As a brand new customer of Tennis Express, today I purchased many items. Not having played the sport in many years and wanting to start again, I had many questions. I was assisted by Sarah who was outstanding to say the least. She was professional, courteous, friendly and did a great job handling my tennis merchandising needs. Moving forward, Tennis Express gets all my business and I will gladly refer others to make purchases from. Jack in the shoe department was so amazing- he was patient and knowledgeable and helped me pick the perfect tennis shoes (I ve been burning through them lately and I was looking for a change). He helped me find a pair I loved even though it took us a few tries; but he was able to explain the differences, benefits, and detriments in all the shoes. Awesome guy! The sales representative Adrich was also extremely proficient and friendly. I always have a good experience in this store, but those two guys were truly great!

I bought two rackets for my son on August 4th, yesterday, in less than 4 weeks, the string was broken, I took it back to the store today, the manager told me that this is a high quality string that makes the hit very powerful, but it is not durable, what a joke! He said I have to pay again for them to put on the string for me. My son has played with multiple rackets in the past, never had one like this, they are not cheap, the string plus labor is over $40 each, my son's coach charges $20 to put on strings for the kids, they last over a year! Don't buy from them, the service is bad, they want to make the sale but don't care about the customers after the sale. Either they can't do a good job putting on the string or the strings they sell are bad quality, I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS STORE!

Alexandra help us excellent!!! she was so educated and reach all our requests. I believe the store has the opportunity to be more transparent in the prices. The system of "color tags" for the sale items is not helping the customer to have an accurate final total. Even that there is plenty of models to chose from, the prices are the highest in the market.

Multiple items for tennis here. They have a court to test the rackets. Because they have multiple brands, items might be limited. Option to string rackets here. Tip, coaches get discounts once they sign up. Only available in store.

Went in on a Sunday to check out new rackets, we were using some very outdated ones. Worked with Brett, he was able to find us both great new rackets and suggested a nice basket to use. He also strung one of the rackets for us and got us on our way in a good amount of time. The court and wall were great for trying out some of their supply of demo rackets before we made a final decision as well. Great service all around and very friendly staff.

Thanks Savannah for great customer service. I would like to add that without her I would ve been stuck with those two guys that were stressed with the demand and becoming rude to their customers.
Savannah came with an aura of grace that solved many of the requests with ease and a smile.
She was working quick and providing aid at the same time with grate customer service. I was pleased to make that purchase after the courtesy she extended to me and my wife.
I think those guys should not be dealing with people again, it really discourage the sale.

Had a great experience at Tennis Express last Saturday. Needed new court shoes with a wide toe box. Young man who helped me was Caleb and he understood what I needed in a shoe. I probably tried on 10 pairs of shoes. The entire time Caleb was patient and answered all my questions. I ended up buying 3 pairs of shoes!

Fantastic and expert service by Sofia! I am not a review writer. She knew many technical aspects of equipment and I played college tennis...phenomenal service. Two BIG thumbs up.

We had a very nice experience yesterday at Tennis Express. The staff was kind and courteous. I personally wish they would remove their masks when requested so I can understand them. But I understand they are just following protocols. Devin helped my son pick out shoes with a warranty very quickly and was helpful with sizing his foot. Savannah and Adrian helped us with a warranty return and the entire process was less than 25 minutes upon entering the store. I like fast and easy and they did just that. Thank you for doing your jobs well.
