Be aware, these guys worked on my friends bike, while fixing hes brakes they damaged electrical wiring and didn't help him afterwards...

Love this shop. First class service from folks that know bikes

I was very excited to visit this shop but when I actually went in ready to spend approx. $1200 on a bike I was treated as though I were a second class citizen. First I had to ask for service and to be recognized. I felt as though I was ignored because I am a fairly new rider (not slim and muscled like a seasoned rider) and I was judged on that point. I insist on good customer service wherever I spend my money and I did not receive it here. I think they need work on encouraging people to want to come in be they novice or expert.
