Good pay and benefits. I genuinely like my bosses. Anyone who says temp turnover is high, was likely a temp who felt entiltled to being hired in just because they showed up. It takes awhile to get hired in, but then they take care of you if you earn it.

I personally love my job and found it to be like any other place when it comes to people. You have dishonest and grumpy people and you have great hard working people who are honest and care about you like Corey Ellis and David Tolentino. I myself have people I dont care for but work wise I dont think I'd want to work anywhere else, good coworker go people, and hard work like a company should be.

Josh Blair was an excellent facilitator who was fair and genuinely cares about his employees.Jim raffensperger and Marc Shaw however are dishonest and sexist. Do not expect job performance to be valued at this employer. If Jim and Marc do not like you they will lie and do whatever it takes to get your employment terminated! They abuse their power and the human resource department will back them.... if your looking for a long term career, go someplace else!

I don't know long they have had security. But these people here are hard on what they don't know!

I love working for Thai Summit. It is amazing place to work. The bosses are wonderful, my co-worker are great. We have a lot of hard working people, and a safe environment. Lots of overtime, so a fat check. I would say that I am very blessed to be part of the Thai Summit family. If your a hard worker, who never misses time. You would do fantastic there. Sexual harassment from male coworkers that HR refuses to do anything about. If you re a temp good luck getting hired in less then 7-12 months. I was brought in with 20 temp employees and I was the only one left after six months. Dangerous work environment. It s no wonder they have such a high turnover rate.

I was driving home for work today when get the call that they was letting me go for no reason or explanation. I have a excellent work history with this company. I have never missed a day of work or been late. I was to have my 90 days on May 1st and this is the Tuesday before.
They don't train the employee for the jobs they want them to do. There is favoritism and this makes them not an equal opportunity employer. They say they don't hire family members but they have some families that have more than one person working for them.
They only care about certain workers and these are the only ones that can advance with this company.

Use to be a good place for drivers to pickup at now it has gotten terribly bad use to be a in and out stop think they had a change over and it went to there heads POWER TRIP
