Great value for money, with washer, dryer, water, pool, and workout room included. Neighborhood feels safe located near Lynnhaven Mall and a lot of other stores and restaurants within walking distance if needed. Main drawback is parking is kinda limited.

I lived at an Apartment Gallery community for several years and was always happy with the property and staff. Maintenance is top notch and the office staff was professional and personable. I don't know if previous reviews are about the same property, but my apartment looked great when I moved in and was always to be well maintained. I only moved because my job took me out of the area.

I live in the Woodbridge and management has always been responsive to any issue or question that I may have. The neighborhood is quite and all my neighbors are friendly.

I have been renting a townhouse in the Woodbridge Townhouse Community (The Apartment Gallery) for about a year and a half now and I love it! The rental office folks are all awesome, they always get back to me right away and solve my problem in a timely manner. Maintenance folks are quick and efficient. The neighborhood is very well cared for, the grass is mowed right away and there is even someone who goes around picking up random pieces of trash. It is a pretty quiet community and most important, I feel safe here! It is a great place to live!

I am a new Resident and the community of Brandywine Apartments in Hagerstown Maryland. They have made me really feel at home and have been the quickest in response to any minor request that I've had. I would definitely recommend the community for anyone in search of a good place to live and feel comfortable while at your apartment.

We have lived here for 3 months now and love it! Office team has always responded quickly with emails and calls. We love how the units are spaced apart, HUGE balcony and that we can pay rent online! High recommended place to live.

I ve lived at Parkview Place Apartments Property since 2005, when it was under different management company. Since The Apartment Gallery has taken over the property, I ve continued to have an amazing repore with the rental office & maintenance staff, they are always willing to work with their tentants and responds to maintenance requests within a short amount of wait time. The property is close to many shopping centers, close to interstates, there are several community parks close by. The property has plenty of parking spaces and plenty of lighting for safety at night!

We moved into Woodbridge Apartment in Jan. 2017 and couldn't be happier with our choice of communities!
The apartment is quite spacious (almost 1500 sq. ft) with laundry room for washer/dryer.
It is a very quiet and safe community as well as being logistically perfect for all our shopping needs.It is actually walking distance to Hagerstown Community College and just a 1/4 mile from Meritus Medical Center.
Parking is great and the leasing office/staff are quite friendly and proactive. The maintenance crew couldn't be more perfect, always addressing any issues immediately(a lot of times the same day)
I would highly recommend this apartment community and have to several people from Long Island, NY.

The hospitality expressed from the moment we walked into the leasing office was absolutely astounding. the atmosphere was extremley friendly and everyone was very kind. Kelsey and Sally were absolutely phenomenal throughout the application and move in process. by far the greatest team for apartment rentals in York.

I've happily lived here for over a year in the South Hampton community. I'm good friends with all my neighbors; I even convinced my best friend to move in. The office staff is EXTREMELY nice and very accommodating. Any time you have a problem, they fix it as fast as possible. Do not rent here!! They charge you ridiculous amount when you leave this place!! Look at the yelp reviews also many people say the same thing and I personally am experiencing this right now. They took all my security deposit and then is charging me for the carpets in that apartment! First of all I didn t walk into that apartment with brand new carpets. They shouldn t be charging me for the carpets!! they should have used it out of their company s expense!!!!!! Never go there you will never get your security deposit back!! They are charging me over $500 on carpet!!! Ridiculous!! If anyone have a good lawyer we got to sue this place especially will all the similar reviews I read on yelp! They say they are going to send it to collections if not paid! Let s sue for them charging a crazy amount that shouldn t be charged in the first place!!

Parkview Place is a great, pet friendly apartment complex with excellent staff and wonderful customer service! Alicia in the office is so kind and always willing to assist with any needs.

I m a current resident at Legends at the beach and this is my second time residing here. The first time around I resided at legends at The Beach for 2yrs before moving out For a larger place. During my 2 years I had no complaints, the office staff are really friendly and always willing to help no matter what. The maintenance dept (especially Lino) are always on time to fix what ever it is you need fixed. I feel safe and at home living in this community, currently on my 2nd year again and loving it.

Move in was a breeze and very organized, everyone working at The Meadows is very friendly and knowledgable. When I moved in the cleaning they did after the old tenants was very thorough and I had no issues with my apartment. The neighborhood itself is small and very quiet. Everything has been perfect with this community so far!

My overall experience has been great! That s why I gave 5 stars.

