Accidentally entered this shop, a nice woman greeted at the entrance, offered to test free coffee, told me that this was a nonprofit organization and the money from the goods was going to charity. We just got on sale, at a ridiculous price, we took a pair of decorations, as seen in the photo and another decor for the house. Even the packaging of my purchase was pleasantly impressed, expensive, stylish.

They were helpful in answering questions and when they could see I was trying to keep my toddler from breaking anything, they called her over to the musical instruments and showed her all the ones she could play with an not break. Then they encouraged her to sit on the stack of rugs. We love this store's ethos and products, but because of this fantastic treatment and service, we ended up spending a fair amount of money int his store!

One of our favourite stores. You can always find unique gifts here, and it's nice knowing that the artisans are paid a fair wage. Great selection of rugs, although they are pricey because of the fair wages, but the quality is top notch.

Always love making purchases from Ten Thousand Villages. The products are all socially responsible and your purchase always directly supports the artisan who created the item.
The coffee that they sell here is very nice. I'm particularly impressed by the decaf coffee they have. I serve it to my guests in the evening and they always say how good it is and then ask to make sure it isn't caffeinated :)
I recently purchased a beautiful necklace from here for my daughter's birthday and she loves it. With the purchase came a document about the piece and the artisan that we read together which just added depth and meaning to the gift and the moment of giving it.
