! I brought in a bag while it was busy- they said it'd be about a half hour, so after an hour without a call, I went back to the store to let them know I'd turned in a bag. She found it, handed it to me and said "they" must've not been interested cause she could see colored pants in the bag. I was confused cause they usually call you when they're done. I got home, opened the bag and it looked like it hadn't even been touched from how I put it in there. When I called in, the young lady who answered (and didn't think I could hear her) gave that same lady the phone who was now telling me it was HER and a couple of others who had looked through the bag and said it wasn't their style. She couldn't even properly identify the contents other than colored pants which she saw through the bag earlier. Unprofessional and rude. Every once in a while you'll find a real gem or two, but the staff is pretty snooty and kind of ruin it. Hope it changes in the future.

I ve shopped and sold here a few times and it s always been just okay. However, I don t think I ll be returning. The owner doxxes customers and likes to start fights via social media. Yikes.

I will never shop here again! My grandma and I were shopping for some clothes, and the owner pushed her and told her, and I quote, You re a old hag, that s going to die soon, so get out of my store before I unplug your life support! I will never shop here again!

Quality of clothes has gone down so much plus I took 700.00 in clothes in today and got 74.00. One pair of Rock jeans I had bought from there for 70.00 alone and wore ONCE. Hope you make money off my clothes We won't be back!
