London's is much better. Other than that, I don't know if it's for the covid, but the tour was short (45 min) and not irresistible. Cute and nothing more.

Very poor experience
The trying to make you laugh ,,, but it was not actually
A nice trip for once, but not worth repeating due to the high entrance fee.
Yes this is fun. Exciting. The actors do their best to make you feel creepy. The rooms and attributes clearly show what is being depicted.
It was the first time and it was a great experience
Amazing place! So much history, architecture and tradition.
a little obscured, but those who want to tickle their nerves, I think, like it
Dungeons are really good, and this one was good as well
a museum, rather than a theater, like a tunnel of fear, must be seen
Beautiful museum complete in terms of instruments and history of torture.
It was an outstanding experience staff are brilliant at telling the story of Amsterdam
To see, like all the amusing attractions bathing in the strange.
Over 10 rooms. Operating costumes, make-up, very good acting during dungeon runs - you will not be afraid without fear. You can not photograph. Commemorative photos are provided by service. You can buy them there for a fee. recommend
Definitely an underwhelming experience.
Starting with poor organisation and inability to handle large amount of people. Groups tend to merge during the visit resulting in overcrowded rooms. The stories themselves are really basic and not scary at all. All in all more of a kids attraction, and even in that case not a great one.
Really funny and scary experience. Even the toilet screamed when i walked into it so watch out for that! Me and my boyfriend were picked for a lot for the interactive bits which was great. We had a well sized group of 8 people who were all really nice and the actors were very in-character making the whole experience very realistic and scary. Got some great pictures at the end and it didn't last too long so it was ideal for something to do before dinner. Overall, had great fun - would recommend going at night.
The performances are nice, but as stated in their ad, there is no museum section. However, I can say that there is an interesting activity that can be done if there is time to be spent at the end of the trip to Amsterdam (especially because it is not an experience that should be time-consuming).
Great exercises. Super show. Everything was understandable. And it was really creepy. Of course, still in a reasonable frame. In any case, drop by and have the experience yourself.
Usually I'm unimpressed with things like this, but it was actually alright, Informative and I got to see the missus freak out!
Guess it depends on the group, please turn your phones off it really ruins the experience for others if it does go off!
I was expecting information, exhibits, demonstrations, and more. Instead there was a lot of random loud noises, forced acting, special effects, crowded spaces, and awkward waiting. Would not recommend if you are looking to learn about torture or history. The only thing I learned in this entire tour was a story I later learned was entirely fictional. Overall, the place has some cool jump scares, but very little interesting info.
Good mix between scary and funny. I ve also been to the one in London and there you learn more about the history of London, this one is more entertaining.
Unfortunately, every dungeon is the same. Whether Berlin or Amsterdam.
Tourist trap. Do not waste your money. But if you're in a group, it can be pretty fun. Overpriced though.
I liked Dungeons very much. Every couple months they change the program.
Wanted to visit such a place for a while now and definitely worth every single cent! Excellent actors, costumes and 'decoration'! Also, absolutely amazing use of light/dark and music/silence. Was blown away by sheer amount of details and cool looking things and facts. Great fun either alone or with someone. Can't recommend enough, just go and see for yourself. It is brilliant!
A lengthy and worthwhile experience. Good English acting.
Top acted and good setting. You can see that time has been put into it.
The setup is on point, very spooky actors. A little cheesy at times but all in all it's great fun.
Very nicely done, but the price is tough.
Advice, try to get tickets through holiday auctions
A very nice experience and then I don't just speak for myself! Even if you don't like horror you will certainly be entertained here.
If you've been to Hamburg in Dungan it wasn't much different or better! Otherwise it's okay!
One of the funny attractions in Amsterdam. They do it in English also for those who don't speak Dutch.
It was amazing. Scary and very funny at the same time. Well recommend for anyone who goes to amsterdam
Very good actors, not that scary, and mostly funny (note: actors English is perfect, so it's very tourist friendly). I gave it 4 stars, because it's definitely not one of the "must visit", but a nice way to kill 2 hours of free time near Dam square.
Very good and you get a beer or soft drink
Look out for discount vouchers
This place is really a lot of fun...it's a history lesson but scary and fun ..the actors do a fantastic job...be sure to stop by and take the tour
Interesting tour that gives you information and keeps you on your toes
In comparison to Hamburg rather boring. Does not necessarily have to be visited.
It was okay. But for 20 euros clearly overpriced. I expected more.
Very nice passing the forty thin There are wings there that are not suitable for children
Yeah I mean the experience was good and that, but I don't remember walking in.
It is an immersive theater experience. The staff is very lively. You can feel the vibrant atmosphere when you enter the venue.
Inside, you will walk into different theaters according to instructions. The actors in each room will perform 17th-century Dutch society in a dramatic way, and there are all kinds of legends. There are a few scenes inside that are very interesting and I was very impressed after the experience.
It is recommended to have time to play and watch.
I just loved the dungeon. Interesting stories, incredible scenery. Can't wait to go back and do little scares again haha
Educational in a fun way. Very funny with a few shock moments. Definitely recommended for young and old!
No problem if you can listen to English
However, it can be a little boring because there is more to hear than to see.
Great acting. If you have been to any of the other dungeon experiences it all runs in a similar vein. Tours in both English and Dutch.
The Dungeon is a very nice addition to a day in Amsterdam! Scared now and then, but generally also very funny. Highly recommended if you are in Amsterdam!
I love it, good actors.
I come there often but it never gets boring
It is highly recommended
Super fun experience and very good actors highly recommended
Not as scary as I thought but still really Cool! Worth it.
Effort is good but some props seemed a bit limited due to COVID-19 restrictions.
Bit like a tourist trap, but then again it s not all museum...
Fantastic experience very entertaining well worth a look
