Usually I don't have an issue with the employees at Beau Monde. However, today I took two bags of clothes in to sell. When I walked in, there were a few customers browsing and one person having their bag looked at. They were just finishing up as I walked in. They let me know it will be about 15 minute so I figure, sweet! I'll browse. About 15 minutes later another girl comes in to have two bags looked at and the girl looking at mine stops and looks at the other girls bags instead. Mine are sitting there half way done for over 45 minutes. It took me an hour and a half to have my bags looked at and I got $20. Very frustrating. The other girl got $250 for her two bags. While I understand that what's in the bags is important, I find it rather offensive to be shoved back in line because someone who looks like they have a lot of money in their bags walks in.

The cutest little clothing exchange store. I love bringing in my used clothing & shoes to get some extra money && finding trendy treasures.

Mostly decent clothes but also tend to be a bit trendy. A bit picky on clothes they take but will also take some less popular clothes for the outlet store. Overall satisfied for the product that they provide and the trade and buy system they have going. They have to make a profit and can't just take everything is they already have a lot of that style or season of clothing etc.

Had very good vans pull over jacket so 5 stars. Nothing else but the vans jacket

Just shopped here for the first time last week. Decent collection of Plus Size clothing. No issues. Their store (in Hayden) is big enough to socially distance so no mask needed. Haven't tried reselling my own clothes here, but plan to do so in the near future!

Great store for name brand gently used clothes! I found a cute pair of Lulu shorts and a variety of shirts on my last stop.

We go into the discount Beu Monde, all the time. We get a good selection, and friendly help, everytime we go in, and are always happy with our selections. This Beu Monde is no different. It's located off of Highway 95 and Prairie, in the shopping plaza with Panera, Albertsons, Noodle Express, and the Discount theater. Can't miss it. We came in looking for jeans, and came out with 3 pairs of pants, 2 shirts, shoes, and a hoodie. Lol I think my husband would come here every day if he could. This places prices are higher than the discount store (obviously) but the selection is higher qaulity, and typically worth it. And if you take your receipt to any other Beu Monde in the area, you get 20% off (it's 15 or 20 I think) your total purchase. And, if you do a Google review of the store you're at, you get 20% off your purchase as well. (I don't know if those 2 deals can be combined, but if so, yay 35% -40% off!) And lastly, Ester was very friendly, and helpful, and I'm a firm believer that places with good employees and good service, should be rewarded with my/our business, so be sure to let them know if theyve hit the mark for you, and tell your friends!
