Worst ever hotel, i recommend everyone not to choose this hotel as very poor customer service and room are accompanied with worst ambiances except lobby... size of the deluxe room is very small.. will never come back.
Loved the hotel ambience. But at reception people do not have smiling place . All artificial welcoming.

Great hotel to be; a lot of places are in walking distance from the hotel. Room was ok. Price to stay here was very cheap. Breakfast is expensive once not included in your package. Staff was outstanding they will help you in everyway possible. The front desk manager was so helpfull and calm although the guest was being boisterous. Overall great stay. They need to clean the pool. There was a lot of green stuff growing on the bottom.
Very rude behavior of all staff..Specially Front office team.. Then said so rudely that bring your luggage urself from room..Even housekeeping is worst! very bad experience..Think wisely before making your choice...

The facilities are nice and (most of) the staff are fairly friendly. They lose points for the beds though. A higher end hotel should be able to afford beds that aren t lumpy spring mattresses. Location is good and easy to find and I would consider staying there again.
Last year i have stay in this Hotel. Ambassador Hotel is a nice hotel, room is so clean, breakfast is superb and location is nice. So, best hotel in the Shukumvit Soi 11, Bangkok.
Friendly housekeeping staff, however I personally had problems calling reception from the room.

Read a lot of comments about the front desk workers who don't care about customer service. I am a regular at this hotel but this time it happened to me. They don't care and don't listen to your requests. Asked for a room on higher floor but not an upgrade. I've booked for a room at the tower wing and from floors 6-23 are normal rooms. I only requested a higher floor as I am a light sleeper and didn't want to stay on the lower floors. Front desk didn't listen and lied to me telling me the room allocated is the biggest room. All the rooms on the floors 6-23 are the same. Doubt if I will stay here again as I don't like to be lied to.
I stayed there for three nights and while booking the room, I mentioned that I'll be arriving early and when I arrived at the hotel, they told me that there's no room available and after some time they asked me for 2000 bahts for early check in and they said otherwise sleep on the couch in the lobby. A bunch of money hungry people and extremely unprofessional and rude staff. Would not recommend to anyone.

Stinks! There is a smell here that just won't go away. Looks nice, great place to hide from all the hustle and bustle of the city and the front desk girls are cute, I called for service they didn't want to service me. The hotel itself just simply and plainly stated stinks.
This is a decent and reasonably priced full service hotel. Room service is prompt and offers a good range of Thai and western options. Staff are friendly and helpful. Check in and check out was quick and efficient, although I visited in the low season so can't comment on what it's like when the hotel is buisier.

Rooms were very ordinary, there was a weird smell in the lobby, they do not provide express checkout like other hotels do which was a disappointment, lobby is very huge

The buffet is huge and wonderful, people working there are very hospitable.
