The Antrobus Arms Hotel Review

My cousin came to visit Stonehenge from China, she stayed in this unique hotel and she enjoyed it, lovely garden, friendly staff, delicious Thai food, good experience!

All the staff are amazing and made us feel at home. The full English breakfast was outstanding. The hotel itself is quite simply a beautiful building and only needs a little TLC but for me this also adds to the history of the property. I can honestly say I've never slept better in a hotel even the crows waking me in the morning was a pleasure. The room was warm and very clean. We will definitely return and stay there again. Thank you all for such a pleasant stay.

The Antrobus room lottery.
Out of the 50 rooms there are as few as 6 or 7 I would consider habitable. So you're then running the lottery...
Problems in this place range from low water pressure, bad tiling, lack of cleaning, paper thin walls and a general lack of a cleaner, there's a window ledge in this place where you can count the new six legged arrivals.
Unfortunately at our time during the school holidays the availability of other accommodation was few and far between....the owners answer to our issues.....we'll just get more contractors in when you leave !!

One thing positive the staff are saints having to put up with this!!

Very comfortable place -freindly staff .we had tea making facilitys but no kettle asked staff a couple of times no joy -room 14

Really old Hotel, but they have very friendly people. I liked it there.

Beautiful hotel, especially the garden area. Unfortunately it's not as nice in the bar or the lounge. Chairs are very uncomfortable and not much seating. They used to have lovely comfortable seating round the room of the bar. They had different seating in the lounge but it was nice for people to sit and talk or to be with friends/family. Drinks are reasonably priced and they have a Thai restaurant which is very nice and food is really good.

Clean and tidy at a very reasonable rate. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would use again when visiting this part of the country.

We went for dinner. Had a selection of delicious starters and mains. Really impressed with the quality of the food. Service was a little bit slow but it wasn't too bigger an issue. Servers were very friendly. Lovely atmosphere.