I moved in about a year ago and from day one have had a great experience. My apartment was clean and up to date. Very well maintained. When I had a issue; with my refrigerator, maintenance was over almost immediately.

Kim the property manager was awesome with the move in process. throughout the past year her friendliness and personable attitude has been great! You couldn t ask for a better manager.

I have to give a shout out to all the very friendly tenants also. Neighbors who genuinely care about neighbors. I definitely recommend this apartment complex to anyone.

Oh and dog friendly with dog walking areas around the whole complex. Clean and trimmed grass a major plus! There is even a kids play area. Quiet setting. I have loved living here.

Unethical unprofessional is being kind at best. 1.0 star reviews. Choose almost any other management company in York they have an average of 3 stars. These guys scrape the bottom of the barrel only because you have to vote at least one star. STEER CLEAR. Google their sites and parent company you will soon see how horribly prospective, current and past tenants are treated.

I moved into my beautiful townhouse on September 4 and I love it ! My house has an open floor plan with a gigantic kitchen, dining room and living room. Bedrooms are huge, as well as the bathrooms. I have great neighbors and the maintenance service provided by Brandywine is ALWAYS on point. Anything I need is taken care of. My boys and I would not want to live anyplace else !!!

BE CAREFUL. After filling out what kind of dog I have 4 times in the process of paperwork to move in, when it came time to move in they told me to bring a picture of my dog. When I brought it in they said she was a pitbull mix and was a restricted breed. I told them that no, she was not a pit mix, and gave them records from 4 different vets that all had her down as a lab/ terrier mix, which I had stated to them in the 4 times before when I was filling out information. They then proceeded to tell me that when they google a picture of a pit/lab mix, it looks like the picture of my dog. I told them that I understand but I have records from 4 professionals saying otherwise. They then told me that a terrier means a pitbull... as if a Yorkshire Terrier is the same as a pit. Even after showing my records and explaining everything, they told me that it is up to them to decide over professionals and told me on MOVE IN DAY that I had to give up my dog or not move in to the apartment. Never had a problem before with my dog living with me in pet restricted complexes. This was all after I had filed paperwork, collected money and had utilities to begin in the apartment I was supposed to be moving in to. If the whole thing is that a terrier means a pitbull, how come that was not mentioned when I had stated it before? And who are they to argue with 4 vets on what kind of breed she is. All of this happened on the day of move in after I had taken time off of work to move in and figure this out. EXTREMELY unprofessional to wait the day of to bring it up. If I would have known from the beginning that the way a pet looks is more important than legal records of what she is, then I never would have signed the lease to move in. Be careful when trying to move in, as they seem to change things on you last minute, not caring what professional records say, and not caring at all if it leaves you in a bad state.

The staff at Breezewoods are friendly and made it easy to move in. Neighbors are friendly. I love my apartment at Breezewoods.

Horrible place to live! Everything is outdated so don t let the pictures fool you. The ladies in the office are some of the rudest, unprofessional people I ve ever dealt with. Only good thing about living here were the maintenance guys. Always on top of things and very nice and professional. Be careful when you move out of here. They will rob you of every dime even if you leave It spotless. If you want to feel like you live in the ghetto and pay over $1,000, then this is the right place for you. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

I have lived here in the Virginia Beach Legends at the Beach Apartments 5 years and am thankful I chose this community over others. The office staff is kind and considerate and listens when you have concerns. Maintenance does their very best to accommodate your request for service in a timely manner and rarely leaves a mess afterward. The fitness room is kept up to date and during summer, the pool is great. The apartment manager makes herself available to discuss any and all concerns and does her very best to accommodate. I cant say enough good things about my experience here.

I've been a resident of Parkview Place Apartments in Hagerstown Maryland for several years now and place high value on maintaining my resident status here because of the outstanding job management and maintenance staff does to ensure this is truly home for myself and family.
Management staff has undergone a change as of late and still the quality provided to residents has not wavered during the transition.

As a former landlord, I take note to things most renters may not notice, such as: landscaping changes, signage, the approachable aspect (or lack thereof) of the management staff members, timely response to maintenance requests, and cleanliness of common areas.

To address the above-mentioned things of note: over the course of several years living here, we have witnessed many landscape changes. This allows for a sense of pride for residents because of how well-kept things are around the grounds. Maintenance staff members can be seen daily picking up anything misplaced and actively checking common external areas for safety concerns and continuously taking actions to provide a beautiful and safe place to call home.

