Have had Terminix for years and pay the yearly con...

Have had Terminix for years and pay the yearly contract fee/inspection. we have Termite damage and have contacted them numerous times with ZERO resolution, appointment to fix/repair- nothing!
They can take your money but not willing to spend theirs!
