This morning, an eye examination with a competent and professional doctor. The relationship between operators of the hundred, Doctor, patient was pleasant, fast and precise.

Interminable waiting for acceptance, 2 open branches and 5 users queued before me, total time spent 42 minutes. Waiting room on the first floor with a painful smell and I recommend you. Visit booked at 10:30 am, 11 am and still nothing.

Not even you can call for important information! Crazy!

my daughter has been doing an extraction since March, they sent me two messages where they canceled the appointment due to covid (without even informing me that it was postponed among other things) and since they reopened I try to call and no one answers .. .. for sure they have moved the visit without notifying and both my daughter and I took it in that place ... congratulations for the unprofessionalism

Absurd structure. The paramedics do not even answer the questions but go over to the dentist who visited me

This morning my husband and my younger son (12) went for a dental cleaning visit prescribed by Dottsa. Saracini Carmen because since the first visit she has not been available or even kind.
Well, we've been looking forward to this second visit for my son hoping that everything is going well and it's a good day for the Dottsa. Saracini Carmen, unfortunately it was not so. All she had to do was see us come in to tell us some crazy things like that it would not be possible to visit my son because I had to bring a signed proxy and a copy of my wife's identity card with me. It is not right also because my husband missed a day's work and the child one day of school to receive a refusal after 40 minutes of waiting despite being punctual.
I STRESS THAT THE POLYMBULATORY WAS ALMOST EMPTY OF PATIENTS AND THAT MY SON WAS THE ONLY ONE TO VISIT IN THIS SHARE, so I think it's a waste of money.

I booked a holter in this facility, which is not far from my house.
I did not queue to pay the ticket and entered the clinic immediately
I was even 15 minutes early.
The nurse and the technician were very kind and made me feel at ease explaining how I should behave with this device

We had a dermatological visit and the doctor who visited my son was very prepared and kind. He paid a thorough visit and gave us all the possible explanations for solving the problem. The reticent and somewhat surly medical staff turned out to be better than I could have expected.

You are obliged to pay very high-priced parking. Grumpy staff, the doctor who visited me had hands that smelled like smoke. Sconsigliatissimo.
