Do not rent here!! They charge you ridiculous amount when you leave this place!! Look at the yelp reviews also many people say the same thing and I personally am experiencing this right now. They took all my security deposit and then is charging me for the carpets in that apartment! First of all I didn t walk into that apartment with brand new carpets. They shouldn t be charging me for the carpets!! they should have used it out of their company s expense!!!!!! Never go there you will never get your security deposit back!! They are charging me over $500 on carpet!!! Ridiculous!! If anyone have a good lawyer we got to sue this place especially will all the similar reviews I read on yelp! They say they are going to send it to collections if not paid! Let s sue for them charging a crazy amount that shouldn t be charged in the first place!!
