As a veteran recently separated from active duty at Ft. Stewart, I moved away from the area and the state upon completion of my contract. My home was being rented and actively managed by the ReMax team and at the end of the lease for the tenants I decided to list it for sale. Amber Gorlesky acted as my agent for the Teresa Coward team. Amber took care of my property as if it were her own in my absence and inability to help in any way to get it prepared for sale with my living out of state. I received an interested notice from Teresa as she had been contacted by an outside agent in Amber's absence during her vacation. Teresa took exceptional care of everything for me in the same way that Amber had in keeping me updated constantly with formal emails as well as text messages giving me the "low down" of what the email contained. When the "interested party" became a real "potential buyer" Teresa did not falter in any way fighting to get every reasonable dime she felt through her years of experience my property should bring. The negotiations took only two days to conclude as she called me personally to let me know that though my agent (Amber) was not available she had negotiated for me all that I had asked for and more. Teresa also had her assistant Lisa Royal keep me up to date nearly by the hour as to what was happening next, what I can expect in terms of timing, the status of the minor repairs I opted to make for the property and generally act as a mentor guiding me through the entire process teaching me along the way.
Teresa, Amber, and Lisa all treated me as if I were their only client and have exceeded my expectations all around. The piece of mind I received in working with this fantastic team is astounding. Living out of state attempting to sale a house and just break even when it was all said and done was my goal. This team honestly made me feel as if I were there with them at their office on a daily basis especially once the closing date became established and drew nearer. I would recommend this team to anyone I know and all that I do not based on the amazing care I received and the fact that I was able to close on my property receiving more than I had even hoped possible because of their level of expertise and professionalism.

Called for maintenance on plumbing problem, guy comes in take a look and says we should talk to the office leave without fixing and they send us a bill of $400 like WTH issues were not fixed And we need to pay $400?!
Do not rent from those people bad name for a good reason!!!!

We purchased a home in Guyton, i was in south Florida and was not able to see the homes before making our selection , Matthew did ALL the leg work for my wife and I. I wanted to give a shout out to you for the outstanding job that Leslie J. Schadler did when my wife and I were looking for property to purchase in the Savannah, GA area. We were living in Maine and we flew down for one week to contract on property. Leslie made this process easier for us by ensuring we had good communication and our interests at heart. Although we had purchased numerous homes this purchase was the first while we were living out of state. They entire process went very smoothly and Leslie always had our best interest a priority. I had never had anyone pay any of my closing cost before and Leslie made the suggestion and we intoduced it in our offer. The sellers did exactly as Leslie thought they would and the paid $5000.00 towards our closing costs. This was a big help and allowed us to do other things with these funds at closing. Whenever I had a question during the day or late evening, Leslie was always there with a quick reply. Leslie is one of the best realtors we have ever had and she is most certainly an asset to your office. We are most certainly very pleased that we were able to have a realtor as experienced and talented as Lesli representing us.

I am a first time home owner at 49!!! This would not have happened, if it had not been for Michael Morris! I d like to say he walked me through the entire process, but the truth is he carried me through it. Just when I thought I can t take this anymore and was ready to walk away, he talked me off the ledge. I might add, I don t think he ever knew all the times I was on tnat ledge; but every time I spoke to him and he d OK so here s how it is, or This is what is going on. I never had to wonder what was happening, he stayed on top of everything and kept me in the loop. He has been a blessing to me! Miranda represented the purchase of our Richmond Hill GA home and I cannot express how beyond satisfied we were. We were in Colorado the entire time and fully trusted her to guide us. She was so incredible and anytime we had a question (even about measurements) she just popped over to our house to take care of whatever it was. I was deeply saddened by working with this team. I missed out on the house of my dreams all because the realtor used the word May in correspondence with a listing agent. I moved on immediately and have an agent who has been most helpful. I am hopeful to find a home that I can enjoy when I move to Georgia.

Very unprofessional company and will not hold the terms of the lease agreements with tenants. Over the last two years they have been threw approximately 7 rental coordinators. This department is very disorganized. I was shorted rent one month and told they would give it to me on the next rent payment. So I m expected to wait a month to get the rest of the money during a pandemic when money is tight due to lay-off (still have not received it at time of this review. Happened last month.) They sent a photographer who couldn t keep his cool and almost got in a fight with my neighbor. They let tenants go over the lease by 3-4 days so they didn t have to pay $250 to move out on a weekend and then never got payment from them for those days. The lease even stated that the last month would not be prorated. This caused the new tenants to not move in on time who s rent did get prorated for those days.

Very unprofessional company and will not recommend any military personnel to go through them. When I first moved in I called and called because the keys would not work for the doors... they never came out to fix it.... I replaced the knobs myself. Nails was left in the wall and repainted with the nails still in them and you can clearly seed the paint on them. Items was left around the yard time of move in but when we got ready to move out they wanted us to pull weeds out a flower bed and since we didn t they said 250 dollars.... this place wants you to have the house better than what you moved in. There are no holes in the walls just a little touch up paint here and there and holes from nails and they said 3500 for that... I highly suggest if you are military don t go through these people as you will be required to do things so the home owner can benefit from.... when thongs needs to be done they take their time but when it comes to move out they want to respond quickly. JUST STAY AWAY FROM

Our agent was Matthew Fitzgerald. He was amazing throughout the entire process. This was our first time buying a house. He was always available and answered all questions we had. He went above and beyond to make sure we got the house we wanted. Believe me when I tell you he is the friendliest person there is and very professional to deal with. He even checked in over a year later and recommended we refinance which has saved us money. You will find no one better to help you find your next home than Matthew.

Great customer service and very attentive to our needs and time. Would recommend 100% to anyone who is looking to buy a house.
