The room is warm, it is a beautiful renovation. The space between rows is really narrow. The cloakroom is 2 euros per item! As for toilets, this December 30, 2018, it was condemned urinals, booths without lights, urine on the ground and unsustainable odors! A shame !
The theater is good but I preferred the box ... nostalgia!

Superb location. However we had places in category 1 (60 ) and we found ourselves in height, badly seated, with the padding that has bothered us all along. Back pain guaranteed.
The piece was superb (the big diamond Prince Ludwig) but the conditions to look catastrophic. We were not the only ones to complain.
The seats are not comfortable. There is not enough room for the legs.
No customer service. No reactions from the "managers" who do not care. From the daube to flee.
The place is dated but the seats comfortable. The play "the big diamond of Prince Ludwig" is brilliant, the actors extraordinary, the staging full of discoveries.
I went to see the big diamond etc part this saturday, the piece is funny but some scenes a bit "humor cream pie".
The acting is convincing and talented, but sometimes we get bored a little bit about the repetition of some gags that are more for children.
Regarding the room, I booked in the golden square and I found everything on the edge or the scene is less well seen and just under the air conditioning vents: very cold breath despite my request to the staff.
In total: average
The room was good ... but the places .... if unfortunately you have high places .... no visibility and no place ...

I recently saw Prince Ludwig's big diamond there. Theater in the center of Paris near the main boulevards, well-distributed seats to always have good visibility in front of the stage, where the musicians are also on display. Only the exits are rare ... the exit is difficult.

Ah! The legendary Palace of the 80's become theater since! Fun ! I went there 3 weeks ago with a friend and we loved the place, the show, and the seats too. Classical theater seats, and well placed, we could extend our big legs.

The scene is very badly seen from the balcony: obliged to get up to miss nothing of the show! In addition the control room is in the middle of the balcony, which does not improve the visibility. It lacks coat racks toilet ...

I had bought category 1 places for my wife's birthday, in the first row of the balcony in the center: on the day of the performance, we are informed that the balcony is closed () and therefore we will be placed at bottom of the floor (category 3), and obviously without financial compensation. After discussions, we finally managed to be placed closer in category 2, still without financial compensation, which was more acceptable but does not correspond to our purchase.
To flee !!!

For Toc Toc piece by Laurent Baffie. On the play and the actors, nothing to say. We had a great time. On the place itself, a little old and especially without air conditioning. By 28 degrees outside, it's an oven and the ventilation is not up to par. The opener is efficient but sometimes has to move the spectators several times for problems of double booking.

The Palace hall is advertised as mythical because it has hosted great artists and shows. The aging decor is not really up to this announcement especially with this concrete architecture which has no character. My chair was loose and shaky. Fortunately the show was top which makes you forget the setting ..
A real good mood of electro music, a great atmosphere and a nice staff that changes other trendy places of capital.
I recommend and plan to organize beautiful parties;)

A very nice little theater carried by a friendly staff, invested and great fun. The programming is mainly focused on humor. I really appreciate these theaters on a human scale who live!

Organization deplorable ... a queue to the outside for an unexplained cause before waiting again to return to the room ... once inside, everything is fine the seats are comfortable and the room is clean.
Room big, but not too much, balconies gilding and lights seats (rather comfortable) so far nothing exceptional in Paris. The acoustics are very good no pole in the visual field.
But what makes a room so cool is what you play, and with "Prince Ludwig's big diamond" the requirement of technical performance imposes the 5 stars for the hall and its technicians.
