During the COVID-19 pandemic all the State Govt. facilities are closed which makes it impossible to get titles/registration/etc. for your vehicle(s). I went here needing my updated registration sticker and they helped me out no problem. I was expecting at a least a month turnaround because of the govt. facilities being closed and the Texas Auto Title Co. got it for me in a little over a week! Cameron assisted me and I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Even when the facilities are open again I will still go here to avoid the lines and hastles of the DMV.

I decided to try this place out for a title transfer because of the high reviews that this business has. I can see why the owner Kamran Khan Rana gets complimented; he's fast and friendly but on my visit he was deceptive.

I wanted to give my auto title to my brother as a gift with the $10 fee. Mr. Rana said that the law has changed and it is no longer possible to do that so I must pay the taxes of the car with him. Before I went to The Texas Auto Title Company, I gathered all my paperwork from the Texas Comptroller website so this couldn't be true! So that set off some alarms. I told him this and then he states that titles can only be passed from a mother or father. I corrected him again and states that siblings is also included. So then he says he is not able to provide me the service of title transfer via gift and tells me to go to the downtown courthouse or pay the tax on the car with him at his office. I left and went to a local harris county justice court and got it done there with no hassle.

I understand the guys' gotta make money but not with lies.
If you go here, do your research.

Very fast and efficient service. Went in to register my out of state car and to get Texas plates. Price was close to what i had expected to pay based on research. Got my plates and Texas registration in less than a week after applying. No long lines. Was in and out in 15 minutes. So glad i found out about this place instead of going to the court house.

I moved from California to Texas, instead of DMV I came here and never regretted. They charge only $35 for the service but totally worth it. No long lines, just give the paperwork, and wait for their call to pick everything up.. if need a TX car check up, its next door at gas station, which is also extremely convenient.

These guys were Amazing!! I came from out of state an didnt want to deal with the DMV. My husband found this place an we went to check it out. when we got there an walked inside, there was no line an we got it done within 10mins of us walking through the doors. Price was high but i expected it since i was out of state vehicle. He did tell me next year it would be much less under $80. I received my plates an registration within 4 days. I got a text message the day they arrived for me to pick up an i was able to head straight there an walk in sat down an immediately got taken care of an recieved my plates an registration. He told me my new title would be in the mail to me in a week. I definitely would recommend anyone to these guys. Very laid back but professional. UPDATE: If you look at all your negative reviews, you completely DENY any knowledge and claim that there's no record of the customer. You need to learn from these negative reviews on how to run a business instead of mocking the reviewer. I don't think most of the positive reviews on here are real, probably paid.

I saw the great reviews and came to this business on Bellaire & Eldridge as it was 10 minute drive from my place to simply get a renewal on my registration. I don t think the gentle man was having a very good day as he seemed a bit agitated. Everything was going well, and until I heard their service charge. They are charging way more than other title services as I had called around and the turn around time was too long. Then came the politics. I am not here to listen to your ranting against one political party and you allegiance to another, nor do I care your views on certain social movements. Please keep business and your personal beliefs separate, it is more professional this way Mr. K Rana Khan. It lacked basic etiquette on how to deal with customers on your end. Please stop overcharging and keep business and your personal beliefs separate. Hope you'll learn from this.
