This morning my husband and my younger son (12) went for a dental cleaning visit prescribed by Dottsa. Saracini Carmen because since the first visit she has not been available or even kind.
Well, we've been looking forward to this second visit for my son hoping that everything is going well and it's a good day for the Dottsa. Saracini Carmen, unfortunately it was not so. All she had to do was see us come in to tell us some crazy things like that it would not be possible to visit my son because I had to bring a signed proxy and a copy of my wife's identity card with me. It is not right also because my husband missed a day's work and the child one day of school to receive a refusal after 40 minutes of waiting despite being punctual.
I STRESS THAT THE POLYMBULATORY WAS ALMOST EMPTY OF PATIENTS AND THAT MY SON WAS THE ONLY ONE TO VISIT IN THIS SHARE, so I think it's a waste of money.
