Interminable waiting for acceptance, 2 open branches and 5 users queued before me, total time spent 42 minutes. Waiting room on the first floor with a painful smell and I recommend you. Visit booked at 10:30 am, 11 am and still nothing.

my daughter has been doing an extraction since March, they sent me two messages where they canceled the appointment due to covid (without even informing me that it was postponed among other things) and since they reopened I try to call and no one answers .. .. for sure they have moved the visit without notifying and both my daughter and I took it in that place ... congratulations for the unprofessionalism

This morning my husband and my younger son (12) went for a dental cleaning visit prescribed by Dottsa. Saracini Carmen because since the first visit she has not been available or even kind.
