I wish Google let you do negative stars. I went here yesterday to get my registration sticker cus it WAS suggested by google but it's sad that during a pandemic that this establishment is taking advantage of the situation, charging $30-40 more and you have to wait 3-4 weeks for your sticker. So glad I followed my first mind AND found out the offices (courts) are open. # Saved time and money and didn't have to wait on my sticker.

No I was a potential customer, and no confusion. If I spent $76 at the courthouse (receiving my tag the same day)and it's supposedly 105 cash and $11o with the card and you all say they charge $85 and you only charge $15 but somehow the total was $105 instead of 100...no where near confused but thanks for those ridiculous prices that had walk rite out that door...Great day to you and awesome customer service you have.

Helped me with my vehicle registration it was fast and easy...

I was not able to find my Auto renewal and other places wanted the original sticker renewal paperwork. Well, The Texas Auto Title company told me they would be able to process my renewal without a problem. So I brought the other required paper work and paid the cost, which was nominal, and received my renewal sticker within a week. Very efficient and friendly and knowledgeable.

I researched where to get my registration tags and found Texas Auto Title Co. Although the reviews were 5 stars, I went to the courthouse Annex on Chimney Rock because I'm familiar with the process. After seeing the line formed down the hall and out the door. I would be insane to wait in that madness, who has 2 hours to blow. Upon arriving at Texas Auto Title Co., I was greeted with a smile, no line and was done in 10 min. I appreciate Texas Auto Title Co.!

Transferred my title and got it a little under 30 days. They normally tell you 30 days or a little over but I always get it back at a respectable time and everyone there is very nice and helpful. Don t hesitate to answer any questions you may have. I have used them twice already And will regret anyone that needs them.

Had a great experience as a first time customer. I am new to Houston and needed a notary service on a Saturday. Transfering vehicles from out of state has never gone as smoothly or produced tags as quickly as it did with Texas Auto. Thank you for your professionalism and ability to make the transaction seamless. I was able to walk right in, sit down and walk out in a little less than 15 minutes. I then received my plates and tags within 3 days with a friendly message that stated I could go pick them up at their office. Sure beats going to the DMV, I will be sure to send friends and colleagues for their registration needs as well.

I went here for the first time the other day. I was looking for a DMV alternative to register a privately purchased vehicle and trusted the hundreds of great reviews. No wait, signed papers, paid, left. It only took about 10 minutes. Well worth the money (which isn't much). I'll never go to the DMV again, if I don't have to.

Being extremely busy after recently moving to Texas, the last thing i wanted to do is sit around the DMV all day to register my car. About 5 minutes was all i took after walking in i was all finished up. A couple of days later i recieved a call saying my plates were in.
