I'm grateful for the insight Texas Orthopedics offers as a specialist. I like to jog as often as possible but with a torn meniscus life changed and I was stuck on the couch.

I saw Dr. Peter Garcia and he helped me with the diagnosis and the navigation through physical therapy and documentation to show the insurance that I need an MRI.

Perfectly located in Southwest Austin and the staff is also friendly and helpful.

I appreciate the accessible communication via the portal with Dr Mukai. She listens to ehat I have to say and shows concern for my needs. If a procedure us warranted, explanations are always offered with a visual of the affected area.

I saw Dr. Westmoreland after years of suffering with rotator cuff problems. He friendly staff and knowledgeable approach made me feel at ease. Better yet, he accurately diagnosed my problem and treated my appropriately. I finally have relief from shoulder pain!

Great orthopedic center with wonderful doctors, assistants and staff. Offer variety of treatments for orthopedic problems. Very much a team approach, including the patient. Me: 72 yo with bad arthritis in lower back, hips and knees. They've helped me a lot! I can still walk on my own steam--OK, most of the time,, and a lot more slowly than before arthritis, and there are also shots. Highly recommend.

My daughter had surgery on her ankle and Dr. Smoot did an excellent job. It was just as described and my daughter is back to sports much quicker than expected. The staff was very friendly during each of our pre and post surgery appointments. Appointments were always on time getting us in and out quickly. Thanks for a great experience.

Dr. McDonald and his PA Kate are amazing! They are both caring, take the time to listen and explain thoroughly, and never made me feel rushed or my concerns ignored.

My visit with Texas Orthopedics was a great Experience . They explained different. Options of treatment for my issue with my spine. I will recommend others to try them out. Very nice staff.

I've been to Texas Orthopedics in the past for previous care and a surgical procedure. They were helpful and had great patient care every visit. At my most recent visit, everything was the same, even with seeing a new dr. Dr Somogyi was very professional, explained everything step by step. I feel comfortable knowing I'm in good hands. My experience was great! Dr. Race and Texas Orthopedics is highly recommended. I am in recovery but he and the staff treat me with respect and care. I have some time down the road to heal, but I am grateful to have a practice and doctor to be at my side.

Dr. Smoot was very personable, caring & listened when I talked. Imagine that!!!!
Joking aside, I was very comfortable with him & felt like he really cared about me & my problems. That in itself is rare these days.
I just switched offices with another of my doctors just because of personality. I want the best that also has a caring attitude & feel I have found that in Dr. Smoot.

Texas Orthopedics does have a problem with not making your appointment time - I think 45 minutes is too long to wait.

Recently the wait time has been much better! Dr. Westmoreland did a great job on my knee replacement.
Also, Bethany is the BEST physical therapist - I had great results!

Doctor was good, nurse appeared burnt out and unhappy. I was disappointed that I was not told ahead of time that if I tried on a brace, it was mine regardless. So $200 dollars later, I now have a so-so brace that I cannot wear all day because it s rubbing my skin off. I did give 4 stars mainly because the doctor was good. Otherwise it would not have been so high. He was the only good thing, giving us PT options and truly taking time with us.

Always see me on time, knowledgeable and caring medical and support staff, treat me like an adult with expereincecand knowledge of my own body and personal needs, practice holistic care with least invasive practice first.

My daughter has seen Dr. Barbara Bergin for her elbow - she was awesome! I have seen Dr. Smoot - he is about to perform my 3rd foot surgery. ALL of the staff is professional, courteous and caring. I would not consider any other orthopedic surgery center!

My husband first saw Dr. Garcia in 1989 for rotor cuff surgery. And we have never looked elsewhere for our orthopedic needs. Next was knee replacement for my husband and mother and again Dr. Garcia was consulted and took care of both of them. We have much respect for the care he has provided.

I received treatment options and I was given a medication sample to use and see if the results will relieve some of the arthritis pain in my hands. I was very pleased with the visit and know if I have questions or concerns that I may call and have another visit scheduled. Would recommend this facility to anyone. Thanks for your help.

Very friendly and helpful staff! I did not wait very long to be checked in or evaluated. The doctor was friendly and informative as well as allowing me time to ask questions.

I am very pleased with way staff and Dr Stark worked with me in going forward to a solution to my problems. I am usually faster with my replies. The night after I got this request I fell and haven't been doing much on my cell phone.

Friendly, courteous and acknowledge you as soon as you walk in. Very clean an organized establishment. Was diagnosed by Dr. Onan for pinched nerve and awaiting treatment.

Dr. Savage performed my hip replacement 4 years ago, and I feel like I got my life back! There are 3 methods for hip replacement - going in through the front, side or back. The front is harder for the surgeon, but much easier on the patient. The other two methods are easier for the surgeo, but not as easy for the patient s recovery. Dr. Savage uses the front technique and I am so proud of that scar. I was 54 y.o. at the time of the surgery and was walking with a borrowed cane. After surgery, the nurses got me up and started walking me around the hallway! All my nurses said if they needed a hip replacement, they would use Dr. Savage, because all his patients recover so quickly.

Very friendly staff. My Doctor,Dr Savage has replaced both hips, now monitoring a broken bone on my right foot.
I have 100% confidence in his knowledge.

Dr. Oman is great! Gets right to the facts. Tells you straight up what you need and solutions to improve your condition.

He s not just throwing medication at you like so many places these days.
