Usually I don't have an issue with the employees at Beau Monde. However, today I took two bags of clothes in to sell. When I walked in, there were a few customers browsing and one person having their bag looked at. They were just finishing up as I walked in. They let me know it will be about 15 minute so I figure, sweet! I'll browse. About 15 minutes later another girl comes in to have two bags looked at and the girl looking at mine stops and looks at the other girls bags instead. Mine are sitting there half way done for over 45 minutes. It took me an hour and a half to have my bags looked at and I got $20. Very frustrating. The other girl got $250 for her two bags. While I understand that what's in the bags is important, I find it rather offensive to be shoved back in line because someone who looks like they have a lot of money in their bags walks in.
