Nice place. Cards Galore, any kind you want. Lots of small cutie items such as Snowbabies. Very fine store with good employees!

Found the perfect gift for my friend's birthday. The cashier was friendly, helpful, and courteous. I want to support our local Hallmark stores as there are very few left in the Des Moines area.

Not very good customer service and needs new people and new management. I wouldn't recommend this place. I rather go somewhere else.

They *always* have the best selection of ornaments!

Waited in line to ask if they had a specific ornament. Was told we might . Then asked the cashier to point me in the direction after I looked for several minutes she reluctantly agreed. She looked in one area and proclaimed they were out. I then asked if it was possible for the Jordan Creek location to have the item. Her response was I don t know considering that the store wasn t busy and this mall is dead I asked if she could find out. Here is the kicker I was told I needed to wait until she finished ringing others out before she d continue to assist me. After I already waited in line. Her behavior was disgusting and I never want to jump to conclusions but being the only person of color in the store at the time made me pause and wonder if she really sees race or not guess I ll never know because I m not going back.

Staff is always friendly and happy to help. My wife loves this store.

I came to the store today to process a Christmas return with my receipt. It was a. Duplicate Hallmark ornament. The first associate went to ask for guidance from another associate that was I the back of the store conducting tasks. When she came up the associate informed her of the concern, she blurted out to the air that the store did not do returns on ornaments. Never once did she even look at me. When I questioned her on what I could do, I was told that I could get 50% back in the form of another ornament. It isn t concerning to me that this is the policy, but rather the rude and uncaring way that the information was delivered. This person should not be in retail ever. I will go online in the future for orders and leave this store to die like so many others. Thank you for your lack of customer service today.

She was nice just didn't have cards for military men and women. How sad

Don't get to Jordan Creek very often. Typical Hallmark store has other items you don't typically see.

Ugh forgot to purchase one ornament. I didn't see it so asked, was quickly and politely shown where it was.

The lady was very friendly and warmly greeted me as I came in. She immediately asked if I needed any help. She then guided me to what I was looking for. After paying she wished me a nice day.

One of the few Hallmark stores left in the Des Moines area. Hallmark like others apparently think they are to big to fail.

They had what I wanted and they held it for me till I drove over fouty miles to pick it up the lady's on duty were very friendly and helpful it's a great place to pickup card's and Hall Mark products great job everyone and thank you for all your help

Staff is friendly. Great choice of Hallmark products. Plus other products. Not busy. While I was there.

So much to choose from... Cards, books, toys, figurines, children's books , games, activity items, Christmas cards, wrap, and ornaments!!! Fully stocked!!!

Rude rude rude sales people you walk in and they don't even greet you and there's no one in the mall to go in there they should greet everyone that comes in...Not one word was said to me they stood at the counter and talked to each other I walked out I will never go back

This is the only Hallmark store I shop at even though I have to go way out of my way to do so. The help are all wonderful ladies and the manager who has been there forever is great. They will go way above and beyond to accommodate you. They have such a wide variety. You can purchase the traditional Hallmark products such as cards and wrapping paper but also figurines, special occasion things like centerpieces, candles, plates, napkins, etc. They have a section devoted to Doug and Melissa toys. I cant say enough good things about them.

Love to look in this star. Especially like Christmas in july

Best card shop in the Metro. Lots of new xmas ornaments too!

The hours of operation are incorrect the store closes at 6pm . What a waste of a trip.
