At first I looked at the menu and thought it was pricey. But the amount of good food you get his worth in money. Service made you feel like part of the family. Would love to become a regular customer but I live in Michigan.

This place is always busy for dinner and for good reason. Food is prepared and cooked exceptionally well and service is great. Atmosphere can be loud but to be expected with authentic Italian family, food and flare. Enjoy!
Love this place! We travel an hour to enjoy great food and people! Stuffed eggplant and veal parm are the best ever! Huge portions at reasonable prices
Heading home from a day at Quabbin Reservoir and we were famished, having skipped lunch. We googled restaurants near me and saw this was close by and had a 5* rating. We arrived shortly after 5PM on a Saturday evening. The parking lot was busy yet still plenty of spaces. We were seated within a few minutes. Our server was prompt, took our drink orders and returned within a few short minutes. My husband decided on the veal parmigiana with fettuccine and sauce, I opted for the baked stuffed haddock, also with fettuccine. Our meals came with a colorful side salad, and fresh warm bread rolls with dipping oil. Delicious start to the meal! Both meals were piping hot and ample portions...enough to take home and have leftovers. This restaurant is out of our way from home, but if we were to find ourselves in the area again, it'd be worth another visit!
Waitresses could be a lot more attentive, but food was prepared perfect and giant portions fairly priced. Loud atmosphere and definately not family friendly.
Very excellent restaurant. Food is fantastic, portions are plentiful, and the staff is very friendly. The atmosphere is very nice. I had a pepperoni pizza there. One of the best pizzas I've ever had. On top of that, the price is very reasonable. If you're in the area, it's definitely worth a try.
I've driven past Teresa's Restaurant dozens of times over the years on my way going to or from various places in Massachusetts. I'd even taken notice of it at those times thinking it looked intriguing, and that some day I might stop in if the timing was right. We were on our way home from Rose32 Bread (a real hidden gem BTW), in Hardwick, and decided to stop for a bite to eat. It was late lunch time but we were pretty hungry and ready to chow down. I ordered the tortellini soup which was more than a little disappointing. It had an ok broth, but not an over abundance of tortellini, and absolutely nothing else. No chicken, no veggies, nothing. Not off to a good start. Things began to look up when the small warm rolls they served instead of bread, came to the table, along with warm olive oil generously flavored with garlic. They were really perfect with this meal, and a nice departure from the usual Italian bread. Our garden salads were nicely presented, with a reasonable amount of lettuce, tomato, onion & cucumber, along with a very generous amount of blue cheese dressing. I ordered the ziti with meat sauce and Italian sausage, while my fellow diner had the stuffed shells. She tried hers while I finished up my salad. She exclaimed that the sauce was wonderful. I agreed whole-heartedly once I sampled my pasta. The sauce was definitely the star of this show. Not too spicy, and not a hint of bitterness. Mildly sweet, the sauce was excellent. Mine had meat sauce that had lots of nice, big pieces of ground beef in it. I didn't realize until I was well into the dish, that there wasn't any sausage in the dish. I mentioned it when our server came to box up our leftovers to take home. She apologized, and said the sausage was in the container with the take-home, and was deducted from the check. Very nice of them to do that. Except for the anemic tortellini soup, this would have easily rated five stars. Service was very attentive. I've really got to thank Don P for giving me the incentive to go out of my way to give this hidden gem Italian Restaurant a shot. It's more than a little out of the way for me (like 75 miles).
Love their calamari. The secret to their fabulous calamari dinner platter. It's one regular Calamari, and one spicy Calamari. Just before serving in this order.. spicy on the plat then gently add the fresh. Sprits lemon juice and serve with one hot and one cold marinara sauce.
Got the chicken marsala and some calamari. Food tasted great and had plenty to bring home for the price. Service was very slow for a Thursday night in a half empty restaurant. Took fifteen minutes to get our drink order in. Other than the slow pace the experience was overall very good.
Not family friendly. If you have small children this is not the place for you. Our waitress wasn't very child friendly . My fried haddock was awfull. Wifes chicken and broccoli was fatty and smothered in garlic. Children's fries were raw. The Chicken fingers were the only thing i brought home to my dog.
