We have been coming to Teresa's for decades and are pleased every time. From the hot baked rolls and fresh crispy salads to the generously portioned entrees. Leftovers are always happily boxed to take home for another meal. Stop by this favorite Italian restaurant and Mangia, Mangia!

Huge servings! One main course should carry you for 2-3 meals. Theresa's red sauce is a classic.

Teresa's is on the same level as Boston's North End. Really good and true Italian food. LM.

Italian prime rib is amazing. Always satisfied, never let down. Best meatballs I've ever had.

Great service; they handled our sudden party of 9 very well. Everyone liked their food, and the Chianti. It seemed a little expensive to me at first because I was comparing it to Francesco's in Brimfield, but they do a good job here.

Food was fantastic and portions were big. Waitress was very friendly.

Love this place. Always Busy. Never had a Bad meal or Service there. And the only place you can get A great Chicken Cacciatore or Veal Cacciatore. Always have to bring some home, can never Finish a meal at this place.

Our function was in the Banquet hall...like always the food was good, actually the stuffed chicken was excellent. The staff was polite and efficient.

Just went here again yesterday. Enjoyed the eggplant parm. Guest had delicious stuffed haddock. A lot of food! Prices reasonable.

Staff was incredibly kind and wonderful with my kids. Food was pretty good, but my Alfredo sauce was separating before I even got it. The water glasses look like they are run through a dirty dishwasher and covered in cloudy watersports, which turned me off from drinking my beverages. Construction was taking place on one end of the restaurant and someone was vacuuming at the other end. Not very calm or peaceful, but good food.

1st time today , takeout , lasagna , very good , I'll make this place a regular stop

Teresa's has excellent traditional Italian food!
The staff is always great and very attentive.
The have one of the best tomato sauces. Always has the wonderful taste of the tomatoes coming through.
The pizza has a crisp crust underneath, but the edge is still soft.

Teresa's restaurant is such a nice place to go. I grew up going there and it was actually my first job when I was a teenager. They have changed so much over the years and for the better. The atmosphere is fantastic and the food is even better. They have a banquet room to hold parties, receptions, etc...I recommend the crispy chicken Caesar salad. Oh and their homemade dinner rolls, TO DIE FOR!!!!

I m from Boston and had no idea what to expect when we drive here. The portions and food was absolutely flavorful. The service was great! I often go to Dino s since it s closer to home but this place rivals any othe lr Italian restaurants I ve visited. Thanx!

Had veal Milanese...it was tripled battered, burnt on the outside, and raw on the inside. Not to mention how things it was...sauce was terrible. To be fair, I am Italian, and this is not...

The pick up wait was a little long even though she told me 30 minutes it was about 50 but it was a Friday night so I guess it's to be expected. Food was great, and there was so much I had left overs.

Pizza is just "ok" usually over cooked super crunchy chewy crust. Wait staff great though.

Music was great. But food wasn't as good as last time.

I've always heard good things about Teresa's but never actually had the food before.
I ordered off the catering menu for a post funeral lunch gathering with my Italian family. Everyone was super pleased with the food. The stuffed shells in specific were fantastic! And their price point was impressive as they were a little bit cheaper than other Italian caterers in my area.
My only gripe was that the food was delivered to me 25 minutes late, however I did request the food very early in the day (and a lot of it) so I can understand. They did their best with my large order and my family was happy.

Food always seems to be very good quality. Chances are you will have leftovers because the portions are pretty big. Prices are pretty good for the amount of food you are getting. Staff has always been great and have always had good service.

I ve never left a bad review at a restaurant until today. I heard wonderful things about this place. I call to see if there s a waitlist to get my name added to. I am told it isn t necessary. My boyfriend calls back within 10 minutes to confirm as we do not want to inconvenience anyone. They tell us to come on down. When we get there, the manager is incredibly rude. She tells us it will be an hour and is so disrespectful to my elderly mother when she asks if she can put her name in. Terrible manager, I feel bad for anyone who has to work for her.

Outstanding food. Prices ate extremely fair and ther portions are huge. My only complaint is that it is always freezing cold in here

The food is always amazing. The service is top notch. Penny was our server tonight and she is the best! This is the only place I can find puttanesca. My favorite Italian dish.

Every time we go there we order a salad with parmesan peppercorn, calamari, and shrimp fettuccine Alfredo! they serve you rolls and by the time the food comes, we take 2 bites and bring the rest home for another meal, cause there's just so much of it!! Its a great place and the food is soooo good

Every time I come to Palmer to visit family I make sure I eat at least once at Teresa's. It has the best homemade Italian food I can find. Keep up the great service.

Stopped in for a bite to eat after the Brimfield Antique Show. It seems that there must have been something going on with one of the schools in the area as the place was packed. It was worth the wait and their combo Pizza is amazing. Will definitely stop in again when in the area.

Always excellent. But ... always cold despite table.

Best pizza pie in town....don't mind the drive to pick up !
