Everything you would expect from a roadhouse style restaurant. The rattlesnake bites were the best part of the meal. The chicken I ordered was dry and overly salty. The baked potato and fresh veggies were acceptable. The service was friendly and attentive.
My second time ever visiting a Texas Roadhouse and I really enjoyed it. The good was great, the service was wonderful. Great place for lunch, and dinner.
Texas Roadhouse in Abilene never disappoints! Love their food, especially the steaks! Service is great and we will be back soon!

Super busy , though not sure why, service was slow and not very skilled, Kelsey seemed more interested in sitting at the table next to us chit chatting with friends rather than waiting on her tables, including putting her hair up and continuously playing with it, gross, several times dirty empty dishes were left on the table by the server until we asked them to remove them. Skip this one and go to outback in Abilene, never liked outback till we tried the one here, lived it, love Roadhouse in ft worth, but skip this one.
Food great and server great. However hostess and seating people terrible. Entered store 4 people just standing around not even paying attention to me. I finally said you can seat me at anytime. Asked to seated in bar area was told none available yet 10 open tables in that area. After being seat elsewhere within 3 minutes multiple people were being seated around in the bar area. It will be a very long time before I return. Not a happy !
Great steaks! Pick your out and have it cooked to specs. Also like their pork chops. Service and atmosphere also get top marks!

Wait time? We gave our name and how many people in the party. Four groups were ahead of us. Good thing I did not sit down, we were all seated in order.

Food was grate but the service was lacking. Went for my niece 16th birthday & half the table of 7 people got attention & the other half hardly any. The "birthday singing" did not even come until we were ready to leave & we had spoke to severs people about it.

Had a great time at Texas Roadhouse! There was a small wait for a table, but there was a gentleman making balloon animals and objects. The balloons occupied my little ones, as well as me. Our server, Jesse was outstanding, he was friendly, personable and attentive. The food itself was fresh and tasty. Definitely worth a trip with the family.
We love the Texas Roadhouse at this location! We ALWAYS get great and prompt service, no matter how busy they are! The manager always comes to our table to see how we are doing. Good food, and no matter when we go, we always have great wait staff!
We decided to let Texas Roadhouse out of the doghouse. We we're served by an excellent young lady, very like able. We enjoyed talking to her very much.

Our server, young man named Calvin, was absolutely awesome. Attentive and composed even through dinner rush. TR Ribs were amazing as always. Rare steak cooked to perfection. Sorry, but SO much better than Lytle. Call ahead seating is a god send.
Always great food and service. Only downside: it can get very loud inside. Call-ahead seating is super helpful on busy nights!

Great as always. This time was prime rib it was perfect. The price has not increased due to the COVID like other places in town that try to capitalize on the situation. Was a great and reasonably priced meal! Other steak places are trying to gouge people. Glad I left and came here. Great service too!!!

Roadhouse's salad the lettuce was wilted and the Pea tomatoes we're spoiled. Other than that everything is fine I just won't get their salad anymore which is a real shame
Good food. Good service. My drink was kinda nasty (bloody mary). It had some weird seasoning that gave a gross kick. Otherwise all was good.
A friend took to go eat , I ordered the T-bone poterhouse steak and it caused me some stomach issues, I know it was the steak because I took some of it home with me and had it the next day and had the same problem again.

I usually have a great time here but the shrimp came out cold, the steak was overcooked and my wife's plate was not much better. Please talk to the cooks. Felt like they put a weight on top of the steak to cook it faster due to being busy, but that pushes all the juice out. Very dry and very overcooked.

I love Road House . But , I don t understand why a chain restaurant. Who has rules stated for .... social distancing and employees wearing mask all the restaurant and on the website . Cannot have their employees follow them ? Might as well not wear them at all .

Never spending another penny here again. My husband and I used to eat here a lot. We ve been getting to-go a lot lately. We always ask for the steak well done and somehow get home with it and it s bright red in the middle. So now the food we just paid $40 for we get to come home and cook ourselves anyways. I m pregnant and can t have meat that isn t well done.. that s why I asked for it that way. The chefs need to be retrained maybe on what no pink means. And my husband bit into a piece of glass from his rattlesnake bites. It was either from those or the ranch they sent us with for dipping. Oh and every single time we have to remind them to get our sweet teas that we paid for and I know are on the ticket. They conveniently forget every. single. time. And then half the time give us unsweet tea anyways. I m done.