Secondly, signage. Office staff members are faithful with posting schedule changes to inform not just current residents but perhaps future residents of why no one is in the office and they go above and beyond to explain why staff members are not available. This shows me, they genuinely care that one may need them and with that, it brings me to my next point. I have yet to submit a request for maintenance and not had it taken care of within 24-48 hours. Maintenance staff members have been in my apartment after hours due to an emergency water situation with the sprinkler system. Their response time was outstanding. Even after hours, maintenance staff presented themselves in a professional way and took care of the problem.

I have been a renter off and on during my adulthood and haven t always had maintenance staff I trusted to be in my place of residence without me home. However, at Parkview Place Apartments, I deeply trust the maintenance staff and never bat an eye with them in my home. As a woman, this is important. They ensure whenever someone else needs to be present such as pest control, they are too. When work does need done, staff takes time to clean up afterwards even. We consider the maintenance staff members a part of our family because we interact with them somehow, almost every day; whether it s a door held open or a simple hello.

Lastly, cleanliness of common areas. We all can ensure our own apartment are clean but something I found truly enjoyable about living here, someone comes in weekly to clean the common areas. These folks are some of the nicest individuals I ve had the opportunity to interact with. They hold doors, wish you a good day, will stop working so you can get by how they act directly reflects our community I believe and also the staff who hired them. I have also personally witnessed management cleaning common areas (sweeping salt or leaves).

Overall, we love living here and will call it home for as long as our lives need to. I cannot compliment the management and maintenance staff highly enough. From the kind spirited management staff to the trustworthy maintenance personnel, Parkview Place Apartments is a fantastic place to call home.

I have been living here for 1 year and 2 months, and I just renewed my contract for another year. from day one, when I applied for a unit, I was greeted with the best hospitality that anyone could ever have. I will never forget it! I served 20 years in the Army, and I truly believe that my first initial contact will let me know exactly how the rest of my stay would be, if I decided to receive a unit from Breezewood. I have to say that I was greeted with the warmest smile I have ever received by Kerstin Diaz. She treated me with the upmost respect. She sold me right then and there. Now, I have been a resident at Breezewood Apartments for 14 now, and Kerstin Diaz treats me like I am the only resident at the complex. she continues to treatment me with the upmost respect. If I have a problem with anything in my apartment, she takes care of it ASAP! One day I had a problem with my garbage disposal and I went and reported it to Kerstin Diaz, I swear the maintenance workers almost beat me to my apartment. That's how fast she makes things happen at Breezewood Apartments. because of her, I will definitely recommend my friends to come here. I have no problem making this my place of residence for many years to come. We have many nationalities living here in Breezewood Apartments, and Kerstin Diaz treats everyone like family. I Love It! Outstanding professional services throughout the entire development. A dedicated team of real estate agent and acquisition enabled my family to move in within hours of touring and completing paperwork. Units are clean, modern, and with gorgeous views throughout the the entire complex. The amenities are also superb and meets expectations tremendously.

It has been a pleasure to live at the Waterford Apartments. The entire staff goes up and beyond to make sure the residents are taken care of and the property is well maintained. I have recommended several residents and will continue to do so since from experience of renting at other locations Waterford is by far top notch.

This is a nice place to live, the units are spacious and the leasing office is helpful. Our particular unit is very modern, and while sometimes you can hear neighbors quite well, that would be a problem in any apartment complex. Nice company to work with. I live at the Waterford Apartments and they are prompt if there s an issue. Had a heat issue and the maintenance provider arrived in literally ten minutes! I would recommend this place to a friend.

Westgate Apartments buildings are beautiful and always clean. Maintenance is great and they respond fast when you need anything fixed. Leasing agents are the best. They go the extra mile to make things work for you. Being new in town is not an easy situation. You need a place that will give you peace of mind. You must find a place where you have commodities and people taking care of your needs. Westgate Apartments is that kind of place.

Legends at the Beach has been great to me. I left at one point and decided to come back because I couldn t find a better staff! They really care, are prompt with responses, and they have great maintanence.

Any time I have an issue it's usually addressed the same day. Very friendly staff as well.

I love this place Westgate Indiana Pa , everything looks perfect. People who work in the office, the maintenance, the apartments, and the price as well.
The only problem that I don't like is how the contract goes, I believe they must give more consideration to those people who lived here for a long time.

