Took a shot in the dark and went to drop off recyclables on a Sunday morning. One dumpster was completely full and the other about 3/4. I got luck this round. The dumpsters are usually full by Friday.
We use this company for our community pool and we called to confirm pickup before the busy holiday weekend. They confirmed they would be here on the pickup date and we also scheduled an additional pickup to follow an extremely busy weekend. Nobody showed up the day of or the day following and we are left with overflowing bins of trash going into the busiest weekend of the year. So disappointing, we will be happy to give our money to another pickup service!
They come 3 days late. Speed thru because bins not out. I ran and put mine out so when they come back they could get it. They kept going. And told me to bring it around the corner. And I'm not in a corner house. We need new recycling
I am a Bexley neighborhood resident, and I believe your company is contracted by The Bexley Association to provide recycling service to us. I live at xxxx Newquay Lane. I wanted to let you know that the gentlemen who pick up my recycling are doing a very good job. I have the backdoor service and they are thorough in the job they do and return the cans with the lids on top in an orderly fashion. And they never leave any pieces on the ground. Please let them know they are appreciated. Thanks!
A little disorganized but the people were friendly and helpful.
Today, the recycling truck came and I watched as not once, but twice, the driver physically got out of the truck and manipulated the contents of our recycling can in order for it to empty properly. Something must have been really stuck. The driver didn t see me because we were far away, on the porch. It s not common to see such attention-to-detail. I was thoroughly impressed.
Ray V. (I hope I read his name tag right) the service tech for TFC is an asset to their company and I hope they know that. He is very kind and goes above and beyond. Yall need to treat him better than you treat your customers. I hope his supervisor reads this and knows he has an employee of the year working for him. He is the one who gets the 5 stars not TFC. As for TFC id give them 0 if it were possible. I have nothing really nice to say about TFC as they do not provide the service that is advertised for the City of Chesapsake. They come when they want. Supposed to be every other thursday they sometimes show up friday or like last week not at all. Its a shame.
The driver today had some cardboard spill out of the the container, he stepped out of the truck and put the cardboard into the bin. Then he picked the bin up again, this showed the dedication of TFC recycling. I appreciate this as a customer.
They pick up for the City of Norfolk. Today I watched them manhandle my recycle can to the point where they all but broke off the lid and cracked the back of the can completely. After all of that I had to go nearly 50 feet from where I left my can to retrieve it from the middle of the street and pick up the trash that the driver spilled. While retrieving the can, I noticed recycling waste left littering the street that I live on. Just horrible!
On Thursday 07/16/20. My recycle bin was not completely emptied. The driver left half of the recycle contents in the recycle bin. I am disatisified because we recycle a lot . Now we have no other choice but to start putting recycable items in the city trash can to be collected.
