UPDATE: If you look at all your negative reviews, you completely DENY any knowledge and claim that there's no record of the customer. You need to learn from these negative reviews on how to run a business instead of mocking the reviewer. I don't think most of the positive reviews on here are real, probably paid.

Obviously the name isn't real as I don't want you to be stalking me on my social profiles.

NOT PLEASED WITH CHARGES -- CLEARLY LACK PROFESSIONALISM

I saw the great reviews and came to this business on Bellaire & Eldridge as it was 10 minute drive from my place to simply get a renewal on my registration. I don t think the gentle man was having a very good day as he seemed a bit agitated. Everything was going well, and until I heard their service charge. They are charging way more than other title services as I had called around and the turn around time was too long. Then came the politics. I am not here to listen to your ranting against one political party and you allegiance to another, nor do I care your views on certain social movements. Please keep business and your personal beliefs separate, it is more professional this way Mr. K Rana Khan. It lacked basic etiquette on how to deal with customers on your end. Please stop overcharging and keep business and your personal beliefs separate. Hope you'll learn from this.
