So I would like for this review to tell about my story:
AD MMXVIII, we are in the month of December, I had to go to the cinema with my friends at The Space Campus (cinema near the university campus of Parma, capital of culture 2020 and perhaps also 2021 due to the covid which, as you know, hit during 2020 the whole world ... Let's hope for this 2021 really) since I didn't have the car yet I decide to reach my destination (where my friends were already waiting for me) with a beautiful (jokingly obviously because look at them) bus number 21 taken at the stop in viale rustici (the long Parma for those who don't know). So there is me who, I get dressed to go out and I start to taste the nachos of The Space Cinema Campus (where I was bringing myself), I leave the house all quiet with my headphones that play my favorite music (I use Spotify but you can use even YouTube Music, AppleMusic or Amazon Music but the latter I don't recommend it because it sucks (spoiler: like the aforementioned TEP)), I approach the bus stop. When at a good point, after 30 minutes of waiting, my eyes see as a mirage the highly anticipated bus (vehicle dedicated to public transport of people of all genders and all ages and all ethnic groups without distinction between man , woman, boy, girl, Asian) when, as usual in the art of stopping buses, I raise my arm to indicate to the driver my intention to get on the aforementioned vehicle that he piloted and controlled ... But, BUT, he, the 'driver (not to be confused with autistic because seriously they are two different things, one identifies who drives the buses and the other one terrible but also respectfully normal and for god's sake there's nothing wrong with judging are people like us) with a defiant look presses his foot on the accelerator, consequently increasing the speed of the aforementioned vehicle by at least 10 km / h making it impossible to stop, so that I could not use the public transport service which, as an Italian citizen (but even non-Italians for god's sake can get on it, in short, they are people like us if not better than us, some are better) it is my right. Now deprived of one of the fundamental rights, I am going to live what was and still is the most dangerous and feared undertaking of all: going to The Space Cinema Campus on foot. Armed with holy patience and a lot of willpower, he succeeded in the enterprise and I was welcomed like a hero by my friends now encamped in front of the aforementioned cinema. The worst part of all this terrible nightmare experience is that, once we buy the tickets at the cashier (also quite slow in fact after I put a review on them too) and arrived in the room we discover with total surprise and horror that the disney preshow was already finished. I do not agree to lose the vision of the disney preshow. TEP, we are now rivals.

I have never had the pleasure of speaking with a polite operator, or at least one who respects the basic social rules of civil dialogue.
It is not possible to receive, out of 4 times that I have called in my entire life, 4 times gouged and without help being brought to me.
