A Title Co that really and truly goes beyond the call of duty when needed.... any title can do the routine, but files typically don't have a red flag that says I'm gonna be difficult... Paul Rogers (escrow agent) and Catherine Cook (in office attorney) tackle the challenges with Grace. Their face time is great, but it is what they do that no one sees that I really appreciate.

I have been trying to get lawyers to research a mistake they made on my closing paper around taxes since October 2014 and they have yet to resolve my issue or even have the courtesy to call me back. When I call the office I am told they will look into it and never return my calls. Seriously bad service! And I requested an ecopy of my closing papers...did not get that either.
Jason is fantastic. He has helped me through some of my most challenging closings. You don t know how much you need a great escrow officer...until you need more than your average title service. Thank you, Jason!