They make changes without consent. Construction work is done when they want it to happen and you have to plan your life around it. They let contractors into your apartment without you there. They do not give the resident the option to schedule construction when he or she is home. One project consisted of making our decks significantly shorter soon after I moved in. We were told it was because the wood is old and rotting and this would be safer. However, the miniature deck they left us is made of the same material. They did not replace anything, just made it smaller.

The staff that you deal with are amazing and professional and quick to respond, however many things are out of their control as the complex is owned by a giant corporation and not some mom and pop owners.

In 2018 the pool was closed early for repairs. It was closed all of 2019, and now continues to be closed for the 2020 season (I understand we are in a covid 19 pandemic, however the governor said pools can open) and prior to the pandemic not one repair was made to the pool. The fitness center is half of what it was when I moved into here.

The town I live in has 1,000s of rentals
Its a college town. My rent goes up every single lease and they have yet to fix the pool that they advertise in all the adds they place online. Is it even legal to advertise an amenity that you do not even offer?

This pool is advertised as the community pool for several property complexes in the area, three I believe.

Great place to live if you do not care about the pool, however if you do not care about the pool you can find cheaper places around that dont have a pool. Kind of the justification for paying more ...to have a pool.

Like I said though the staff you deal with at the facility in the office, and the maintenance are the best and professional and always willing to help, however the the company that actually owns this place could careless about you, its just a business to them.

We moved into Parkview Place Apartments; the move-in process was very smooth. We rented a quiet, first-floor apartment with reasonable rent.
We are able to manage our service needs and make our rent payments online.
Our neighbors are very nice. And the grounds are well maintained.

This is for Legends at the Beach apartments, as I have no other experience with this company otherwise.. however I have only good things to say about The Apartment Gallery/Legends at the Beach. The cost is reasonable compared to other apartments in the area (still too expensive if you ask me.. but more a problem with the local economics than anything else), and staff is always super friendly and responsive. The upkeep is great, and I never really have problems with bugs or anything like that. I have had the pleasure of staying here for a couple years now with no problems. Maintenance will assist promptly and repair/replace accordingly, and with a smile.

Kim in the office at Dover town is all friendly and helpful gets problems solved fast! Nice place to live!

I just moved into Apartments at Waterford about a month ago and so far I like it. It's conveniently close to department stores, grocery stores and my job. Plus, the staff made my move-in process very easy. I would definitely recommend Apartments at Waterford to friends and co-workers.

Legends at the beach is a great place to live. Our neighbors are super friendly and the ladies in the office are always super helpful. Lino the maintenance guy is quick and super helpful and understanding. Its dog friendly and our apartment was clean and beautiful at move in. Our second floor balcony is huge and overlooks the pool area. We are super glad we took the chance on legends at the beach!

North hills apartment and Camelot arms are horrible in every way!!!! The staff are very rude and unprofessional! The neighborhood is ghetto and loud! The apartments are The equivalent of the projects the walls are patched up it s just not worth what they ask. They trick you into signing a shorter lease that cost more money. Renters beware do not live here you will regret it!

We stayed at N. Hills Apartments from 6/2017 till 4/2018, and we had wonderful service from the office and the maintenence staff. The parking lot was well taken care of when we had snow/ice storms, and no matter how minor or needs were for maintenence the guys we right there, always leaving paperwork explaining what was done. It truly was a pleasure living there until our new home was built, very conveinient to everything. Everyone was very nice & polite, unusual in today's world!

I live at the woidbrWood location and I love it. My apartment is HUGE and open. Moving in there was tins of potential for decorating, filling my creative nature with Glee. The staff has been so wonderful. I moved from out of state, sight unseen, and the whole process was made so easy by this team. The sent me floor charts and pictures and helped me through the entire process over the phone. The few times I have had to have someone out to fix something they were fast and friendly and efficient.

I and my family stayed at their property, Legends at the Beach, in Virginia Beach for about two years. The staff was super-friendly, and the maintenance personnel were quick and capable. I was initially attracted to Legends at the Beach because of spacious and unique floorplan, but when it was time to move to a bigger place, we first looked at another Apartment Gallery property in the area because we knew we'd be dealing with the same great people.

Very upset, not only should these apartments be held at a higher standard because of the pricing. So many work orders that were needed for work that should have been done. The worst is that we should had been given the opportunity to decide whether or not to take the unit had they told us that a family of 6 were living in the 2 bedroom apt above us with 4 small children ranging in ages 2-7. And the fact that we both work 3rd shift. We should had been told and allowed to say please select another unit. Residents needs should had been considered in order to keep their residents happy.
