TGI FRIDAYS, DFW AIRPORT Review

I only go here for the grab and go case, which has some relatively healthier options.

Tried the breakfast burritos, good, but not as good as the TGIF in terminal A.

The breakfast tacos where great and super fast. The young lady at the front and my server Annalise where really nice. Great smiles.

We had three hours to kill so we went for a drink and a small bite to eat. The restaurant (C8) was packed, but we decided to wait. The hostess took us to our table and it was literally not even in the restaurant. We were seated at the only table off to the side. It was too near the airport men s restroom and directly next to the to-go counter. By directly, I mean it was literally touching the counter and the refrigeration unit, which was causing the seating situation to be quite warm. We heard every single thing the cashiers said, including rude comments after a man came by to ask a question and had left. The cashier also knocked over containers of packaged condiments which landed on top of me (thankfully it was only plastic containers and sealed packages). We ordered chicken strips and they were out. It was a surreal experience to say the least.

Travel all the time. A lot through DFW terminal "C". Usually an hr to kill between flights. Service and food compare to any street location However, today... Sat down ordered my drink and lunch then was texted to come to AA customer service. Well you no what a pain that is. Had to tab out my 1 sip drink and run to AA. Well Matt my bartender saw me get the text and held my seat and drink not knowing if I would ever return to pay. He told me " I trust you". Came back, and on my second drink got another text and had to run again. Once again he said, I got you covered. Still had not paid. Finally I finished my visit and the stress of running all over the terminal was lifted only because of Matt and TGIf. I come here often and if I have to change terminal to eat at C7 I will. Thank you Matt you made a crapy day better for me.

I had just about gave up on Fridays but My wife and I had a vey short layover and had the pleasure of being served by Gabby who truly made it possible for us to get fresh food very quickly even though the restaurant was fully booked. The service was some of the best I ve received at any restaurant when eating out and it s definitely something that has me thinking to give this chain another chance.

Good food , service is great and loveable atmosphere.

Amazingly enjoyable and delicious omelet this morning at TGI Fridays! What a pleasant surprise.

First time. Very good customer service. I was able to choose my seat I wanted. I tried the whisky glaze ribs and the flavor was delicious. I signed up for the rewards and got a discount for dessert and round two dessert time Tennessee Whiskey Cake delicious. I do recommend this place at Dallas fort worth airport terminal A Lance you rock man!

I just mentioned to the waiter that my medium rare steak was pretty rare and even though I had already eaten the outside parts that were actually cooked enough to eat, the manager offered to give me a freshly and properly cooked steak! But I wasn't feeling well so told him no need and when given the bill came it was comped! Great manager and wait staff! You don't generally get this kind of service at an airport!!

Food was fine but $2 for one sausage party the size of a tobacco container is just shameful.

My food was not good, I ordered the Nachos and they were burnt andnit took almost 45 minutes to get my food.

Been to this location while traveling several times. I ve always gotten good service, great food and great adult beverages. They keep it clean and tidy which is nice. Staff is super friendly and conversational. It can get busy with the amount of people flowing through the airport but they usually find you a seat in a jiffy. I definitely recommend this location.

Today I tried there new Mac & Cheese burger, AMAZING!!!!!

If you want to get hustled in and out as fast as possible, this is the place. Don't even try to sit for a little bit after you finish your meal.

Other than that, it's the usual TGIFriday's food.

How is a restaurant in the airport going to say their kitchen is closed for at least an hour during dinner time? What does that even mean?? The restaurant wasn t full. They just stopped seating people. And no empathy from the staff. SMH.

The seating area is pretty tight small location but it is the airport. The staff was pretty good compared to other places. The food was delicious , I had the their combo plater loved the wings and pot stickers. The loaded potatoes were a bit over cooked so a little to hard for my liking.