I felt rushed while we were there. Their noodles were undercooked not El dente. But other than that they are very nice and the chicken parmesan was amazing.
Good food. However service horrible, brought appetizers along with soup and salad. Before you could even to finish out comes dinner. Also, wasn t happy with a drink I ordered. Hated to be one of those people but the waitress began to correct me on the drink I ordered??? Really ordered same drink there last week and always order this but she knows best? Also, seated near waitress station and all the waitresses couldn t stop complaining about everything, I think they should realize their customers are right there. Needless to say my family and I are going to find another Italian restaurant.
Had two dinners ordered paid 60 bucks almost got one of the order is wrong completely and my order was burnt halfway never go there again please stay away
Such a nice surprise in Ware. The service is good and attentive. Bread is very good. Had the side salad, tortellini in Alfredo sauce, and a personal pepperoni pizza. The pizza was bigger than any personal pizza I've had. The sauce was good and the crust is excellent. The tortellini in Alfredo sauce is flavorful and not to thick. Bread is served with chopped garlic. It is a small detail but it shows care in their food. Tiramisu to round it out was sweeter than I am accustomed too. Still good.
The service was great. Walked in and seated within min. The prime rib was cooked just right. Everything was tasty! Shrimp scampi could have been served with a little less of the oil. But the meal was delicious.
Great Italian restaurant. Took my family here for dinner and was pleasantly surprised with the service and food. The salads were fresh and the dinner portions were huge. Staff was helpful and they had several specials to choose from. Had plenty to take home. Will definitely be coming back in the future.
Seat yourself.....so we did...waited over 10 minutes before leaving... while watching the customers that came in AFTER us being waiting on....after the 3rd table is when we decided to leave.
We ate there before and food wasn't too bad...but because of the bad service I would not recommend.
GO to Francescos in Brimfield where you will be served right away, great food and friendly.
This place has awesome food a very nice atmosphere and a great wait staff and the prices are very good they also have huge take out pizza at a reasonable price
Was very disappointed, staff and owner very rude. I booked my husband's daughter's baby shower there. Pizza was cold, gross, burnt and soggy. Will never go there again or recommend it to anyone . Some guests were ready to leave because the waitress was so rude about where they could sit. Restaurant was 3/4 empty, there was no need for that.
Have been a few times with my wife. Always pleased with the attentiveness of the waitress. Very nice and clean environment. The portions are a good size and fill me unlike most places. Great place to eat, have recommended to others.
I'm giving two stars because of the quality and flavor food. The staff was friendly and attentive. I got the veal scallopini. I worked in Italian restaurants when I was young albiet it was in Ohio and Wisconsin but their veal was phenomenal. This veal was bland and had no flavor. It's like no one seasoned anything. It tasted like it was frozen stock. The sauce was suppossed to be marinara but tasted like it had been overheated sitting in the pot too long. For $19 I would expect a halfway decent veal but this was cafeteria grade. I was so let down. I tried my daughter's meatball grinder as well. Meatballs had no flavor or seasoning. Just no effort put into serving high quality food especially at their price points. I will not go back.
Thanks to my son who brought me for pizza at Teresa's ... it truly was the best pizza I had in a long time!!! First word I will use to describe it...FRESH!!! The dough was delicious and buttery and you could tell it was all made fresh or very recent...
I was in the area visiting, and we had a family dinner at Teresa's as we do whenever I am there. As always, the portions of our meals were large, reasonably priced, and delicious. Our waitress, Sue, was very friendly and attentive without being intrusive while we ate. Overall, we had a very nice dinner together and I am looking forward to my next visit
The best chicken parmesan ever! I don't live in massachusetts anymore but whenever i'm back in town i stop by and its always amazing! I've been doing this for years and never disappointed, simply the best!
Great cheap food. Very large portions, unfortunately made the mistake and ordered a medium pizza. In Germany you can find such a big pizza only after a long search. My wife had ordered gratin chicken with cheese, it was also a portion of spaghetti with tomato sauce, food was delicious but would be enough for 2 people. So who goes here to eat should bring a lot of hunger.
Takeout service runs smoothly. Prices are fair, food is well put together and very large portions. My only preference is to not see chunks of onions in pasta sauce.
